Hello everyone! :)

We got a complaint from this user regarding cancellation of there web hosting account. Now unfortunately this particular client believes that simply because a domain name is no longer pointing to a web hosting company it automatically cancels the account even if he doesn't contact the old web hosting company. Now as we all know that isn't the case unfortunately we at Fusion Arc Hosting do not have the ability to read minds :) even if that sounds amazing.

So lets start from the beginning our client here contacted us claiming he requested a cancellation of the account back in March of the year 2019 however his method of cancellation was by changing the name servers for his domain and never contacting any representative of Fusion Arc Hosting regarding the request of cancelling thus the account was never canceled as we were never told to cancel it. So the problem here is that he was being charged until the month July of the year 2019 without apparent knowledge. Now he has been threatening us to give him a full refund for the months that he never requested the cancellation for or he would post the harsh reviews like this one here on all popular web hosting review sites and more.

This is very unfortunate to have to see however we tried to assist him in trying to understand the situation and unfortunately couldn't as all he would do is call our technicians at Fusion Arc Hosting "Monkeys" and "Crooks". If he was correct and there was evidence of the request of cancellation by any support or sales ticket then we will refund the issue accordingly as the money does not belong to us. We scanned the account and found no records of such cancellation request. On top of not finding any request he mentioned that we should have know to cancel as the domain was no longer pointing to us and in that case Fusion Arc Hosting does not monitor if a domain is pointing to us as it could mean many things not just a possible cancellation. We only found the latest ticket to be a question of SSL certificates. To put it simple here we have never had a client with any problems regarding billing as our billing is done automated if the account was not cancelled he never requested it properly. In the future if anyone wants to cancel a service with Fusion Arc Hosting you will need to actually talk to someone at Fusion Arc Hosting and then we will know you would like to cancel.

Our mission at Fusion Arc Hosting is to provide top quality web hosting services with unmatched technical and sales agents. If the money we receive is not ours legally then we will refund it without questions as we have done plenty of times due to fraud cases. An example would be a fraud case of almost $1000 dollars that we refunded fully without questions.

Now with regards to you our client here. As of today based on the false accusations and extremely unacceptable comments to our agents we will not be providing you with the $9 refund you claim to be yours and you are hereby banned for life from using any of Fusion Arc Hosting's services. As a result of your actions we will also be notifying the Federal Trade Commission and the equivalent body for Canada regarding your false accusations towards a company. As an extended action we will be notifying our partners and fellow web hosting companies of your false practices.
