Hello! So today 14 july i wanted to buy 4500 game coins. I press buy now i go on my phone to approve the money to go in their account and then i wait to show on the site that the seller will give me the gold but it wasn't like this. After i accepted the transfer from my card the site was saying nothing about that i gave them their money so i try to contact the support nothing. Now they canceled my order because of non-receipt of payment. Down i attached a file from my phone where you can exactly see the payment to them approved.
Desired outcome: I would like to get my money back or the game coins these is not fair thank you!

Order not delivered and g2g support not reviewing my ticket

I have ordered some currencies in G2G on the 7th of June 2022. The sellers only delivered 2 out of 3 orders within 24 hours and 1 order never arrived. I tried to contact the seller in the first place and they kept on ignoring my message or telling me that they will deliver the oder. I have warned them that if they don't deliver it, I would have to report it to G2G but despite the warning, the seller never delivered my order. Until the 10th of June, I have enough of it and reported the incomplete order to G2G to have a look at the issue. However, after 3 days, the order was marked as solved / complete (without any reply from G2G or any notifications) even though I have not received any currency I have ordered nor did I get any refund (as I requested in the complaint). I sent a ticket after realizing it but after 3 days, even though it was passed on many employees, no one even bothers to send any replies or updates on my issue. That's why I have decided to reach out to this complaint platform!
It was very frustrating that I get scammed by both: the seller and G2G. Please have a look into my issue and give me a reasonable solution. As a new customer, it is very unprofessional from G2G to treat buyers like this and always side with the sellers to scam buyers (as I have heard from many victims as well).

Unauthorized transaction
On April 19,2022 at 8:27AM central time there was some unauthorized purchases on my cash app for $76.77, 9:19 AM for $86.35, 10:10 AM for $86.35, 10:32 AM for $86.71, and 10:48 AM for $86.71. There was a total of 10 transactions but G2G sent me a refund for 5 of the 10. Cash app has closed my account and will not assist me any further. I would like G2G to investigate and take care of the other 5 unauthorized transactions.

I purchased an Xbox live code card for Turkish Lira, however when I was delivered the code, it had already been redeemed.
Tried to contact the seller, no response.
Waited 2 days to escalate it to the admin team
It has now been over a week with no response.
I provided picture proof, even paid through PayPal. Could easily be rectified. But no.
I shall now be contacting PayPal directly and reporting fraudulent activity.
Don’t expect after sales support, I’ve had none whatsoever.

My seller isn't answering my messages after paying him
I bought a Minecraft account...unfortunately the package I bought stated that I couldn't change the password/email of the account. I clarified, and I was fine with this. The seller told me that I could just simply ask him for a new email/account when the current one expired. I have only ever had two from this seller. Note that the product was advertised as "lifetime warranty" and I clarified this directly with the seller.
Worst part is that he has seen my messages and won't reply. I dont want to jump to conclusions, but I've contacted him multiple times to which all of them he didn't reply.
Desired outcome: Firstly, I would either like my refund in full to my bank account, or I would like the seller to keep his agreement and continue my "lifetime warranty" in which he provides me with accounts.

Unauthorized debit card charges
I received notice from my debit card company that 9 identical charges to my debit card had been made in which I knew nothing about nor authorized by any means, of $36.41 each.
I tried to contact the card company without success as their Resolution Dept. site kept issuing errors and to keep trying.
I tried contacting the merchant directly but I don't have any account or previous dealings with them, so I was unable to log in until now that I reviewed complaints and was able to find this avenue.
The last 4 of the card was #3123.
Please advise any needed info to proceed to resolve these charges back to me.

When I was withdrawing my money two weeks ago, the transaction was cancelled. I emailed customer service and they asked me to verify my identity. I verified my identity and even sent five e-mails and they never responded. i can't get my money back
I sent my first e-mail on April 12, 2022 and waited a week. Then I sent emails again and again but no response.
Desired outcome: I cannot withdraw my money because withdraw is disabled. I would be glad if they fix this.

EYKC verification (unresponsive)
I am a customer of g2g.com. My original payment method stopped working on their website after some time. There are no issues with the credit card, it functions and I can make other purchases. I registered a new payment method with their website. As many websites do, I was required to take a selfie using my cellphone and a bar code through their website. I also had to photograph the first four and last six (or some combination) of my credit card, show ownership, and expiration through a verification link in the order I placed, which took me to a verification portal. I did this.
This caused my order to be delayed. I eventually cancelled the order. I cannot see the order number anymore.
My g2g user name is Solarbear, Account ID 6214669. I have opened this ticket with their support which was opened when I placed the order above that required verification.

This company states it is in Singapore. Though they are international, I do not have bearing or know where they perform their business.
I see in my account where the payment method was added. I am testing to see if I can do a transaction. If I am able to this issue will be resolved.
G2g did work with me to get verified by a combination of attaching photos in tickets and their verification portal. They added my payment method and emailed me to confirm. Thank you complaintsboard for your patience and time.
