On Aug 4th bought 10 exalted warlord orbs for $6.5 on console! I always check trade board on high demand low drop items 1 warlord orb was going for 4div and there was a total of 6 avail in the entire game! 1div value at time of sale was $2 apiece! Bought only 10 due to super low price. Seller in hand inventory was 246,772. Purchased and waited! Contacted seller after 2 hrs due to delivery time stating 1hr or 15 min when online. Seller then stated he was having a hard time getting them. Went to bed, 24hrs later contacted seller, stated he was ready, met in game for trade. Seller just sat there doing nothing, then sent a message saying, I can’t get 10 for $6.5. I stated that he made the contract and I had a fully paid for sales agreement. Seller then said wait. Seller did this with every inquiry into the delivery. Meanwhile the same seller added the warlord orbs for sale again, this time it stated $65.00 for 10 orbs. Lmao. I took pictures of everything before contacting again. Also started a ticket with g2g. Seller now comes back and says he made wrong. I explained my position and that it wiil be filled. Seller stated that he doesn’t have them meanwhile they are still up for 65 with the same stock of 248772. I sent him a screen shot of all information. He stated that he didn’t care that I could get 7 div or nothing. Explained the sellers rules and agreement and he said I just keep waiting for nothing that g2g won’t do a thing but offer me a return and $3 for comp. G2g is now involved they just want me to cancel the order, I explained the value of items and his on hand stock, they just kept asking me to canc l and take the money. 4 days now into it they canceled and processed the return, without my permission or agreement of the return and compensation! Surprise it was my $6.5 plus 3.00 like the seller said!now I’m pissed since I have to agree to the resolution before it is completed, I explained that the seller admitted to his mistake, his on hand inv, and his to the penny outcome of this. They said they would research and get back! Within an hr they come back with the 6.5 and 3 was all the comp I am getting and decision was final. I rejected. Explained the seller does this a lot with their neg reviews, that he was commuting on g2g to do this so he gets off!g2gs seller rules REGS and agreement state that the buyer will be made whole by the seller! None of that is happing! On top of all this they actually don’t refund your money, they give you a store credit lmao. Like I want to spend more on their website! Lmao. On top of this they only returns the 6.5. Not any of the taxes or surcharge ! When telling them the whole trans needs to be returned to used card! They stated that the 3 comp took care of that! I explained that the comp was for my issues! They said well it’s both lmao. Seller needs to be held accountable, which there is none. Zero consequences for scamming sellers! B S support that keeps saying lie after lie, never enforcing their rules! I’m going to post full senecio with pictures of chats and all exchanges in this trans! It’s crazy! Simple solution was deliver what I paid for plus, exchange to top currency at platform rate,! Buyers beware most sellers are great! PLAYER IS A HORRIBLE UNTRUSTSELLER HIS AMOUNT OF ONHAND INVENTORY SHOWS THAT HES A BOT FARMER!

Claimed loss: 10 exalted warlord orbs currently valued at 45 div on Xbox!!!!!or 65$

Desired outcome: Deliver the original orbs plus 5 more for this issue, suspend till this is complete!!! Alternative the value in divine 45 div,

I in no way proceeded with the purchase your company forced and applied a refund not back to my credit card mind you, but to your store card as a credit! To be forced into using it there. Mind you that the refund did not include the taxes and surcharges applied to my transaction, then when asked you decided that the 3 dollar comp that was supposed to make me whole was not actually a comp but my taxes and surcharges!? Okay well where’s the comp to a 65 dollar order that spent a week in limbo then refunded without my permissions. Matter of fact I began all my emails with I do not accept or want a refund. I will follow up when I’m home, I will include all notes and conversations and interactions with seller this will be an eye opener for most. I’ve never seen, a sellers complete disregard for policies and rules, to then actually tell me the little I will get for my issues. Then a company to actually do the same and have zero concerns and zero actions against a routine issue with the same seller.

G2G really turned a simple transaction into a full-blown saga. Could’ve been worse—you’ve got all the evidence and aren’t letting them off easy. Hopefully, they realize that enforcing their own rules is better than leaving customers feeling scammed and frustrated.

I really am looking forward to showing all at hand and watch as they burry themselves with violating and breaking at will every seller and buyer rules and policies. I will also show the seller,during that timeframe sell and profit in the amount of 300,000 to $750,000 with not a single suspension
