Topup of orbs in Diablo Immortal
I bought orbs from a seller on g2g on 24 Aug on a game Diablo Immortal. Everything was doing fine until the seller did a refund for the purchase on 23 Sep. The game developer deducted the orbs from my game account. I contacted g2g support but there was no response but when i checked my secondary email, they had already closed the case. I tried contacting the support again and again but they kept closing the case due to lack of response within 72 hrs. Even tho i had all the evidence to prove that i am being scam by the seller but g2g is not willing to help me at all. This had been a very bad experience for me and i will not recommend g2g to anyone. Their support team is just trying to close the case asap to save their trouble.

I am writing this on behalf's of my IRL friends, but i watched everything personally go down. He purchased 1,000$ worth of TBC GOLD to the server benediction alliance from G2G, and once the days started rolling by, he requested a refund. He heard nothing back from G2G untill finally they said they never received his payment. the 1,000$ was taken out of his account almost immediately after the purchase, and never returned. 3 weeks later, still emailing back and forth with G2G, them denying they received the funds still insisting He contact his bank, thats exactly what he did. Well guess what happened, the purchase disappeared from his bank statement, and the bank says they have no record of any purchase of 1,000$. So, the money is gone from my account and G2G has completely and utterly disregarded me and stole my money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY HAVE TURNED INTO COMPLETE SCAMMERS. disgusting. Contacting Support Takes Ages
I ordered a product for $500 and got stuck on the verification stage of the order.
It has been over a day now and neither of my two tickets have been responded to. One ticket has been manually closed several times by an assigned agent without any response. I can also clearly see that there were assigned agents to the tickets but they just haven't responded.
I've been using G2G for years now and this is the first time I thought to myself that G2G is a waste of time and they take forever to reply. I purchased $50 worth of gold for Lost Ark yesterday, 8/1/2022. After a few minutes, my order updated to the verification process. At first I thought it was something G2G had to do on their end, until I saw the verify link. I followed the link, scanned and upload pictures of all documents required, and everything says verified in my account. However, my order has still not updated. I tried submitting a ticket, but they immediately closed it. I reopened it, updated a few bits of information on it, and have still yet to receive any form of response. I made an order today 16 July and the turnaround for payment verification says 5-30 min, its been around 4 hours now with it still saying pending and after talking to my bank they say the charge wasnt rejected. So im in a permanent limbo of being down 150 dollars and nothing to show for it. ORDER №[protected] is the one in question. why advertise such short turn arounds when it doesnt happen.
