Bait & Switch Scam…
I purchased tickets on their app 5 month prior to the concert to make sure I got good seats. I bought 4th row tickets but the day before the show I was informed that Gametime didn't have my tickets. I was offered Row 24 for the same price I paid for my 4th row tickets... Ridiculous. I was a customer but I’ll never used them again. I advise people to go purchase tickets from other sites that have real tickets and won’t leave you empty handed. Done take it from me, Do yourself a favor and google them and you’ll see all the other people they screwed over too…..
Recommendation: Don’t fall for the lower cost tickets, they will pull them before the show. Just get you tickets on a legitimate site like Ticketmaster
GameTime Review: Easy Ticket Buying, Confusing Currency
GameTime is a pretty cool app. I used it to buy tickets for a Canadian event, but the only downside was that the tickets were in U.S. funds. It was a bit confusing at first, but I got the hang of it eventually. The app is really easy to use and I was able to quickly find the tickets I wanted.
I was watching a Raptors game with a friend and we decided to check out GameTime during halftime. We were able to find seats for $56 each in American funds. We were a bit bummed that we didn't know about the app sooner, but we were still happy with the deal we got.
Overall, I would definitely recommend GameTime to anyone looking for tickets to events. It's a great way to find good deals and it's really user-friendly. The only thing I would suggest is that they make it clearer when the tickets are in U.S. funds, especially for events in Canada. But other than that, it's a great app and I'll definitely be using it again in the future.
GameTime Review: Terrible Customer Service and Unreliable Platform
GameTime is a platform that I would not recommend to anyone. Their customer service is just terrible. It's like they don't care about their customers at all. They are just a middle man with Ticketmaster, and they don't even try to help you when you need it the most.
I had a concert that was postponed because of covid, and I couldn't make it on the new date. I tried to get a refund or even swap the ticket for another date, but they wouldn't do anything for me. It was like they didn't care about my situation at all.
I would advise anyone who is thinking about using GameTime to think twice. They are not a reliable platform, and they don't care about their customers. If you want to buy tickets for an event, go directly to Ticketmaster or another platform that has a better reputation.
In conclusion, GameTime is a platform that I would not recommend to anyone. Their customer service is terrible, and they don't care about their customers. If you want to buy tickets for an event, go directly to Ticketmaster or another platform that has a better reputation.
Gametime Review: Unethical Company with Terrible Customer Service and Refund Policy
Gametime is a company that I recently had the displeasure of dealing with. Let me tell you, they are the most unethical company I have ever come across. They treat their customers like garbage and don't give a hoot if games get rescheduled or canceled. And if you think you're going to get your money back, think again! It's like pulling teeth trying to get a refund from these guys.
I made the mistake of using Gametime to purchase tickets for a game. I thought I was getting a good deal, but boy was I wrong. The seats were terrible, the customer service was abysmal, and the overall experience was just plain awful. It's like they don't care about their customers at all.
If you're thinking about using Gametime, don't. You'll regret it. You get what you pay for, and in this case, you're paying for crappy seats, $#*!y customer service, and the worst experience ever. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. Trust me, you'll thank me later.
Gametime Review: A Risky Gamble for Sports Tickets
Yo, so I gotta say, I was pretty hyped to use Gametime for some sick tickets to a game. But man, it's been a real bummer. We ended up losing a bunch of cash and the Gametime peeps ain't giving us any answers. I'm gonna keep y'all updated on how this plays out, but I gotta warn you, it's lookin' like a real gamble to use this site. You might end up with some crappy seats or straight up lose your dough. So yeah, stay tuned and be careful out there.
Gametime: Affordable and Legit Tickets for Mets Games
Gametime is my favorite app for buying tickets. They got some fees, but who doesn't, right? I mean, vividseats, stubhub, they all got 'em. But Gametime always has some sweet deals on seats for the mets games. And I'm talking cheap, man. Like, I can actually afford to go see my team play without breaking the bank. And the best part? The tickets are always legit. No fakes or scams or anything like that. I've used Gametime a bunch of times now and they've never let me down. So yeah, I'm definitely gonna keep using them for all my ticket needs.
Gametime: The Ultimate Last-Minute Ticket Solution!
Gametime is a website that I just can't believe exists. Life can get so busy and before I know it, events are happening and I haven't even thought about getting tickets. But with Gametime, I can get last minute tickets for all sorts of things, not just sports games. They have tickets for movies, theatre, and even concerts! I'm so excited about this website, it's amazing.
I was a bit skeptical at first, but I decided to give it a try and I'm so glad I did. The process was super easy and I was able to find tickets for a concert that I thought was sold out. I was able to get the tickets at a great price too, which was a huge bonus.
The website is really user-friendly and easy to navigate. I was able to find what I was looking for quickly and easily. The checkout process was also really simple and straightforward. I didn't have any issues at all.
Overall, I would highly recommend Gametime to anyone who needs last minute tickets. It's a great resource and I'm so glad I found it. I'll definitely be using it again in the future.
Gametime Review: Unreliable Ticket Seller with Poor Customer Service
Gametime ain't the way to go if you're trying to buy tickets for an event. Trust me, it's just gonna cause you a whole lot of headache. I thought I was all set when I bought my tickets, but boy was I wrong. I waited and waited for my tickets to arrive, but they never did. I tried reaching out to customer service more times than I can count, but all they did was give me the runaround. They kept telling me not to worry, that my tickets were guaranteed, but that was a bunch of baloney. I only found out an hour before the event that I didn't have any tickets at all. Can you believe that?
To make matters worse, when I finally got in touch with someone from Gametime, they offered me some "comparable" tickets in the nosebleed section. Are you kidding me? I had paid good money for excellent seats, and they were trying to give me some cheap seats way up high? That's not what I signed up for.
In the end, they did give me a refund, but that doesn't make up for the terrible experience I had with them. It's like they baited me in with the promise of great seats, only to switch it up on me at the last minute. I'm never using Gametime again, and I suggest you don't either. Save yourself the trouble and go with a more reliable ticket seller.
GameTime Review: Disappointed with Refund Policy for COVID-Related Game Change
I bought tickets from GameTime for the KU big12 opener on New Year's day, but due to the covid situation, the team got switched. Unfortunately, my tickets are no longer valid, and I am disappointed that they won't refund my money in full. They say that the game may be rescheduled, but who knows when that will be? The people I bought the tickets for will be home by then, and we live over 300 miles away. To make matters worse, the game could be rescheduled at the opponent's place in TX, which is even further away.
I thought GameTime was an honest company, but after reading other reviews, it seems like many people have the same complaints. I wish I had gone to Ticketmaster or directly through the venue instead of using GameTime.
Overall, I am disappointed with my experience with GameTime. I hope they can improve their customer service and be more transparent about their policies in the future.
GameTime Scammed Me Out of $164: A Review of Terrible Customer Service and False Guarantees
I bought two tickets for an event on GameTime on October 4th, 2019. They charged me $164 on that day. The event was on October 13th, 2019. On the day of the event, I was informed that the tickets were transferred to FlashSeats. However, FlashSeats said that the tickets were transferred to AXS Tickets. So, I had to wait for the tickets to come through on all three apps to be scanned at the entrance of the event. Unfortunately, the tickets never came through. I took a day off from work, drove for two hours, and stood outside the event for two hours only to be told that I could not get in because the tickets never showed up. Even if I did receive them, there should be some sort of history that I used them or received them, but I have nothing at all!
I have reached out to the customer service of all three businesses, but they all just keep pointing the finger at each other. However, GameTime is the app that took my money, and it is in my bank statement. I paid for a service/product that I never received. I have tried emailing, chatting, and calling GameTime, but they hung up on me or ended the conversation without any resolution twice. They offered me a $25 credit for their site, which I will never use, as I will never use their services again. I want my full $164 refunded. Their site says they have a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee, but that is obviously not true. I should have read other reviews because hundreds, if not thousands, of other people have been scammed by them as well. I rate this -0.
My review is the exact same as the review/complaint below: This company charged my card for tickets and I never hit confirm purchase
My review is the exact same as the review/complaint below: This company charged my card for tickets and I never hit confirm purchase. They refused to refund my money and forced me to resell the seats on their site. They sold and now they wont release my money. There is nowhere in the app where you see a summary of charges, and there is nowhere in app to confirm any charges. If you click the *** pay button, you buy the tickets and they force you to re-sell, even if you chat immediately afterwards.

Yesterday, Tuesday July 19th I had been searching for Major League Baseball all-star tickets to purchase, and did not find tickets until 5
Yesterday, Tuesday July 19th I had been searching for Major League Baseball all-star tickets to purchase, and did not find tickets until 5 minutes before the game. I paid $580 but after the sale was complete the transaction said pending. *** policy clearly states that they are the Most Fan-Friendly Policy in the Industry, and that they cover on time ticket delivery. Because I wasnt able to access the stadium due to this, I decided to buy tickets from another platform who released the tickets IMMEDIATELY once purchased as to be expected. I immediately called the gametime customer service line while the sale was still pending to make sure I cancel the tickets, the call hung up, called back. Call hung up for a second time, called back and finally was able to talk to a representative. At that point, the sale had just been completed and the representative stated they were not able to do anything. I also talked to a supervisor who said they were going to have someone call me back in regards to this matter but havent heard back. I also just called to speak to a supervisor and apparently they do not have any supervisors working right now. I am seeking a full refund from Gametime.

I inadvertently purchased tickets for the wrong date. I immediately recognized the mistake and contacted the company. Requesting a refund. They supposedly sent an email and I was supposed to respond within 24 hours. I did not see the email during those 24 hours. I called the company and I spoke to a person who said I would get a credit on my purchase and it will never expire. I am not trying to pay the credit for my original purchase amount of $180 and I find that is only 50% credit. I was not informed or told about this credit when I called the first time, and I find that their business practices are very shady .
Also I forgot to mention this in my other complaint one of the tickets I purchased through GameTime was being resold on Ticketmaster. When I reached out to GameTime about this issue they told me they had nothing to do with that, that I needed to reach out to Ticketmaster. Like excuse me? No I purchased the tickets through you, you need to tell me what is going on. So not only was that an issue but I just am tired of being treated like I dont have internet or I dont watch the news. *** canceled all his concerts until March 2023. I WANT ALL MY MONEY BACK IMMEDIATELY!
On October 22, 2022, I discovered an unauthorized charge on my credit card for a monster truck show ticket. The purchase was made without my consent, and my bank alerted me to a $91 charge from the vendor. I reached out to Gametime customer service to request a refund for the transaction I did not authorize. However, the Gametime supervisor informed me that they could not issue a refund because they are a third-party ticket vendor. Following my bank's advice, I attempted to resolve the issue with Gametime before disputing the charge. Unfortunately, the Gametime supervisor was ultimately unable to resolve my case. Consequently, I decided to file a complaint against the company and demanded a full refund. I did not accept the ticket that was purchased without my authorization. I request that the full amount be refunded to my credit card. Since my credit card has been closed and a new one issued, I ask that the refund be processed to my old credit card as soon as possible.
I went to buy tickets 2 hrs before an *** game.,the stadium was 90 min from my home.. on 10/23/22 they took over an hour to deliver the electronic tickets.. 30 min after I purchased I emailed them and said its too late.. They refused a refund and finally after many emails they offered me a small 120$ credit from the $500 I spent. This corrupt company needs a Class action Lawsuit against them.
I used Gametime Unlimited for the first time ever to purchase tickets to the 2022 Oklahoma Sooners vs *** game on October 8, 2022
I used Gametime Unlimited for the first time ever to purchase tickets to the 2022 Oklahoma Sooners vs *** game on October 8, 2022. *** attended this game for nearly 20 years with various ticket venders. Their online price was $411 per ticket and I purchased 4 of them for a total of $1644. My checking account was immediately charged with a pending payment of $2400. I contacted Gametime by phone within 5 minutes of seeing this and requested a cancellation of the pending transaction, as I did not realize that Id be charged nearly $800 more for the tickets. The representative could not help, nor offer a cancellation of a pending transaction. They only offered credit to their business for future tickets. I would never purchase from them again, and since it was a pending transaction, I assumed they could cancel it. They refused and I have contacted my bank to hopefully cancel it. Gametime United is a terrible company to deal with and prey on people that *** not read the fine print. This was not a completed transaction, and i was thankful i caught it while pending, yet they still refused to cancel. This is unacceptable to me and worthy of a lawsuit. Terrible approach to customer service

On 9/2/22 I purchased 2 tickets to a Twins/White Sox game. The price listed was $17 per ticket. I went all the way through the transaction and never once was I informed about any other price than the $17 indicated. I then find in a separate email received after the purchase that I had been charged $28 per ticket. I reached out via email and they state that they have no control over the final charge of the tickets, and that I could have changed "settings" to reveal the fees charged. Really? For a first-time customer they don't have the "settings" defaulted to complete transparency?! AND THEY CLAIM NO HIDDEN FEES!
Placed an order for football tickets on 9/24, roughly 30 minutes prior to the game's start. Unfortunately, I did not receive the tickets. With only 5 minutes remaining until kickoff, I initiated a chat with customer service. The representative informed me that the ticket owner had yet to release them and initially refused to issue a refund. What?!? Finally, 25 minutes after the game had started, they agreed to process a refund. It seems they took my money without actually securing the tickets. Moreover, their website claims that tickets are guaranteed by the start of the game. This turned out to be completely untrue, amounting to lies and fraud on both counts!
I purchased tickets through the companies website on September 11, 2022. I searched for tickets in selective sections and used the depicted seat views to purchase tickets. The picture of the seat view I purchased shows views at the *** yard line. Days after purchase, I looked at other sights such as SeatGeek (the platform Gametime uses to transfer their tickets from), Ticketmaster, etc. and they ALL show the same section/row of seats clearly facing the end zone, not near the 20 or 30 yard line as this website showed. I emailed support and was told that that they show a general view and it is not exact. They show a section and row number so I would be able to confirm where I want to be inferring that I should know where they are at aside from the pictures. I have a picture from their site which is also the exact same picture shown for other sections on their site as you move closer to the 50 yard line. The website is clearly deceptive. I would have never bought these tickets for the price I payed if I had known where the seats were located. I could have bought these tickets from any other website for much less.
I was looking to get tickets which I found on the web the gametime app came up the tickets was 33 dollars each which said 66 dollars before I entered my card number i processed to press next for the next step and to confirm but was charged 162 and never received my tickets and was told I can get a 16 dollars credit
Gametime sold me prime Level 2 tickets for Dua Lipa, then downgraded me last-minute.
Gametime sold me prime Level 2 tickets on 9/13 for Dua Lipa's concert, but then last-minute downgraded me to inferior Level 1 tickets. I was initially informed via text about a 'fulfillment issue' and assumed the replacement tickets were of equal or better value. However, upon reviewing the seating chart, I realized I had been deceived and ended up with seats that had an obstructed view, far from the stage. Despite accepting the new tickets via text, customer service informed me they couldn't rectify the situation when I called en route to the concert. I plan to report Gametime for fraudulent practices to complaintsboard.com and will advise my network against using their service.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I used the Gametime app to purchase 3 tickets to KA at *** for July 18 for 9:30 show. This was a special event for my sons 25th birthday. I get to MGM and they tell me these are not correct tickets as these seat #s do not exist. In order for us to see the show I had to spend more money and purchase tickets from MGM directly. Gametime should be be reported as fraud
My husband purchased tickets earlier this month for baseball games. When we arrived at the gate and attempted to present the mobile tickets, the mobile app crashed. We attempted to load the tickets again, and many times after, but the app crashed every time. We were unable to enter the game and left for home. When calling the support line, we were told that refunds only apply for cancelled events. We were also told that, had we called the company when we were at the event, we could have been allowed in. We were unable to load the tickets through the primary source-- the mobile app-- and we did not call the company-- because the app is supposed to work and we did not think to call this company. We would like our money refunded due to technology error. I've attached screenshots of the app. The last screenshot shows the app crashing.
1. Date 8/10/2022
2. Descriptions
3 Tickets to see LOVE BY CIRQUE DU SOLEIL
3. Amount: $525.00
I purchased these tickets through the GAMETIME APP, selecting the performance on August 11 at 9:30 pm, as indicated in the screenshot that references 'tomorrow.' Given that today is August 10, there appears to be a discrepancy. I contacted GAMETIME twice to explain that their user interface is displaying incorrect information regarding my purchase. They insist that my purchase was for August 10, as their backend systems, such as the SQL or AWS database, indicate a purchase on the 10th. This is incorrect. If the frontend is displaying a specific date, it is reasonable to assume that the purchase is being made for that date. The screenshot of my purchase clearly shows 'tomorrow,' not today's date.
I would like to file an official complaint about misleading consumer information, as the correct purchase date and time were not displayed. For your information, when I received the confirmation email, I immediately called the support line to address the issue, ensuring that they would either refund me or book my ticket for the correct day. Subsequently, I repurchased my tickets with another company, VEGAS.COM. Now, I am requesting a refund of $525.00.
Thank you.
Today I purchased tickets through GameTime. I did not have an account on file, but the option was to go through the steps online and then finish by providing my email, creating an account and paying by credit card. I then purchased four tickets for tonight's game. My young child is going to his first baseball game with me and two friends. The price of the tickets was listed on the page as $62 each. However, it was only after I had entered my credit card information and received confirmation of the purchase that I was sent an invoice including an additional $25 per ticket for fees and costs. To be clear, this information was only presented to me post-transaction, as part of my receipt and confirmation. GameTime claims not to have hidden fees, yet these fees are not only concealed but also comparatively high.

Yesterday I purchased tickets for the 49ers Game on 11/28 using the GameTime app
Yesterday I purchased tickets for the 49ers Game on 11/28 using the GameTime app. During the process after I used Apple Pay I got an Error alert and it would not let me proceed as the app just shut down. I went back into the app and had no tickets or purchase history, and did not want to miss out on tickets at that price so purchased them again. This morning when I woke up I had two charges on my card but only one receipt, and the tickets for the later purchase. I reached out VIA email asking to please receive a refund for the tickets as there was an error and why I had two transaction. I also reached out VIA phone and texted with a man back and forth and they would not agree to give me my full refund. They said that because there was an error message they would refund $500 but the rest had to be in GameTime credits. I do not want GameTime credits, I want all of my money back as the only reason these tickets were purchased twice was due to their error message. They said they sent me a confirmation text after the initial purchase but I received nothing except the error message. If as they stated they noticed the error then I am entitled to my full refund as I no longer trust this business or want to ever do business with them again.

Gametime is one of the most evil companies I have ever dealt with in my entire life. Their customer service is so below the bar I dont know how they continue to remain in business. I purchased tickets from a website that I was unaware of the policies they held. When I purchased my tickets, they couldnt wait to get you to check out quick enough, there was nothing stating that Gametime has a zero refund policy. They have their policies that are almost like a treaty. Created with a loophole to always and only benefit Gametime. They have no customer service, and tried to offer me a credit of $30 on $296 worth of tickets. I also was extremely ill with COVID-19 at this time (I have a positive test) there was absolutely no way I wouldve even been able to attend as I couldnt get out of bed for days anyway. This company has no regards for customers or making anything right. The supervisor I spoke with: ***, was condescending and rude and belittled me the entire time we were on the phone talked to me like I was incompetent. This company is full of greed and I refuse to ever give my hard earned dollars to them again.
My son used the app to buy tickets. He intended to purchase them for Monday, June 13, but by mistake, he acquired tickets for today, Sunday, June 12. He had no intention of attending today; in fact, he was unable to go, and the game was already in the third inning when he made the purchase. Within 10 minutes, he realized the error and reached out to Gametime, speaking with a representative and a supervisor. However, Gametime declined to transfer the purchase price to tomorrow's game. Today's game was far from a sellout, with plenty of tickets still available; their refusal was purely based on policy. The tickets will go unused. I have reached out to my bank to dispute the $56 charge, as I find their policy to be unreasonable. It appears their system lacks a confirmation step to verify if customers truly want tickets for an event that has already commenced. I find it hard to believe that we are the only ones who have faced this issue. Their policy is rigid, offering no flexibility and seems to serve their convenience exclusively. I am requesting a refund or credit. Thank you.
I went to the Gametime website to purchase tickets for a baseball game I clicked the price of $34 and confirmed that was the section and price. The site asked for my information and credit card information. I said that the order was pending. That screen never changed and I got an email saying congratulation and showed the tickets with a price of $50 each.
July 3, 2022, I purchased two lawn tickets for a concert in a city I had chosen for a total amount of $56. When I received the confirmation and tickets, they were for a show in a different city. I called Gametime and requested a refund. They refused to credit my bank account and offered a Gametime credit instead. However, this error was on the company's part, and they refused to acknowledge that the tickets were for the wrong location. The customer service representative who assisted me declined to provide information that would allow me to speak to a manager. I was on the phone with her for over an hour, and no refund to my bank was issued. Gametime was not willing to assist and offer any support with refunds or getting the correct tickets.
Tonight on January 14, 2022 I attempted to purchase tickets to the Timberwolves Golden State game
Tonight on January 14, 2022 I attempted to purchase tickets to the Timberwolves Golden State game. I signed in via the app installed on my phoneThere was a glitch in the app that is not allowing me to fully sign in or out.I attempted to purchase 2 tickets but did not get confirmation of the purchase. I was asked for an email address. When I gave it, it said there was already an account with that email & to give another which I dont have. I guess this resulted in the system viewing me as a ghost account.I went back a second time and the same thing.it asked me to log into an AXS account. Seeing no tickets in my Gametime App I went there & purchased 2 tickets.10 minutes later I get a txt message from Gametime saying I had purchased 4 tickets for over $1,000 dollars (in addition to the tickets I bought on AXS. This is a result of a glitch at *** are trying to stick me with these tickets. They offered to refund 2 but are leaving me o the hook for the other 2, aprox $520. These tickets are restricted for resale so I cant sell them.Gametime is a scam.I wanted to take my little boy to see *** and they have ruined everything. I am hoping to figure out something to sell the tickets they are sticking me with.

I went to make a transaction on the app for 475$ today 10/30/2022 at 12:00pm
I went to make a transaction on the app for 475$ today 10/30/2022 at 12:00pm. However upon continuing with my purchase it asked me to enter my email and name. It then said I could not proceed because there was already an account associate with that email. Which at that point I assumed the purchase had not been made. I exited out of the app, because it appear to not be working and did not give me an option to sign in to my account. My husband then purchased tickets on his app. After he did that I looked at my bank account and noticed that I had been charged for the tickets that I thought had not been purchased. No credit card prompting was brought up and no confirmation was given, so I did not think that they were purchased. I logged into my Gametime portal and there were no tickets on there, but then I got a text saying my tickets will arrive 10/4. I did not think I purchased these tickets, therefore I do not want them. I called customer service and all they could say was it was final sale even though their website says the following They said it went through because of my phone number even though the app did not confirm it or give me the option to confirm my Apple Pay. It just used my information without my acknowledgment or confirmation, and gave me the impression that it did not work.

Tickets were bought for a concert scheduled in an undisclosed location on July 8th, 2022
Tickets were purchased for a concert to be held at an undisclosed venue on Friday July 8th 2022. Tickets were bought on the same day, within an hour of the event. It turned out that there had been major network interruptions throughout the day affecting the ticketing service. Other vendors had warned of potential issues, but Game Time continued normal operations and sold tickets without issuing any warnings or information about the outage. After the event, I contacted Game Time support and initially, they cited a no-refund policy. Upon further discussion about their business practices, they offered a refund in the form of Gametime Credits. I declined, expressing my disinterest in using credits on a platform with such business ethics. I requested a full refund to my credit card, rejecting the idea of being tied to their service. My expectation is to receive professional customer service and a monetary refund.

On 9/23/22 I bought 2 Bad Bunny concert tickets at a well-known venue.
On 9/23/22 I purchased 2 tickets to the Bad Bunny concert at a local venue. Section 435, row 6, seats were assigned. I received my tickets but was told I had to transfer them from Ticketmaster, which I did successfully and was able to enter the stadium. However, upon arriving at my seats, I found them occupied. The other party showed their mobile tickets with the same seat details. It seems there was a mix-up and my tickets were sold twice. I've contacted Gametime without a hopeful response. I paid almost $400 and ended up standing far from the stage. This was my first and last time using Gametime due to this terrible experience. Further research revealed that double-selling tickets is common, and it also happened to me. Ticketmaster denied responsibility as I didn't purchase directly from them.

I bought tickets to a hockey game in November for my partners birthday with the expectation that we would be able to get a negative COVID test
I bought tickets to a hockey game in November for my partners birthday with the expectation that we would be able to get a negative COVID test and be able to attend the game. In December, the *** Mayor released a vaccine mandate. Unfortunately, due to religious beliefs, certain parties planning to attend the game are not vaccinated, so I immediately called Gametime, as soon as I saw the press release regarding the vaccine mandate. I first checked the rules regarding returns and no where, did it state anything about a vaccine nor a test. They updated their rules the day after I called them. I have spoken to them 5 times and they refuse to offer any sort of resolution. I was promised when I initially called, that they would release my tickets early so that I can attempt to sell them, and here we are, the day before the game and I have yet to receive the tickets. I have NO time to try to sell them and now it looks like I am going to be out almost 400 dollars. I have learned my *** and I will never purchase anything through this company again but it should be illegal to keep someones money without them receiving their product and without offering any resolution. We even asked to exchange them for tickets for a game before the mandate went into effect and still, they refused. I have tried to find any type of resolution with these people and they have not been willing to work with me in any way.

I spent over $1200 on concert tickets for my wife's birthday
I bought several tickets for my wife for her birthday for a total amount of I believe just a little over $1200. The concert was scheduled for June 30, 2022, as part of the artist's tour. Initially, the artist postponed all concerts due to health issues. After 3 months, with his health not improving, he announced the cancellation of the entire tour. This news was widely reported online; the World Tour and all concerts up to March 2023 were canceled. The ticket policy states that in the event of a cancellation, customers will be refunded. Despite repeated contact, the response has been consistent: they are awaiting official confirmation of the cancellation before proceeding with refunds. This is unacceptable, as the artist and news outlets have confirmed the cancellation. The tickets were exorbitantly priced, and I had to purchase them separately to ensure adjacent seating with my wife. I am demanding an immediate refund.

The Gametime website was visited on December 24th to purchase tickets to a basketball game occuring on December 27th
The Gametime website was visited on December 24th to purchase tickets to a basketball game occuring on December 27th. The tickets were chosen and a price of $106 per ticket was presented. On the next screen, the credit card information request section and the purchase button were visible. My credit card information was entered and the purchase button pressed. I then received an email confirmation containing a total $320. The receipt stated that each ticket was $146.92, much higher than the $106 price tag and taxes were $26.16. No fees were clearly disclosed prior to the purchase button being presented on the screen and the $80 upcharge Gametime fees is so much higher than expected. Worst of all, I contacted the company within hours was informed that it was not their policy to refund purchases. I later found out that the fees are hidden below the purchase button, which is not at all consumer friendly, but is instead deceptive and misleading, and not in line with respectable business practices. Finally, I have not able to dispute or cancel the purchase through my credit card company because even 48 hours after the purchase, Gametime has not processed the payment, so I am not able to stop it or reverse it and they will not accept it or refund it. They only offered for me to resell the tickets on their site for a fee. I have attached screen shots of the Gametime purchase flow as an example of the misleading screens that do not clearly show the total that is being charged This is a nightmare!

I went to purchase Reik concert tickets for 6/16 in ***
I went to purchase Reik concert tickets for 6/16 in ***. When I tried to log into the app it sent me into a never-ending signin loop (I later found out this is a due to a bug in their app where it won't let you sign in unless you have the account fields fully filled out, which you can't do until you sign in -- broken system). So eventually I gave up trying to sign in and tried to purchase a ticket from their app. When I went to purchase I got an "error" saying it didn't go through and those tickets are unavailable. So I went back in, was finally able to sign in and bought new tickets. However, only the old tickets were delivered to me, not the new ones. So I reached out to support and they explained that I was only given the old ones because I actually did purchase it (my card was charged) and they didn't send me an email confirmation or send me the tickets because no email was on file (how do they expect to allow customers to buy but not deliver). SO they then sent me the right tickets BUT refused to refund me for the others. I contacted them immediately as well. THey said their policy only allows them to give me app credit. But this was due to a bug on their end. I contacted customer support over and over and they never solved the problem. One agent told me I could get a credit AND sell the tickets. So I begrudedly accepted only to find out that it was a typo in his email that lead to this offer and they removed the tickets for sale. I am extremely frustrated. I want my money back. Thank you.

On 11/29, I purchased 2 tickets from Gametime for a sporting event that is being held tomorrow 01/02/2022
On 11/29, I purchased 2 tickets from Gametime for a sporting event that is being held tomorrow 01/02/2022. Upon purchase I was told that my tickets for this event should arrive no later than 12/26. Once that date came and passed, I reached out to the company stating that I had not received the tickets. I was told that they had reached out to the seller, and that my tickets would be emailed to me by the end of that day. Again, I did not receive my tickets, so I reached out the following the day letting them know that. I received an apology and was told once again that I would receive my tickets now by the end of that day. Same thing occurred. Since then, Ive gone back and forth on a daily basis with the same issue and I was told the same thing each time. Ive waited each day to the end of the each day and still no tickets, then having to reach out the next day to be told this again. It is now the evening before the event and am yet to receive my tickets.I called again (3x today), and the last word I received is that I should have my tickets now within 2 hours before tomorrows event. I have taken the day off to attend this event tomorrow, I have booked a hotel room, and I will be driving up to *** tomorrow for this event. Only now to be told that once Im up there I will be in standby for possibly up to 2 hours before the game. With this pattern, I am concerned that I will not receive the tickets at all. This is my first and only time purchasing from this company, but this seems like a scam.

On 12/5 I made a purchase using the GameTime App for $1268
On 12/5 I made a purchase using the GameTime App for $1268. The purchase was for two tickets to the Orange Bowl game in section 241. I used Venmo which immediately withdrew the funds and I was sent a confirmation email. The order number 94D636L8GQ. That was a 12:46PM EST. At 1:32PM EST, I received a text stating that the 2 tickets I purchased were no longer available. They offered a replacement of two tickets in section 232. Although these were worse seats I replied yes to the new tickets. I then received a text stating that those tickets were no longer available? They offered a refund or credit to my account with an additional $300 to be used to buy other tickets. At this time the tickets had sky rocketed and were no longer affordable. The delay in telling me about losing the tickets took me out of the market and prevented me from shopping elsewhere. After speaking to guest services I offered to add an additional $500 of my own money if they could secure similar tickets. This was turned down and only the original offer was given. I do not want a refund, I want what I purchased and made plans for. I've spent money on plane tickets and made arrangements with work. I cannot replace the tickets for what I paid due to the pricing going up. GameTime should give enough credit to me to cover the purchase of similar tickets. We had a binding contract that they must live up to. If their seller backed out then charge them with the difference, don't make the buyer suffer for their poor relationship with the seller.

I ordered concert tickets and never received them
I ordered concert tickets and never received them. I did not receive a ticket transfer email. I reached out to Gametime through phone, app, and email and had serious difficulty reaching an actual person. I did receive an automated email that states 'Don't worry, you are covered by our Gametime Guarantee, which guarantees that you'll get your tickets in time for the event!' The person I did reach told me to go to the venue and go to the box office and that my tickets would be there. I paid for a cab to go to the venue, waited in the security line, and spoke to the ticket agent, who told me that since the tickets had not been transferred in my name, Ticketmaster was unable to do anything since Gametime still had the tickets. I told the person that I spoke to through the in-app support about the 'gametime guarantee', and she said that Gametime would try to offer equal or better tickets. When I inquired about those, she brought up the tickets that I bought being at the box office again, to which I told her again that Ticketmaster couldn't give them to us because Gametime didn't transfer them to my name. We missed the event, and the person I spoke to through the in-app chat basically said that a refund cannot be guaranteed. It has now been over a week and I have not received a refund. I am out almost $1000 for the tickets, plus the money it took for me to get to and from the venue, and the time I wasted doing all that and not getting to see the show. The 'Gametime Guarantee' is absolute false advertising and I am furious.

I bought 2 tickets to a Comedy Show on Nov 6, 2021, at a venue in a city for $280 total.
I bought 2 tickets to a Comedy Show on Saturday Nov, 6 2021 at a venue in a city for a total value of $230 plus parking of $50 (which I did not use). I was aware of the city's vaccination protocols, so I called the LiveNation number provided by Gametime as I was unvaccinated to inquire about using a negative COVID test. Having had COVID a month prior, I was advised against immediate vaccination. LiveNation said I could speak to the 'HealthStaff' at the venue. Despite explaining my situation and religious exemption, I was denied entry. Attempts to escalate the issue at the venue were met with threats of force. Seeking a refund, LiveNation directed me to Gametime, who were unhelpful. Unable to speak to a manager or get a refund, I feel this is fraudulent. Both companies should improve their handling of situations like mine. I demand a refund for the unused tickets.

I bought 2 e-tickets for $1530 for an F1 race from Gametime on June 29, 2022, but faced issues.
I bought 2 e-tickets for $1530 for an F1 race from Gametime on June 29, 2022. I chose them for their electronic/mobile transfer feature, as confirmed in my email. However, I didn't receive the tickets immediately as expected. I contacted Gametime twice, once immediately and again on August 24, but got no clear answers. Later, I was informed the tickets were physical, not e-tickets. I disputed this, as I never agreed to buy physical tickets, and requested a refund. The response was unhelpful, and they insisted on shipping the tickets to me, which I was uncomfortable with. The seller apparently didn't possess the tickets at the time of sale. I've informed my contacts about this experience and we've decided not to use Gametime due to their unreliable practices. I advise others to consider this as a warning.

I used the GameTime app to buy tickets to the Nuggets game on November 11th
I used the GameTime app to buy tickets to the Nuggets game on November 11th. I found a pair of tickets and went to purchase. In the process of completing the order, I was asked to enter an email address so that the tickets could be sent via email. I entered my email address only to receive an error saying that there is already an account associated with this email, at which point I am again directed to enter an email address and subsequently receive the same error. I could not get past this error screen. This led me to believe the purchase did not go through. I then went to purchase another pair of tickets only to receive the same error message. Figuring that neither purchase went though, I decided to look for tickets again in the morning. It was at this point I checked my credit card statement and see that both transactions went through. The initial transaction was for $128 (Confirmation # V4B699G24L) and the second transaction for $134 (Confirmation # ZX6TDDGXT3). I tried resolving this with GameTime customer service but was told they are a ticket reseller and therefore all ticket sales are final. They would not acknowledge that there is a malfunction in their app that caused the issue. Customer service told me my best bet would be to resell the tickets. However, they said that due to the tickets being from Ticketmaster (I have no idea how this works), that I could not resell them on the GameTime app. Then how were these tickets sold on the app in the first place?! Not only was there a malfunction in their app causing a duplicate purchase, but this also exposed the scam that is the ticket resale industry. I would like my $134 refunded.

Last year, I paid for a concert ticket from Gametime
Last year, I paid for a concert ticket from Gametime. The concern was set to happen in April . Unfortunately, it was canceled due to Covid-19. I first asked for a refund on March 17th, as the documents will show. At that time, they responded that the concert would not be affected by Covid and it will continue to take place, which I knew it would not. I asked again on May 26th. This would have been after the concert was supposed to have taken place and they responded that they could not give me my refund because the concert wasn't canceled, but postponed. I asked again on August 31st. No reply.I asked again this year on November 7th. Nearly two years after purchasing the ticket to the concert that never happened. They did say they would give me a refund. However, they sent the refund but never confirmed the account details. In the course of two years, cards could be lost, accounts may have been closed, a number of changes are likely to have occurred. In this case, I do not bank with the same company I originally purchased with. This shouldn't be a major issue, considering the money should have bounced right back. When I spoke with the previous bank, there's no indication that the money was received. It wouldn't have, since there's no account. However, I spent weeks in back and forth communication with Gametime associates disputing whether or not the refund was processed "on their end". I asked several times for the case to be escalated to a supervisor and they refused. I asked them to verify with another department that the funds bounced back. A simple issue has taken weeks to be solved because of their unprofessionalism and refusal to take accountability.

Ive purchased two *** concert tickets for Tuesday July, 26 2022 via Gametime app on Sunday July 17th 2022 at 3:36pm
Ive purchased two *** concert tickets for Tuesday July, 26 2022 via Gametime app on Sunday July 17th 2022 at 3:36pm. My confirmation number was 5XWNBDMWQ3. I purchased two tickets for section 8 row 17 and seats 1-2. Each ticket was $184.00 each with a fee of $61.00 each which resulted to the total of $490.00. After confirmation of sale They stated step by step what I needed to do to receive my tickets. First I got an email stating I should received another email with a transfer link to claim my tickets. The day before the concert Monday July, 25th 2022 I never received an email with the transfer link. Ive contacted the company via chat on their Gametime mobile app to resolve the issue. This where the representative said they will contact the supplier to have them resend the transfer link to my two concert tickets. I asked how long will this take and I was told there was no time frame to this procedure. The next day Tuesday the day of the concert I still havent received the link to claim my tickets. I called the company to voice my concerns and they said not worry I should receive a link before the start of the concert. At this point I had no confidence in their promises so I had to purchase two tickets from ticket master so I can attend the show. So I never received a transfer link for tickets to the concert from Gametime and they claim they do not offer refunds. Gametime just took my money and offered no tangible help. I would like to receive my full refund from Gametime for a service they did not provide and a refund of the extra money I spent on tickets that I shouldnt of had to do if they provided what I paid for the first time around. If needed I can provided all interactions of email, receipt, and customer service chats. Thank you.
