Contacted Jon Whitaker in June of 2017; Sep 2017 garage floor completed (No Issue)
Contacted Whitaker April of 2021; team coated my Driveway––3-6 May. Currently, the driveway has a couple of issues that I wanted Whitaker to address. I’ve placed (5) calls made since spring of this year; can’t get him to come out and address my concerns. So much for a “Leading Lifetime Warranty!"
Note: In 2017, when he was still a small company he was response; now he’s Too Big, Too Busy to address my driveway concerns. I’ve called and spoke with his daughter and him on several occasions. He always defers and says he’ll look-over his schedule and confer with me––He Doesn’t! So when I call him, what I get is an underlining, unappreciated tone and a barrage of excuses such as, but not limited to: He’s out of town at the Michigan game, He’s on the other side of town working jobs, etc... Most recently, I called and highlighted two of his company wrapped/painted cars were in an adjacent neighborhood. He pivoted ... again, no attempts to right a wrong.
This Franchisee is casting a negative light on your company/product and his unresponsiveness/lack of action isn’t consistent with a reputable company’s Core Values. After 29 years in Federal Government, I’ve come to expect more!

Desired outcome: Admonish Jon Whitaker, deterring him from future “Mispractice" and reimburse out of pocket costs.
