i had a grate experince at gates honda. the peeps were super helpful and the process was easy peasy. i would def recommend this place to anyone looking for a new ride.

i got a used lexus from gates honda and it was a good experience. they treated us nice and we didn't have any problems buying it. they didn't push us to buy anything either. we've had it serviced a few times and it's been fine. i tell all my friends to check out gates honda if they need a car.
I got a 2016 Honda Civic for my girl
I got a 2016 Honda Civic for my girl. Her mom found a piece of the fairing broke off. It wasn't there the day before when we got the car. Needless to say, I was pissed. Took the car back and they fixed it, but I don't like having a car I just paid thousands for, delivered to my daughter in any other condition than before. The salesman Kyle said it would be under 200 a month, but it ended up being more. Also, the sales manager Carl treated me like I was some out of control customer at a bar he was about to "bounce" rather than an upset customer who just dropped THOUSANDS. I'll walk before I ever buy ANYTHING from Gates Auto Group again.

Bought a new car from Gates Honda and found out later that it had been in a wreck. CARFAX told me about it, but they didn't say anything about the car being shot. I found a piece of the bullet and some damage. I'm going to the police to see if it's part of something illegal. I think they should fix it for free since they didn't tell me about it when I bought it.

Me and my hubby bought a car from Gates Honda and they promised us that we could refinance it after a year. But they lied to us! We got a flyer from them to buy a car and we did, even though the interest rate was 18% and we had to pay $613 a month. They said that our credit score would be better in a year and they could refinance our loan at a lower rate. They even said they could refinance our house! So we trusted them and signed the papers. But now, after 11 months, we called to ask about refinancing and they didn't want to talk to my hubby. They said they weren't a bank and they had no intention of refinancing our loan. My hubby told them that they lied to us and they didn't deny it. I blame Gates Honda for their employees' actions. They need to explain why they promised to refinance our car and house and then denied it.

I was driving my 2021 car home from work one night and suddenly multiple warning lights came on the dash out of nowhere. I called the dealership the next day to try and get my vehicle in to get it looked at. I was able to bring it to them on Monday, June 20th. I was called later on in the day to be informed that one of the sensors behind the front bumper had been damaged from an "outside source", which was causing the dash lights to come on. There is absolutely no damage to my vehicle whatsoever, along with the fact that during their inspection of the vehicle they had given me the "Automobile Status Report", which included a "Multi-Point Vehicle Inspection Checklist", along with "Additional Service Recommendations" and a bill estimate. Nowhere was it noted of damage to the vehicle. I then had asked how a sensor behind the bumper that shows no damage could be broken, their response was "we do not know exactly what caused it, probably a pothole in the road.", however I never hit a pothole. I then asked if I were to drive a new vehicle off your lot today, and 1 mile down the road I ran into the same problem, it would not be covered? The response I was given to that was "No it wouldn't be covered." I then called corporate to explain the issue. They said they needed to contact the dealership to get details and would call me back in a few days. About a week later they called back and said that they spoke to the dealership and that "we could not argue with the technicians because they're trained professionals and there's nothing else we can do for you." At this point I have a vehicle just over a year old, still under warranty, that now has no safety features and would set me back almost $1,000 out of pocket to fix. I would like to note that I received a free loaner car, as well as no charge for inspecting the vehicle despite being told the issue wasn't covered under warranty.

I bought a car from Gates Honda on 1/19 for 26,697 dollars and an extended warranty for 3450 dollars. They said it covered the car for 36,000 miles bumper to bumper. They also said it went through a 150-point inspection and nothing was wrong. But, after driving it for a mile, it started making a loud rattling/grinding noise. I called them the next day and they said they would fix it. I took it back to the dealership on 1/20 and they gave me a loaner car. They called me on 1/26 and said it was fixed. But, when I drove it, it was still making the same noise and the exhaust was louder than before. I called them several times, but they never called me back. After I reviewed them on ***, they finally called me back and said they would fix it completely. But, they said the warranty wouldn't cover it for 30 days after purchase. They would pay my 200 dollar deductible, but not for it to be fixed completely. I don't think I should have to pay for this to be fixed or wait 30 days.
