This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I had to cancel my ticket due to Some emergency, called gaura travel, they said its non refundable. (Your 1500$ gone ).
Then I spoke with airline directly, they said the cancellation fee is only $200.
Then I called Gaura travel back, this time they said the cancellation is $600 for you.
Asked them to give me the breakdown, no answers, no email., no phone calls.
The Customer service Staff could not even understand What I am asking ...their call centre is in India who don;t Damn about Fair Business

While speaking about the best Indian travel agents in Australia, the name that always rings bell in our heads is none other than Gaura Travel. This travel agency is definitely the best. The reservation people are extremely supportive and have always provided me with some of the best airfare deals. It’s really amazing that even in this festive season of Christmas they treated me with cheap airfares. Thanks, guys.
Please avoid at all costs. Temporary Booking fee $40.80 they charge you is unnecessary and should be avoided at all times.Their fares are expensive and customer service is the worst i have ever seen.

Please don’t book through Gaura Travels. If your flight gets cancelled, they won’t give you your refund back. It’s almost been 11 months now that I’ve not received it. They have no business ethics and don’t even bother to reply to the customers they’ve taken money from once their work is done.
Stay away from Gaura Travels, if you want to lose money go there. I got charged $500 for a ticket that they did not even book. They just sent an itinerary and then I paid money to book tickets in morning. In the evening they called and said that ticket cannot be booked so I was looking for other options but they put me on hook saying wait for 2 days until any cancellation happens to book ticket. But no one cancelled so I had to drop travel plans and ask for a refund but they are charging for $500 cancellation fee. Who will apply cancellation charge when no ticket is booked? Just sending an itinerary is what they did and looting customer's hard earned money. Absolutely no business ethics, staff just trained to keep talking rubbish with no sense. They are blaming me for not telling them the refund option before itself but why would someone talk about refund when they told me wait for any cancellation. Cheats...
