Do not do business with this company. Did part of the work in December 2023. Tony had to come back because the part was on back order. I sent a couple emails and he admitted he forgot. No biggie. Tony said he'd be out the following week and that was the week of 2/05/24. I sent an email on Wednesday and called to no avail. They did not finish the job but got paid in full.

Company damaged some of our screens during their replacements. We sent an email with pictures and spoke to the owner. He flat out refused to take any responsibility for the damage or offer any repairs.

In October 2022, I sent this company a $200.00 deposit by check to get on "the list" for screen/lanai repairs due to damage from Hurricane ***. The vendor said they got the check and estimated it would take 6-8 weeks to do the repair. After trying multiple times to get a date, in December they finally gave me a firm date of February 10. But then, on February 9, *** emailed me to say his truck broke down and he needed to reschedule. He doesn't answer my calls, texts, or emails. I asked for a definite date or my deposit back, but he's not responding now. I'm going to hire another company. I just want my $200.00 deposit back.

Vendor only communicates via email. On October 11, 2022, we started talking to the vendor and my husband to get our pool cage screen replaced. There was damage from Hurricane ***, so we paid a $200 deposit through Zelle on 10/12/2022 at 8:11 p.m. to *** dba Gene Gene the Screen Machine. We got a receipt from *** at 8:21 p.m. on 10/12/2022. On 11/7/2022, *** replied to ***'s email saying he would start our job in two weeks. On 11/30/22, I emailed to ask when he would start. He couldn't find our conversation until I told him it was under ***'s email. Finally, he found it and said the start date would be 12/28/22. I emailed on 12/22/22 to confirm the start date. He replied that it might be the next day because of the cold weather. He said the start time would be between 8-9 a.m. But they didn't show up by 12/30/22, so I emailed to ask if he was still going to do the job. On 12/31/2022, he replied saying they were running late and he would be out of the country for a week. He promised to refund the $200 deposit when he returned. On 1/11/23 and 1/12/23, I asked when and how I would get my deposit back. But I haven't received any response from him. He has kept our $200 deposit since 10/11/2022 and said on 12/31/2022 that he would refund it the week of 1/9/2023. It's now 1/18/2023, and we still haven't gotten the $200 back, and he's not answering my emails. Please help us get our $200 back because we need it for other hurricane repairs. Thank you.
