I wanna talk about Lux Mobile Inc. I put in an order (#***) back on 11/02 and I ain't heard nothin' back from 'em. I even upgraded my device and still ain't got my order after a year and a half. I been tryna reach out to 'em but they ain't respondin' to my emails. I just want my refund, ya know? Can someone please look into this and help me out?

I bought 2 cases from luxmobile.us on Jun 29 for $246.92. I didn't get no email to confirm my order and after almost a month of nothing, I went back to the site and it's totally different than when I bought. There ain't no products to look at, no customer service number to call, not even an email. I looked all over the internet and found "[protected]@luxmobile.us" for answers. I sent them two emails, but they ain't replied. I got a bad feeling that this might be a scam and they took my $250. I don't know what to do, but I hope something can be done. Maybe for me, maybe for other people they might do this to. Thanks for reading.
