I live in the Midwest and have never had a package take more than a week to arrive. I even ordered something from Kuwait just four days ago and it already arrived today! Supposedly, they claimed that the purfum I bought was the identical scent of the brand I wanted, but when I received it, it was a different story. Firstly, it arrived quick but the purfum had leaked all over the box. And then, the worst part was the smell - it was not even close to the purfum they promised it was. I was really disappointed and wanted to return the product - after all, their website states a 100% money back guarantee, right?

So, I filled out the return form on the forum they provided and even sent them an email, but I heard nothing back from them. This is when I realized this is just a bunch of lies and they're only using the money back guarantee statement to lure people in. In the end, I had to resort to filing a dispute claim with PayPal because this company was not responding to me about my issue. And guess what? They only responded on the last day of the dispute claim to offer just half of the refund I deserved. This was outrageous and it clearly showed that they don't care about their customers at all.

If it wasn't for PayPal, I would have never gotten my money back. So, take it from me - do not ever buy anything from this company. They're only out there to take your money and ignore you completely afterwards. And as for their website statements, don't believe a word of it. It's nothing but a bunch of lies. I feel bad for anyone else who has gone through the same disappointment that I had and I hope that this review will help someone else not make the same mistake.
