I thought it was just a glitch when I signed up and had to call in to order, couldn't do it online
I thought it was just a glitch when I signed up and had to call in to order, couldn't do it online. I've been tryin to get my medication refill for over 2 weeks now. Twice, a couple days after I ordered, it said "patient cancelled", which ain't true. There's literally no way to cancel an order online. I wasn't even sent an email 'bout the cancellation. A nurse from my doctor's *** was on hold 50 minutes and said they confirmed they'd be sendin the 90 day supply, but it was marked as cancelled shortly after. GeniusRx? pretty ironic name for an extremely unsmart and glitchy online orderin system. If ya rely on any sorta medication arrivin on time, don't bother!
Terrible customer service - they're mostly incompetent
Terrible customer service - they're mostly incompetent. I ordered 2 scripts like I always do. This time, someone in the shipping department decided to combine the two scripts into one shipment after I got 2 tracking numbers - seems logical, right? But it must've been left on their workstation and forgotten about. When I called to ask why the tracking was cancelled, they said that the employee comes in around 10am and they'll ask him where my scrips are. What? No one else could help. If he's out sick for a couple days, oh well, they'll send my script when they find it lying around here somewhere. Total amateur hour here, folks. I already signed up for *** Cost Plus and it was half the price. Run away!
The new system is very poorly designed and cumbersome. The new process of having to reenter data every time is poor. The removal of auto refills make them less than desirable as a provider.
I had good luck with Genius except during their conversion from Mailmyperscription.com, where their data integration plan seemed non existent. I had to spend at least 2 hours on the phone to get my prescription filled. After that, all good. But yesterday, when I wanted to refill a prescription. Between Oct 4th and Nov 28th of this year, the price for a 90 day supply of my drug went from around $22.00 to $90. In fairness, they showed the higher price on their site, so I started a chat session to ask. The person I chatted with sent a boiler plate explanation about materials, agreements, etc. This all may be true, but GoodRX has the drug at prices much closer to $22, so I'm taking my business elsewhere. Something seemed wrong.
I've been dealin' with GeniusRx for a few years now and their service used to be good
I've been dealin' with GeniusRx for a few years now and their service used to be good. But somethin' ain't right in the past 3 months or so. They're a mess. Right now, I had a refill (they filled it originally) and they charged me for the meds, but then they went ahead and cancelled my order 'cause they claim they don't have a valid prescription on file. They took my money from my credit card, but they never gave it back for the cancelled prescription. I've been tryin' to sort this out through polite emails, but I ain't even sure if I'm talkin' to a real person anymore. I can't be waitin' on the phone for hours, and it always takes forever. I wouldn't recommend doin' business with 'em. They've had my money since September 23, 2022, and now it's November. The last response I got was that I gotta call 'em for a refund.
This place is the worst
This place is the worst. I mean, seriously, the worst. Don't even bother. Yeah, the prices are good, but when things go south, you're screwed. It's impossible to get in touch with anyone using their contact methods. They don't even bother sending confirmation emails after you place an order. You have to wait for the shipping email, which usually never comes because the prescription never arrives. Every single time I order from them, it's a horrible experience. They straight up lie and say they've contacted my doctor and blame them for the mess. I've wasted entire days trying to sort things out between them and my doctor's office, and this is just for refills! It's not even my first time ordering! If I could, I'd give them zero stars. The only good thing is the pricing, but what's the point if it's such a pain to actually receive the medication, IF you're lucky enough to receive it! They have terrible business practices, messing with people's essential medications. It's like they don't even exist! And don't get me started on their laughable responses to customer complaints. They try to justify their wrongdoings. I can't wait to see if they respond to mine, if at all! I could keep going, but I'm just so disgusted with them.

Without Geniusrx we wouldn't be able to afford my husbands medication
Without Geniusrx we wouldn't be able to afford my husbands medication. If your healthcare plan has rx in it and it all goes to the same deductible, it can make your costs for certain medications in the thousands before hitting the deductible. This is the only cost saving way to get his medication. His medication also doesn't offer a savings program through the manufacturer.
GeniusRX was recommended to me because I wasn't super happy with my Walgreens service as my prescription kept getting delayed
GeniusRX was recommended to me because I wasn't super happy with my Walgreens service as my prescription kept getting delayed. The process of getting my provider to send script details was not very efficient. So I tried to contact them through the chat feature on their site...No one answered after multiple attempts. Then emailed them...no response. Then I called them, there was a 2 hour wait period first time around. A 30 minute wait period 8am in the morning! Are they even in business? Obviously, they don't have their act together. Very disappointing.
My refills were set up for one year
My refills were set up for one year. But everytime I needed a refill, the had to have my physician contact them. Phone customer service is terrible. There is always at least a 40 minute wait and twice the customer service agent said she could not hear me, after the long wait, and to call back. Email response seems prewritten and does not address the issue. Getting refills online is difficult to manage and the refill 800# let's you leave the refill info, but then you get an email saying you need to place the refill online. Really awful customer service and business practices.
I got a reminder call to refill
I got a reminder call to refill. Then they tell me I need to call and give my credit card info. When I do that, I am told they are going to charge me DOUBLE what the online price is. They gave me some line about rapidly changing prices and their system takes days to update. Why bother quoting prices online if the information isn't current / accurate. Seems shady / unethical to me. I had one or two successful orders with them, never had this issue. The price I was shown in my online account and also on goodrx.com was $9.90 for 30 days. On the phone and online chat I was quoted $20.70 for 90 days.

1 good service rest, the rest are horrible
No answers, all run around, no prescription
How are they operating like this.
I placed an order Thursday, called to add additional information i couldn't online because the forms wouldnt work. Was told all was fine. Called Monday, it wasn't processed, the order was wrong and they had zero input from what was actually put in for the prescription, rude staff, had to cancel the order a day later. Got an email today saying they tried to contact me that there was a problem filling the order AFTER I canceled it. No one tried to call or email.
A HUGE ***!

I have been getting a prescription from them for about a year and all was well
I have been getting a prescription from them for about a year and all was well. When I went to refill a prescription yesterday the price jumped from 21.60 to 95.40. There was no notification of this in any way. When I asked about this they said it was to be competitive with other online companies. That may be true but that kind of price increase should be communicated. Since I was out of the drug, I needed to refill so chose a lower quantity for 38.60. Then I got an email saying that there was a problem with my order and it was cancelled. I called to see what the problem was but the wait time was 90 minutes. Then I checked my bank account and was charged 95.40. Terrible company.

A possible *** My first order for what I will call "drug C" was placed and filled in mid October a 90 day supply for $62
A possible ***
My first order for what I will call "drug C" was placed and filled in mid October a 90 day supply for $62. all went well except for their oddball online system. After my physician sends them a script I have to go online and use their kludgy UI to "place an order" for what is to me at that point some unknown quantity of some unknown drug (umm, didn't my doc' just do that!)
In any event it worked and I got my meds a week or so later. Now it's January and I 'd like to refill:
- So I go online to find no list of previous orders or refill info;
- Call 'em uusing the "888" number on the prescription bottleand after pressing "2" for "refills" (IIRC) am advised to go online to order refills;
- Back online, sill no obvious way to see previous orders or request a refill;
- So I call the "888" number shown on the website, listen to the blurb and press "?" to "request a refill", using an automated interface I enter the prescription number, birth date, etc and am told that the order has been entered and will be charged to my CC "on file"no mention of how much;
- Being suspicious by nature I call again an wait for a human (a pleasant woman), explaining that I'd like to know the cost of my just placed order-. Then, after relating my just placed order info, and verifying that I am me (birth date, address, etc.) I am told $359.24says I "choke/WTF it was $62 last time!"
Pleasant woman says "let me talk to my supervisor, can you hold for 3 -4 minutes?" She does come back in 3 minutes or so and advises that that is the current cost. "Cancel it then." And "in fact cancel my membership while you are at it";
Their own website shows it, with their coupon, as $81 and change at Walmart. Wellâ„ž has it at $72 from WallyWorld !
So; beyond that the website and ordering process are weird as *** (my polite way of saying "useless as teats on a bull") the whole shebang seems to me to be some sort of extended version of "bait and switch"...

I ordered prescription drugs from Genius RX (Mailmyprescriptions.com) on 4/8
I ordered prescription drugs from Genius RX (Mailmyprescriptions.com) on 4/8. But guess what? I never got it! According to USPS, they delivered it on the same day I got the shipping number from Genius. But seriously, I never received the prescription. So, I reached out to Genius and guess what they said? They told me that my claim is outside their 7-day claim period. How the heck was I supposed to know when the 7-day period starts if I didn't even receive the shipment? I thought it was still on its way until I checked with Genius on 6/6. They had the audacity to tell me to file a claim with USPS. Like, come on! Genius chose the carrier in the first place and they were the ones who shipped it. It's their responsibility to file a claim, not mine. And to make matters worse, USPS won't compensate for a lost shipment unless it was insured. And you know what? This package wasn't insured. Can you believe it? I paid $32.10 for this mess.
