Absolute scam of a company. I signed up for the free trial and my card was charged 151$ less than a month later with no warning and they will not refund or allow returns. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

Over drafted my account by $100 with a recurring payment. I had paused my subscription, but they didn't notify me the pause had lifted. They wouldn't cancel the order even though I immediately contacted them. They chose to respond after I had received the shipment confirmation so as to have the excuse the order was already on the way.They do offer a refund policy, but it'll be *** days from now before I will get back my $100 minus the return shipping they make you pay for.

Same issue as everyone else - I understood I only agreed to a trial, and then they did not notify me of a trial ending and then charged/shipped even prior to the next months date, and then told me I couldn't be refunded. The whole thing is an intentionally misleading scam. I see plenty of issues here marked as "resolved" but I guarantee they are not, nor has my issue been resolved.

Refusing to issue refund
On August 7th, this company charged my PayPal account a total of $165.25 USD at 11pm. How interesting they charge late at night. I remember cancelling my subscription, so I was shocked to wake up to this charge. They are leaving me with an over drafted bank account, and I do not get paid for another week. I emailed them this morning explaining I had cancelled the sub, but it seemed it did not go through, so I went ahead and cancelled again. I was told I could not be issued a refund. During these difficult times, it is truly not good for a company to leave someone with negative funds, simply because they do not want to cancel the order and refund. I have not received any shipment details email so they can most definitely still cancel this. I do not want the products. I tried their trial set and my skin reacted poorly. I need my money back.

I got charged out of nowhere, absolute rip off
I ordered a trial pack after a long time and 300aud have been cut from my account without me even buying anything else after the trial pack(the $80 for the trial pack got charged but I actually ordered that so there's no problem with that). The thing is I can't access my account because the SMS goes to my Australian number (+[protected]) but I've moved from Australia and I'm in another country that's why my last order of the starter pack was to America. And I have another number. I don't know if the transaction was an automatic thing, but I don't want any products or anything I don't even know where the products are going to, Can you take the automatic thing off and please return my money back.

Just cancel everything and if you can delete my account as well on geologie that would be great. The thing is I wouldn't complain if I actually knew about the order but I didn't want anything. It literally took money from my account and automatically placed the order. How does that work? Why would you automatically take money out of my account, without sending me an email or anything? I've already also explained to you the situation about my account as well. I can't access it anymore because it sends an sms to my Australian number and I'm in another country with another number so I couldn't even check anything. Look I just want my money back, I never asked for this order. Also no I don't want any future things from geologie after this Im good so cancel the subscriptions and give my money back please. I canceled my subscription to this service via email on April 8th.Today, April 18th, I was charged $142 for the subscription fee. I immediately sent an email to cancel the order and,again, cancel my subscription. I also requested my money back. I received another email stating my order had already been sent and that I had to go through the refund process. I would need to wait until my order arrived and place a label back on the package, and send it back. Once they received the package, I would then receive my refund. I have no issue returning their product, as I did not order it. However, they have no right to my money. Additionally, I would not be receiving my full refund and I would be charged a $7.95 processing fee. I want my money back that they did not have permission to charge me and I want ALL my money back. I refuse to be charged a fee for their mistake.

On February 21, 2022, Geologie charged my credit union debit card $135.00. This charge should have never occurred, as I had requested by email on 8/25 that my account and subscription be cancelled. First, I had attempted to call Geologie, but they were unavailable by phone. And since they offer email support, I went ahead and sent the email on 8/25 at 5:40 pm EST. Fast forward to the present, I was charged on 2/21/22. Once I had found out that I was charged, I again attempted to call but received a company voicemail like previously. I sent an email on 2/21/22 at 10:28 am asking why was I receiving more product from a subscription that I had previously requested be cancelled. I received an email on 2/22/22 from Geologie, where they explained the return process. I responded by alerting them to the fact that I no longer lived at the address, and as a matter of fact, moved out of state, so I had no way to return what they should not have sent. I even sent them a snippet copy of the email I sent them back on 8/25, which proved I requested they cancel the subscription. However, even with this proof, the tone in Geologie's email is making it obvious they aren't going to refund me unless they receive their products back, when they know its their fault for sending it as I had requested my account be cancelled months ago. And its plain and obvious because they sent me a link on how to request mail forwarding through the *** They're forcing me to file complaints with both you, the Complaintsboard.com, and the federal government's CFPB, and the state of Georgia *** This is wrong of Geologie. They're not taking responsibility of not cancelling my subscription. While, at the same time, they're trying to hold me financially responsible for skin care products they likely won't get back because I no longer live at the address on the account they should have cancelled. How is that fair? I want a refund of the entire amount charged. I've also notified my bank.

Got the old bait and switch. Signed up for the $5 promotion and was then charged $153 for a 90 month supply not even 30 days after receiving my initial order. To my surprise there is no link to set a password. I was never given any log in info when I signed up. Thankfully, I was able to cancel my subscription through customer support and if they don't respond to my email to login and cancel I will work out getting refunded via customer support or my credit card but this is terrible customer service. The product was ok, but after this I'm switching back to my previous provider. Its cheaper, a better product, and better customer service. This company is sketchy.
