October 5th I chatted with a customer service person on line and i was told the
stores could handle each purchase as they see fit.
I was told my order was in shipping and there I could not cancel the order!
I want to know why why the picture states, $1.99 each I am charged

I order this 2pc black dress on 2/2/19, my bank (bank of america) paid wish in full on 2/4. I cannot track this item!! It doesn't even show in my order history. I am now at a point that I want a full refund. When I text customer service for help I get no responds or it take me in circles. I will again like a full refund. The dress feature on face book the inside dress is a short lace and the jacket is floor length all black.

I recently ordered a phone for £42.00, I had earned enough points to get 10% discount. The points were taken from my rewards account but was not given the 10%discount. Every time you do buy an item if someone buys the same item you receive a "gift card" in this instance it was £3.20. I received the confirmation but nothing was added.
Now the fun part I got in touch with the customer service team, explaining what had happened and just asked for the gift card and wish points to be returned to my account. I received little more than a basic template email in reply referencing promotions. I mailed back my displease and someone different replied with the same template reply. And so it went on in that vein differentvperson same reply once or twice the same person would reply rsending screen shot. I placed an order, with all kinds of products, and my order was refunded. I would like to know why. The moneys were there, the card belongs to my wife, and me, and it was active, with all of the funds needed. Here my wife, and me, and the kids were waiting for it to come, and nothing, just a refund with no reason. I really don't think thats wright.
purchaced doubled and tripled in two charges, poor quality product
On August 12, 2018 I completed an order online using my credit card. As the products began to trickle in, I was horrified. The quality of material and well as the construction the material was below standard and that description is being kind. When I received my credit card bill I had two charges - 1) $248.94 2) $185.83 both on August 12, 2018.
I have only one order #703cfde45o233c3b75e8. There was NO second order. I have disputed claims with my credit card company and filed a report with the under the Consumer Credit Protection Act.
The only contact I have had with Wish (and I wish I had never heard of them) is a robo call answering machine where you never really talk to a person.
I am requesting a full refund of all charges to include return shipping.

The account said: username - [protected] and logged in with Facebook (no password). When I logged out, at the bottom it said null logged in with facebook and had the user I'd. I can't get the user I'd from my email confirmation cause that is gone also but I think I have it wrote down somewhere. I ordered a pair of wireless aripods with box charger but it is being shipped to nj when I am living in clint tx. I have also ordered a laptop and it was shipped to the same place. Only a few items I have ordered from the wish app has been shipped to my correct address. Why is this company or service members of this app ship my items to the wrong address. Can anybody help me with this Wish Company where you can purchase on line. I have ordered R7000.00 worth of articles from Wish. Now I hear everything you order is of bad quality and some purchases never reach the buyers. If you cancel a order you never get your refund. Is there any truth about these rumours?
I have cancelled some orders within 2 hours of ordering it. The money went of my banking account immediately but still no refund and it has been a week. I also wrote a note to their customer service on line but still no response.
Is this legal what Wish do and are they using Facebook web page to help all these companies to commit fraud to get money out of people? This surely cannot be correct or even acceptable!
If anybody took money from me with bad intentions I will open a case of theft and fraud against Wish and their owners.

I went on Wish.com March 21, 2018 and made an accidental purchase. I went to the cancel order portion of the app to correct this mistake. The site claimed the error fixed but when I viewed my credit card statement it shows that the cancellation has not be corrected. When I revisited the app it says that there was an issue processing my payment. This is a accidental transaction so I'm assuming there is a malfunction with the app or within the website itself. I've tried to get in contact by visiting the website many times but I cannot gain access. I have also tried there customer support number but that just redirects me to the website that I can not gain access to so, I'm uncertain on how proceed further.
