I received my product in about a month. It was well packaged and came with good directions. I received emails checking my package arrived. When I confused the companies and said I didn't receive it they sent a very polite letter with details of rhe arrival and suggestions on how to find my package. I realized my mistake and sent an apology and received a very nice letter in return. Now let's see if rhe product works!

This is my 3rd time ordering from Rose Skin Co. This time, I ordered their lotion and facial wash. It complements my skin really well. I am so happy with my purchase! They are also very excellent in answering my inquiries, especially with the shipping. I am used to the delays now but they are very responsive and they do make follow-ups so it made me really trust this company all the more. Thanks to the Rose Skin Co team!
Ordered a Lumi only to find out it was on back order much like everyone elses experience but then when mine did finally arrive 1 month later its defective. Doesnt even turn on. Super disappointed. I did try emailing once to inquire about when product would finally arrive and received no reply. Now Ive emailed about the broken product and heard no reply there either. My experience with them has been awful overall, surprised by any reviews that claim them to be responsive to issues.

This company is a scam. I have been reaching out to them for weeks on how to return this product and get a refund. They go in circles on how it's supposed to work and never assist with the return process!
Great company, great customer service was able to answer all my questions very quickly. I did order lumi hair removal, and I love it. I have laser hair removal treatment that I paid way to much for and this product does the same I never had treatment on my legs before, this is why I got it. And I get hair growth back from the next day when I shave. I was lumi after I shaved my legs and amazing I did not see regrowth for 3 days so it works great. I highly recommend

Great customer service, I had a defective product and they sent me a new one. My representative emailed me throughout the whole process, even after I got the product.
I ordered their product and was able to use it for just a couple weeks when it stopped working. I was able to fill out the defective product form online and submit the video proof they require. I had no issues at all with the customer service and I received a replacement product in the mail. I am completely satisfied with the services from Mark in their costumer service department!

RoseSkin Co is so easy to do business with. i received my first laser hair removal and loved it for a few weeks. it stopped working but once we troubleshot the device it was determined to be not working properly. They sent me another one that i received yesterday and is working as it should. If you are having issues with whether to buy or not please don't be afraid. it is worth the money and the customer service is super helpful if you ever need it.

Although I could see a great reduction in my arms' and legs' hair growth till then. I simply filed a complain against failure of the device via email. The customer care team replied me at soonest and assured me of a replacement. One of the executives, Jennifer B, also kept me updated regarding delivery of the replaced device. Finally, I received my device within a week. I will be continuing with my treatment now. Overall, its a great device, a value for time and money. The customer care executives are polite and quick in action. I would recommend this product to every lady I know who needs to get rid of her body hair forever.

The most I see other companies do is send out generic scripts with the details of your order. You on the other hand, are either a really good a.i., or you're a genuine person who seems to maybe enjoy their work and that's really nice to experience. Thank you for making my experience as a costumer a grand one!' The customer service rep that was checking up on me was very nice and very consistent with updates and check-ins regarding my order. The first one said it was delivered, it wasn't anywhere on my property which seems to be the norm on deliveries lately. But they shipped out another and kept in touch for another 2 weeks. So in that alone I'm very impressed! We need to get back to exactly what this company is doing, good old fashioned business practices. If this item ends up being a failure, I'd be ok with paying for the great service! But I hope it works so I can recommend it to all my friends! America.. you could learn a few things here... I haven't used the product yet, just recieved it though. Was definitely skeptical of this company because there wasn't a lot of reviews and to make matters worse it was coming from China, which is fine but like the tracking info was in Chinese and then even after translating it, it still wouldn't give me an update of the whereabouts of my package so that for sure made me even more skeptical. I decided to reach out though and was plesantly surprised when I had a very friendly and helpful person respond to be rather quickly. Even after me not replying, she reached out to me again to see if everything was okay, how I was liking the product and if I needed any additional help. Customer service was great, I wouldd give them 5 stars but I havent used the product yet, but I'm pretty hopeful I will see results. If I can update I will.

My daughter used this product as per the directions. A few days later hundreds of small 1st degree burns covered her entire legs, her arms and her body where the laser was applied. We have contacted the company and nothing has been resolved. My daughter went to the emergency room and then to a dermatologist. The dermatologist informed her that IPL lasers are dangerous for people with melanin in their skin(Black People). She has to be on two different medications to heal the burns and subsequent sores. She experiences pain when she showers or gets dressed. She was told she that the scars MIGHT begin to fade in 6 months. My daughter is a very active, vibrant, beautiful 25 year old and this is traumatizing for her. She looks like the victim of a ritualistic scarring. The company is blaming the victim. Saying that she did not use the correct intensity. She began at the lowest - as recommended. What they did not say is that this product harms black and brown skin.

I ordered a laser hair remover on 10/25/22. I received tracking information the following day. Additionally, I was provided with a second tracking number and an order confirmation. On 11/15/22, I emailed the company stating that there had not been any movement on the order for 7 days according to the tracking information. I was reassured that they checked the order on their end and it was in transit to me, assuring me that it would be delivered.
I reached back out on 11/18/22 and was once again given the same tracking information and reassured that the item was in transit. On 11/21/22, I filed a complaint with the company stating that my order was stuck in transit. The following day, I received a response suggesting that the courier was to blame for the delay and advised me to contact them, or that the package might have been returned to the sender, and they requested my shipping information again. I resent the information along with a screenshot of the tracking information I had and contacted the courier service. The courier service stated they never received the package and that only a label had been created.
On 11/24/22, I reached out yet again and informed the company that I wanted a refund for my items. I had paid $146.51 and had nothing to show for it. I was told that the item is shipped from a warehouse overseas and they suggested that the easiest solution would be to send a replacement via priority express shipping, which was the original shipping method promised. They advised that they were reaching out to the shipment team and asked me to allow 1-2 business days for a resolution.
On 11/29/22, I inquired about the status of my order and was informed that they have escalated the issue and expect to email me soon. Since then, I have had no further contact with the company. I am seeking answers!

I purchased a product from them (a laser hair removal device) that did not work at all, but when I reached out to them saying I wanted to return it, they wouldn't give me any help or instructions on how to return it. When I reached out to them again, they said it was too late, as I was no longer in the 90-day return window. This is unfair and unethical.

Reached out to company on around march 20th with a second attempt on march 22nd. Was told on march 26th that my issue was escalated to another dept. On march 29th they deemed the product defective. On march 31st i was told that they were escalating the issue to yet another dept with no information on when i will receive a refund. It has been almost 2 weeks with 0 resolution except that it keeps getting transferred to different departments.
