I received the wrong dress from Glamix Maternity. I immediately reached out to customer service, sent them a picture of the dress I received and they said send it back for a full refund. However, sending the dress back to China was going to cost me almost as much as I paid for the dress, therefore that was not an appropriate resolution. I have continued to go back and forth with this company about providing me with a prepaid shipping label or just issuing me a full refund and they eat the cost since they sent the wrong item. They are not willing to do either of these and continue to only offer me a 40% refund or ship the dress back at my own cost. I am disappointed that this company won’t accept their own mistake and fully fix the issue to satisfy the paying customer who received the wrong item due to the company’s fault.
Desired outcome: Want a full refund and keep the item or a prepaid shipping label to return the dress for a full refund.
