They are threatening to sue me due to a review I left online - AVOID
We booked a cleaner for an end of tenancy clean. She left a mess, including dust, food stains on floor (we have young children) and the oven wasn't cleaned. When we checked on her, she was standing around as if there was nothing to do. We paid double as it was an end of tenancy clean but it's unclear what exactly this was for.
I left a negative review on Trustpilot. I also highlighted the fact that many of their reviews are in fact left by employees of Gleam Cleaning, which is against Trustpilot rules. This misleads customers into thinking they are legitimate.
Since I left my review, I have received multiple emails stating that they are starting legal proceedings against me. However, when I ask for information on the legal firm, they do not answer. They are thugs, to put it simply. I wish I had this information before I naively booked their services. Hopefully it will be helpful to others.
