Global Hyundai has a customer for life. Highly recommend from the customer service to the cleanliness of the establishment, great inventory, to the great deals this dealership has to offer customers. Professional and Polite I used Hyundai Roadside Assistance for my car repairs, and I was extremely satisfied. My car was picked up in a timely manner by a AAA driver and towed to the Global Hyundai Dealership on Route 22. Global took my car immediately, and the repairs were made fairly quickly. The facility was clean, and all of the personnel were polite and professional. I would definitely bring my car back to Global for additional repairs and maintenance. When I'm ready to Lease/buy another car, I will certainly return to Global

My salesperson did a great job. He let me test drive different cars and explained everything very clearly. He didn't push me at all. After I purchased my Genesis, he spent time showing me all the features of the car. He even followed up to see if I had any questions. I had a great experience with Global Auto Mall.

My salesperson *** did a great job. He let me test drive different cars and explained everything very clearly. He didnt push me at all. Job done right!It's important to me to put the correct, factory-recommended parts into my car. Like all dealership service departments, Global isn't inexpensive. You can find cheaper elsewhere, but you get what you pay for. Always professional, courteous, and the job is done right the first time. No surprises.

Global Auto Mall This was my first time at Global Auto Mall

This was my first time at Global Auto Mall. I pulled into the bay and almost immediately *** came and introduced herself to me as my service adviser. She was so friendly, explained everything that was going to happen and got me settled in the waiting room. Before I knew it she was back telling me everything was completed, took maybe 30 minutes, and then she personally went and got my car and had me on my way after signing a paper or 2! Best experience ever!

From the moment we reached out with the car we were interested in we were treated with nothing but professionalism. They went above and beyond to make this happen for us. They were extremely knowledgeable and truly cared about our experience. It wasnt like other places and salespeople where you feel like they just treat you as dollar signs. *** was the best to work with and *** was awesome as well. We cannot thank them enough. I have been to many dealerships before and I have never had such an easy car buying experience like I did at Global Auto Mall. I was nervous after reading about a car shortage in the area but the salesman, ***, quickly eased my mind. He was attentive, knowledgeable and patient. The facility itself was clean, COVID friendly and had great coffee while you wait. I left with a *** and love it! I highly recommend this dealership. Make sure you ask for ***, you wont be disappointed.

Wonderful Team and great service!Although *** is over one and a half hour (1-1/2hr) drive from where I live, they had exactly what I was looking for.My wife and I purchased our new 2022 ***70 Prestige sport model at a really great price and took delivery all on the same day.We were very fortunate to have a super knowledgeable and friendly sales guy name "***" whom is also a handsome young man and knows his job very well, we highly recommend *** if you are looking for a great hassle free deal on a new *** ask for him by name "***".

We received a very specific offer from Global to turn our 2019 Hyundai in for a 2021 Hyundai with a very specific price for the 2021. It was appointment only so we we called and were given an appointment the next day. We arrived, gave our saleman the offer and he proceeded to show us cars. When we sat down to complete the deal he told us that he was showing us 2022 Hyundais and that had no 2021s so they could not match the offer. Turns out the offer was just a scam by Global to get us into the showroom. they personify why people distrust car sales people. Will never do business with them again. They cannot be trusted at all.

We have been very pleased with past *** Global Auto Mall has always exceeded our expectations and again on this purchase. Our Sales Rep was extremely patent with us as we asked a lot of questions and concerns as we had only planned on taking a test drive but after the test drive and his polite thorough follow up to our many questions in a manner that made us feel comfortable and confident without any pressure plus the incentives he offered we decided to make the purchase right then and there and were very pleased. He also took us thru all the many features setting them up and demonstrating them for us again giving us a confident feeling overall. Thank you Global Auto Mall !

Global Auto Mall My experience was awful from the start

My experience was awful from the start. The salesman laughed me out of the chair for asking reasonable questions and attempting to negotiate. Their website states "WE DO NOT CHARGE ANY PREP FEES OR CERTIFICATION FEES LIKE OTHER DEALERS DO," however they snuck the charge into my contract while I was in Finance and did not disclose the charge until after I called and complained. Finance also did not show me other banks' offers for financing, only providing me one with a high interest rate. If you are a woman and first time car buyer, beware. They showed attitude the entire day and after when providing them with my complaints. They did not follow through on providing a refund for the correct amount they originally specified. Global Auto Mall is untrustworthy and unprofessional.

Global Auto Mall I recently visited Global for a recall

I recently visited Global for a recall. Easy to schedule appt online. They confirm by text, email, and call, even once you check in your acct mgr calls you to explain the procedure and approx how long of a wait. Everyone is pleasant in the office, including the actual service area. I parked my car in the wrong spot and an employee was kind enough to relocate it for me. Mechanics are very knowledgeable and trustworthy. The waiting area is beautiful. I loved the bagel. Thank you! Wished the *** had the closed caption on so I could read it, cuz I couldn't hear it very well. The wait was less than stated and when my car was ready my acct mgr personally came to get me and advise all went well. The woman at the back desk actually drove my car out for me. A really great team at Global Service. They even provide you with a coupon for a free car wash. Would highly recommend!

Global Auto Mall It had finally come time for me to seriously consider a new car

It had finally come time for me to seriously consider a new car. I was unsure if I should purchase new, purchase certified, or try leasing. Since I had pretty much narrowed my choices to either a Hyundai or a *** I now had to decide on a dealership to visit. After reading reviews online for dealerships in the area, I decided on Global, due to their high ratings, proximity, and a friend who recently purchased a car there and was pleased by the experience. Upon arriving I was greeted by a friendly Sales rep who was kind, knowledgeable, and patient. I felt no pressure to purchase or make a decision. After test-driving several vehicles, I decided to go with the Hyundai. The dealership offered a fair deal, including all the incentives I was entitled to. The process was much easier and more pleasant than expected. I was completely satisfied w/my the car buying experience...I recommend you check out Global when considering acquiring a car.

Global Auto Mall I had my vehicle serviced (oil change) at Global auto Mall in North Plainfield NJ as I have for the past few years

I had my vehicle serviced (oil change) at Global auto Mall in North Plainfield NJ as I have for the past few years. About a week later my wife noticed something dragging underneath her car. I then reached out to them and was told to bring the vehicle in. I explained it might be a week or 2 as I work nights and during the day my wife works from home while homeschooling our children. My wife needed said vehicle so I removed the piece under that was dragging and placed in the trunk to show them how damaged it was. I then took it in to have it looked at and was told it would cost over $200 to fix. I explained they did the same exact thing 2 years ago and had to replace the same exact part. I also questioned why I should have to pay for this if they caused the damage doing my oil change. He explained it looked as if I hit something which isn't the case. The vehicle has been parked as we are home more than ever

Global Auto Mall Ad by a North Plainfield dealership within Global Automall listed a 2020 Genesis G70 with a specific stock number

Ad by a North Plainfield dealership within Global Automall listed a 2020 Genesis G70 at $329 a month with $750 due at signing plus tags, tax, and fees. This car was unique for this special due to its MSRP of $49370. Contacting the dealership, I was informed the payment would be $529 with additional charges including a $750 bank fee, $399 doc fee, sales tax, and a $399 etch fee. They also required an unexplained $2020 charge plus the first month's payment of $329, contrary to the ad. They wouldn't honor their own ad. CarFax showed the car has been with them since December , suggesting a bait and switch tactic. They lure customers with false promises and push them towards other vehicles or charge unwarranted fees. This is a clear example of unethical business conduct.
