One week ago, I went to Hiley Mazda to get some work done on my Mazda
One week ago, I went to Hiley Mazda to get some work done on my Mazda. They promised me a ride to the hair salon and to be picked up afterwards. However, when I arrived, they acted like they couldn't fulfill their promise. Eventually, they found an Audi and I was able to get a ride. When I called back, it took numerous calls to arrange for a ride back. One person even suggested that I call Audi myself and ask for a ride, claiming they couldn't find the girl. I asked if someone else could drive me instead. Finally, she called and picked me up. The service manager, Devlin, was quite rude. Thankfully, Michael came and talked to me. I was feeling extremely anxious and just wanted to relax and go home. He made some offers, but then said he didn't think he should follow through with them. Eventually, I paid and left. Unfortunately, I had to come back later that week because they hadn't ordered a part. This whole experience has caused me a lot of anxiety, especially considering I have PTSD from a catastrophic event at work. I really want them to make things right. I want Michael to take responsibility and be willing to refund my money instead of saying he doesn't feel comfortable doing so.
My daughter was tryin to buy a car from this place
My daughter was tryin to buy a car from this place. Her credit was mostly from her ex-husband so she didn't have much history. Even though she was puttin down $7,000 or more than 25%, they wanted to charge her a crazy high interest rate of 14% or more for a 72 month loan. That's just not right.
I said I'd co-sign for her to get a better rate. They gave her a deal she liked and sent it to me to sign. But when I read it, I didn't like it and offered to pay cash with a certified check instead.
Well, that really made them mad. I guess they were hopin for some extra perks. Keep in mind, I'm in another state so I couldn't see their tantrums. The sales manager actually told me on the phone that they don't take cash for cars, only credit. I don't believe that for a second.
As far as I'm concerned, I was done with this place. I went ahead and bought a car for my daughter somewhere else. Can you believe they take cash for cars here in Georgia?
But wait, it gets worse. The credit manager, who must be an idiot, just sent me a notice sayin I was denied credit for a car I offered to pay cash for. I had the certified check right there and they wouldn't take it. I guess this is their childish way of dealin with problems, messin with my credit. By the way, the credit report they sent with the denial showed my credit score as 842. Feel sorry for anyone who has to put up with this kinda nonsense.

I was sick with the Covid virus for two months and I lost the keys to my **** Volkswagen beetle
I was sick with the Covid virus for two months and I lost the keys to my *** Volkswagen beetle. I called Volkswagen to get a new key and had to get it towed to the dealership. After spending a lot of money for the key and towing, they made the key but it didn't work.
I took my car to Hiley Mazda - Volkswagen - Audi on July 14th for an oil change, just like I've been doing for the past 10 years
I took my car to Hiley Mazda - Volkswagen - Audi on July 14th for an oil change, just like I've been doing for the past 10 years. They've always handled all my car maintenance and oil changes at the dealership during this time. However, within 48 hours, my car started making a loud noise and there was a significant amount of oil on my driveway. I reached out to the dealership and spoke to the supervisor of the service department, who was extremely rude to me. They refused to take responsibility for the mistake they made and instead wanted to charge me $950 to fix it. It was clear that they were being dishonest. I mean, who brings their car in for an oil change and ends up with oil all over their driveway less than 48 hours later?
I had the same problem with my car twice
I had the same problem with my car twice. First, there was this drain tube that needed replacing, and then, over a year later, due to the pandemic, three more drain tubes had to be replaced. Two weeks ago, I finally decided to wash my car after the repair was done, and guess what? It STILL leaks! I called VW two weeks ago, sent emails, left messages, but no one bothered to call me back. It's not like I can just show up since I live 45 minutes to an hour away. I've called them at least 20 times, and it's been a dead end. I asked for the manager, but he wasn't available when I called. I tried again six hours later, and he had already left for the day. It feels like they know what's wrong but don't want to fix it. I paid $375 for a repair that didn't fix the issue, and on top of that, I lost $400 on gas driving back and forth to drop off and pick up my car.

I bought a 2020 Ford F-150 Raptor with cash in February
I bought a 2020 Ford F-150 Raptor with cash in February. It's been almost 2 1/2 months, and I still haven't gotten the title. I called the dealership many times to check on it. They gave me different reasons for the delay. First, they said they sent the title to the wrong DMV in another city. Then, they said they were waiting for the previous owner's lien holder to send the title. Lastly, they said there was still a lien on the vehicle from the previous owner. I don't usually complain, and I've never filed a complaint with the ComplaintsBoard.com. But I'm really worried about whether I actually own this vehicle, even though I paid in cash. I've bought many vehicles with cash before, and I've never had to wait this long for a title. I can buy a house and close the deal in 30 days or less. I just want to know what's going on and when I'll get my proof of ownership. Thanks.
I took my car to VW Service for recalls
I took my car to VW Service for recalls. The car been running good with no issues. Now we got some issue with the engine after the updates. I took my car to Hiley Volkswagen cause the car got some recalls and I never had a chance to take it to the recalls. I made an appt for 19 Feb 2021. The car been running good and it's garage kept as well. I maybe drive that care one time a week cause I need some suspension work done to it; however, once I got the car back after service recall were updated, I drove the car home and it ran fine. I parked it into the garage for the weekend. On the following Monday from having it service the previous Friday, the car started misfiring as I was backing it up out of the garage. The place the care back into my garage and call the dealership who told me the service advisor were too busy to take my call. They too my number and promise they would call me back. This bring us to where we are at today. I haven't heard anything from them up to 25 Feb 2021 while filing this report. I replaced the engine in this car the past September , and this car been running good. I'm not sure what they did to the car, but it's not running correctly and it happen after their updates to the recall. My care is 2012, Volkswagen CC, 4 DR SDN DSG R-LINE.
I went to Hiley Mazda - Volkswagen - Audi on March 17th to get a diagnostic test for my Jetta because the EPC light was on
I went to Hiley Mazda - Volkswagen - Audi on March 17th to get a diagnostic test for my Jetta because the EPC light was on. I explained the issues to the service tech and he said they would figure out what was wrong. They told me the manifold switch needed to be replaced, even though the light wasn't on when I brought the car in. I paid for the test and was told the money would go towards the repairs. They had to order the part from California, so it took a while. When I called to check on it, they said it hadn't been ordered. Eventually, they called and said there was a mix-up. I took my car back to get the repair done and when I arrived, the light was on again, which I had told them about. It took them about 2 hours to fix it. Less than a month later, the light came back on. I called to make another appointment and asked if I would have to pay for the diagnostic fee again. They said I would if the light had nothing to do with the previous repair. They also said the fee was per hour and didn't go towards the total repair cost. They claimed the new light had nothing to do with the first one, even though it wasn't on when I first got it tested. They also said the coolant hose broke while the mechanic was driving my car, which is related to the manifold switch, and it would cost around $1000.00 to fix. They also said I had bad fuel and needed to drain the gas pan. I've always used the same gas and never had a problem. They gave me a loaner car, but it needed servicing too. I feel like they're taking advantage of me because I'm a woman. There's no way the code they fixed was the only one stored in my car. I specifically asked if they would check everything, and they said they would. If the hose was so bad that it broke when I brought the car in, the code would have been stored in the car's computer. Basically, if they don't find the issue you brought your car in for, they'll always charge you for the test, per hour. What's the point of a diagnostic test if it doesn't show all the codes? My car still ran the same even after the repair. It feels like they're trying to rip people off and charge them for more repairs. And how can the hose break while it's in their possession, but I have to pay for it? In total, the first repair cost me around $305.00 and the second repair will cost $1500.00.
The dealership owes me 3,000.00 for a cancelled extended warranty
The dealership owes me 3,000.00 for a cancelled extended warranty. They said it would take 4-6 weeks, but it's been over 5 months and still nothing. I bought a new Cx5 from Hiley Mazda Mazda Huntsville in August . The purchase price was 23k, and I put down a 10k deposit and financed about 15k after taxes. During the finance process, they added a $3000.00 extended warranty to my sales contract. The warranty allowed me to cancel within 30 days for a full refund. I cancelled the warranty about 9 days later and was told it would take 4-6 weeks to get my refund. After 8 weeks, I called the dealership, but they had no information and told me to call the warranty company. The warranty company said they cancelled the warranty and sent the check to the dealership. I contacted the dealership every 2 weeks from September to November, but the Finance Manager never returned my calls. In October, I left a bad review on Google and someone from Hiley Mazda contacted me. They said they received the check and mailed it to Mazda Finance to be credited to my account. I called Mazda Finance, but they had no record of receiving the check. From November to December, Mazda Finance called the dealership, but they never returned their calls. In December, I left messages for the Sales Manager, but he never called me back. I called Mazda Customer Relations in January, and they called Hiley Mazda. They told me I would receive an update within 24-48 hours, but I never did. When I called Mazda Customer Relations again, they said Hiley Mazda received the 3000.00 check but didn't know what they did with it. I called Hiley and spoke with the Sales Manager and Finance Manager. They said they received the check in September but mailed it to the wrong address. They don't know where the check is or if it was cashed or credited to any account. I asked why they didn't tell me this earlier when I had been calling them since September. I think my account should be credited the money I'm owed. Mazda should find the 3000.00 internally and credit their internal organizations accordingly. It's not my fault that Hiley Mazda made a mistake. I shouldn't have to deal with this inconvenience.
