Angie, Roberto, and Tony made me cry! My car was totaled insurance wouldn't pay for it I called them and told them what was going on and Angie said let me talk to my boss. She got back on the phone and said “you still need a car,right?" “We're gonna try to get you in another one" and I cried on the phone with her like a big baby. Because what business will actually do this and TRY I was expecting to pay for a car I couldn't drive. And I told her I APPRECIATE you guys even trying. Come that Saturday I was at the car lot picking out car. The car I was looking at Angie kept encouraging me to look at another one because it was better options for my kids and I. So not only did they help in another car but she made sure not to give me one that wouldn't be reliable! While test driving different cars Roberto kepts saying “ You're our customer we want you to be happy" They allowed me to keep the same payment as before and my car is better than before! The process was easy and fast and comfortable ! And when I drove off the lot in my new car I cried again because for a lot business it's about money not the customer and they don't even know how much of blessing they gave me ?They do right by the customers and treated us like humans and not a dollar sign.. Come get a car! Trust them and the process ?
