I purchased a Ford focus for £10000 from them and within 20 minutes of driving the car from their dealership, the engine light came on, he claimed he would fix it took the car and next day brought it to me with no proof of what has been fixed. They told me if there is any issues in 14 days they will refund. 1 hour later the car had an engine fault I took it back to them, they said there is nothing wrong and to get a diagnostic done from an independent garage. I got the diagnostic done from Halfords and they said they was shocked the MOT only passed a week ago with so many clear mot failures, there was £2000 worth of damage. I then communicated to M & J autos and they said these are small issues and not worthy of a refund. 3 days later the engine started rattling loud and the car eventually stopped working completely. They have still not offered a refund, disgraceful instead they said they will take off price of the engine replacement in the refund value

Totally lied to about a car we purchased. Advertised as having timing belt and pump recently changed, lies, was never changed. Tyres described as good, lies, 3 tyres had less than 1.5mm. Said car had Bluetooth connection, lies, you need to use a cable. Said car had full dealership history, lies, the car had missed a service totally. We asked before we traveled down from Scotland what the condition of he car was, response was excellent, lies. When we arrived the car had multiple scratches and even worse half the car had been badly sprayed over! Please do not go anywhere near these crooks. One bad review, fair enough! Two questionable, hundreds! Watch out! And there are hundreds.
