By far the best service you could expect from a service center. Mike sets a high standard for his shop and delivers on his promise. Personable, straight forward, no surprises, and quality workmanship. Props to Claire who does a great job cleaning the car as well. Full trust, which is pretty rare in this business.

Excellent service by Andrew on diagnosing and servicing my 2008 vehicle. Had an issue with stalling and Mike and Derek managed to fit me into the schedule quickly. They have an excellent communication system where they tell you when you need an tune up, tire change or if you want to book an appointment, it is easy. Mike U. is happy to explain anything to you as well. Their service is top-notch. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Pricing is competitive as well.

Urban Automotive provided exceptional customer service and attention to detail. As someone with limited knowledge about cars, I greatly appreciated their thorough explanations and honest recommendations regarding the necessary repairs. Unlike other mechanics, they didn't pressure me into fixing every minor issue, considering the age of my car (it's a 2007 model). In terms of customer service, they are undoubtedly the best mechanic I have ever encountered. Additionally, they back up their work with a warranty, which gives me peace of mind. I brought my car in for the first time early December. They were extremely helpful, did everything I requested, and helped me with the technical trouble I had deciding on the right tires. They didn't get the work completed on the day I brought it in, BUT they picked up my car the very next day, did ALL the work and returned the car, detailed and looking better than ever. Note: there was a storm that day, and I think they were swamped with other emergency job requests. I am very impressed with their work ethic and commitment to their clients. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or refer to my friends and family.
