Nice on the phone. But mainly can't recommend this company due to the company that handles their debt settlements Canyon Legal Group. After 4 years I've paid them $52,000 to settle 67,000 worth of debts. Came down to the last 2 accounts. One settled through a third party lawyer. Canyon refused to pay the amount settled even though I had enough in my account to pay it. They terminated my accouny because I couldn't send any money at the time to settle the last account. Kept my last $4,500 by the way. Terminated my account in February didn't tell me. I found out today it's Sept. I don't know if they will give me my money back thats just been sitting there for over 6 months. Now I've got to deal with the last 2 accounts myself. Thanks for nothing. 4 years I'm still dealing with it. Don't give this company any of your money!

Debt Consolidation
I consolidated a debt many years ago with Global Client Solutions and now I am getting calls from lawyers stating that I owe money to CitiFinancial and that I am being sued because I owe money. I paid this all off. This all goes back to 2010. I did receive in 2018 proof of payment but I need to see exactly what was agreed between CitiFinancial and Global Client Solutions.

This all started on August 30th, 2017.Client #4315473. We called Global Solutions to help us to get a credit card paid off so my husband could quit working because of his health. This started on August 30th, 2017. He has had a stroke, two heart attacks and cancer. We owed Discover Card company a lot of money because we used that card to pay for medicine and repair on our car when we were going through all of this and he couldn't work. They told us that if we signed up with them, they would take $286.32 a month for 3 years and it would be settled. It is now past 3 years, and they just told us that they settled, they got paid $6, 900 one time and $3, 982.24 another time for their services. But wait, they said it was settled but we still have to pay Discover $5, 600. That they will still be taking the payment out of our account but that the money will go directly to Discover. My husband can hardly work anymore because he is in constant pain. But he has to because as Global Client or Worden & Associates tells us we still have to pay the $5600.00 to Discover. We feel devastated and betrayed!
I did not open an account
I received a letter today from you stating my account had been approved. I did not open an account with you. Account #[protected]. I would like an explanation for this. I do not know how this could have happened. I spoke with my son-in-law, who is an attorney, and he suggested that I give you the opportunity to explain this and if it was not to my satisfaction that I send a copy of the letter to the Consumer Protection Agency of the Arkansas Attorney General. unethical behaviour
Enrolled in November 2016 with GCS, for the purpose of debt relief. They advertise that they will consolidate my debt, contact my creditors, come to an agreement for me to pay off the debt at a lower monthly rate. They have taken my money from my checking account since Nov., and have done nothing. Not contacted my creditors, not paid any of them, and ruined me financially. They now have $1500 of my money, and I am in worse condition than when I started.

Worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with. The claimed to have sent me a refund check over a month ago and I have yet to receive it. When I contacted the customer service group they said that it would cost me $20 for them to send me a new check or I could wait 90 days to receive a new check. At best it is very poor customer service, but I think its just another way to scam the customer out of money. When I asked who has the authority to waive the $20 charge since the customer service manager does not have the authority, I was given the CEO name but told he does not talk to customers. I would not either if I treated my customer like this. I WOULD NEVER AGAIN DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

i found out from my credit card companies that they where not being
settled..and i was recieving more calls then ever..
I called and informed them in writting and email to stop all transactions.

Do not engage in business with these people .. you will live a nightmare..

I paid my fee for eight mounts and they did nothing for me. I was getting summons and law suit and every time I called them they told me I have thirty days and our lawyers will call you. Their lawyer call me on last day.He doesn’t have file number.Very unprofessional. When I asked for the money I had in my saving back to me they say we used that money for our fees. Basically they took all my money and drive me to bankruptcy.

I own a small business in Colorado. I recently went into debt. I hired this company because the bank was garnishing my wages and i needed help. I spoke to 'Global Client Solutions' representative "Oona" and she told me that if I signed up with them they would consolidate my debt and settle it for half or less. It's been 14 months and they haven't made a single payment to the bank. The banks tell me that GCS has made no attempt to contact them. Global Client Solutions has taken well over $6, 000 from me for nothing in return. I recently changed my account number, so they could no longer take money form my account through automatic transfers. Soon after doing this, I received a call from Oona, saying that i needed to make a payment. When I ask her why the bank has not received a single payment, she responds, "It's because you don't have enough money to pay them". So where did all the money that they took out of my account go? To their unauthorized fees! For NOTHING!
This is corrupt! I can't believe there are companies out there getting away with this kind of thing. They have taken advantage of me in hard times, and now I'm left in a tougher spot than before. I paid 736.00 monthly, over 4500.00 they never settle any debts. I called several times n was told not to speak to my creditors. Told them creditors wanted to speak to them n there was no resolution. Since then my lawyer adviced to stop paymemt and I have gone bankrupt . Global solution sent refund for $408.16 which i have not cashed its not acceptable can you help

This company will help you reduce your debts, but not before they line their pockets with your money first. I paid over $4000.00 in eight months to gcs and only one bill for $500 to a credit card was paid. Go with careone credit or another company, but carefully research that company before you sign a contract with them.

My sister enrolled in this program with Credit Relief Today, who is now functioning as Financial Resolution Center. They are just the frontman or marketing company that signs you up. The actual debt settlement company that pays Credit Relief Today to find unknowing consumers is GLOBAL CLIENT SOLUTIONS or GHS. We were being sued left and right . They were takeing more of each payment than was going into our account. I joined this company with the hopes of reducing my credit card debt through settlement offers. I was told to cease payment to all creditors and allow GCS to handle my debts from this point on. I was told under no circumstances should I speak with my creditors regarding my debt and to forward all letters of communication to GCS. I followed all the directions I was given and finally my spouse happened to answer a collections call. We were informed that we were about to be sent into litigatin regarding our account. I talked with the lawyer about how GCS told me not to communicate with them. The lawyer then filled me in on what GCS did not tell me. I was led to believe that they would settle my accounts and pay them off for me as they continued to collect their monthly debit from me. They failed to tell me that my creditors could still sue me for the funds. Had I known this I would never have become involved with this debt settlement company. They collected over $2600.000 from me and now tell me I have no available funds to pay any debt offers...basically they can't settle my debt until I have a balance to cover it. They took all my money as their "fee" and now I am out over $2600.00 and have creditors ready to go into litigation. I immediately cancelled my account with GCS and am in process of setting up payments to my creditors. I am in a terrible position right now...out alot of money and still have debt accrueing and basically ruined my credit for years to come. I filed a complaint with the Attorney General of Oklahoma against GCS and they were told that Nationwide Modifications is the debt settlement company that I need to get my money back from. Thus my reason for filing this complaint. I would like to get my investments back as I have nothing to go on. I joined with this company to get out of debt not sink even deeper in debt.
I to have been sending money to these people and they have kept $6000 for their legal and admistrative fees and put $3100 in an account to pay creditors. Discover got a judgement against my wife and Global didn't help at all. I asked why I was paying them $2000 in legal fees and they never responded to my fax. I'm beginning to think I am getting screwed by joining these people. I am going thru a company called Legal Debt Resolution and they haven't helped much either. These debt resolution companies are a bunch of crooks and the State Attorney Generals won't do anything to stop these scams is what surprises me.

My husband and I signed up with this company also and did you have to hire a laywer to cancell out of the program. we haven't paid all of our fee, but one debt company wants us to pay before they take us to court. don't know what to do.
not taking care of business
I have been with GHS since Sept 2009 and have yet seen anything taken care of. Yet, they are taking my money out of my account each month to build it up to pay the creditors. In the mean time I'm being bombarded with phone calls from collectors and threatened to be sued! What do I do? I thought that I was solving my problems, but instead I've created at larger one. HELP!

We also thought this was a upright chance to pay off debt I lost my career 10 year job as a real estate administrator as company filed bk and let many people go. we tried several times to survive keep our house, but the crappy job I got to follow was low pay no benefits (no paid insurance) so we were hurt badly. a year later that company merged with another and once again I was left without a job and $300@ wk un employment. so the logical thing was to try to do a loan modification... but it didn't work.. so we were forced to short sell, and then rent! my husband saw pioneer ad or got a call.. I had gotten another job, but it was weak low pay no benefits and bills were a issue. so I agreed thinking it would work.in the beginning it did they paid 4 bills in first year - but what they don't tell you is your credit will go to hell in a hand basket because they pay off in payments not in full. so it takes longer and doesn't show until paid off. they paid sears, 2 capital ones and discover. but the big ones are stuck in purgatory and right now we have a court summons on one. with no lawyer in state to represent us - like they told us we would have, and as read in the hardship letter. they are completely lying at this point, I had to court and file response because they had no one to represent us. now they say they may be able to negotiate the debt & we may not have to appear. with the clock ticking and less than 2 weeks before notice to appear - my bets are not on pioneer being able to perform what a waste of effort & money we could have worked with a firm in the valley that would have actually shown up in court. at the time we signed up they had a representative in arizona, but failed to replace them. sickening!

I agree with everyone who has been scammed. I am a victim as well. I have my debt settlement through Pioneer Law Firm and thus far have paid more than I would have paid had I settled with my debtors. Luckily Chase wrote off two of my cards as a loss so I gained a little there. I have had two suits against me which should have never taken place had Pioneer called to let me know I was going to be sued. I could have avoided that. I am in the process of paying off my Discover through Pioneer and my balance with GSC is still pending. I will be calling Pioneer and GSC this week to verify that my accounts are closed and debtors paid. I do not want any more $1200/mo withdrawn from my checking. I will never deal with a debt settlement company again. It has cost me way more and a bad credit score than had I settled on my own. Hope others learn from my horrific experience!
The Global Client Solution is not good organize and not enough responsible. They really screw up with my acct at bank. I have to pay for fee and bounce. I have no money for 8 days. THANK LOT!

I understand what you're saying. My husband and I signed up with Debt Discounters in December 2008. In May of 2009 we were informed that
Debt Discounters was moving their business to Global Client Solutions. They said we could look up all the financial transactions on their new werbsite
but the money we originally paid to Debt Discounters was never reflected anywhere. Trying to contact someone from customer service was
next to impossible, we kept getting this message: 'The mailbox is full and unable to take any messages, please call back another time'. Wow, what kind of business is that? In addition, after we paid to those folks for over a year we started to get phone calls from the creditors again demanding payments, then we got summons
from the court. We finally cancelled the program in January 2010. Now we are worse off than before, it's a never ending nightmare.
This was a waste of money, no more debt settlement companies for us.

I am in the very same position you are. Same start date with this company as awell. I terminated my agreement with GCS as I was informed by a lawyers office that I was still able to be sued for my debts. That is the huge piece of information GCS fails to tell us! I am currently in process of trying to get my funds back. I filed a complaint with the Attorney General of Oklahoma regarding GCS and got my setup and monthly transfer fees returned to me. I just filed a complaint here to get my monthly debit returned to me. GCS informed me that this is the actual debt settlement company that is taking my money...Good luck to you and I hope we can stop this company from doing this to anyone else. After all we joined to get out of debt not further in!

I too trusted Gobal, they took, $503.00 out of my account, I checked the creditors who told me they never contacted them. I sent
a letter stopping any father [help] it cost me $30.00 with my bank to assure they could not withdraw any more. I did talk with one of the
personnel he assured me of my refund. after a month I called and was told they sent. $76.00 to my account, short by $427.00.

I also am very unhappy with them. You cannot get them by phone or email. I was told that my monthly payment would be reduced to almost half since the creditor did not accept this program. I am now paying both the creditor and Global.
Is there any way they can be stopped!
I'm so unhapopy with Globel Client Solutions, they are not there to help people in need of help to stop from having to file bankrup, but instead just take your money and don't help you with any payments or contact any of your creditors to let them know what is going on and why they are not receiving any payments for a time period, and now I have two weeks to come up with $1300 to be paid by Dec. 20th or I will have a civil law suite against me and my wages will be garnished. How the heck do they expect me to do this and what's worst they don't care they just tell me it was my fault and people like me makes their life miserable. I just talked to a friend and they said they had the same thing happen to them. I don't know how people can treat others like trash and steal their money from them, especially when they are asking for help, how can they live with them selves! I think they should repay all our money since none of it was used to pay our creditors.

Nick Pape who now is no where to be found and a company out of business being lost in a paper trail by the next Nationwide customer Service.

We have been sending them monthly deposits for $465.00. We are still receiving phone calls and bills even from the creditor we supposedly already settled with. They say this is ok and just fax us the paper trail.
The only debt settlement was the one offered to us independently via US mail... and they then took a fee out of about $430.00... for settling something we could have done ourselves. They say it's a waiting game, don't talk to the creditors that call, they will take care of it. But GCS never contact us, call us with updates or negotiations. The fees come out monthly on the 20th of each month, yet nothing is being paid towards the debt and the bills keep getting higher. We've seen the same pattern affecting other people in the country. It's a sham and sorry we fell for it.

Your "debt settlement" is them making you not pay your bills so the company gets desperate and then they offer a lump sum to settle on the debt. The bill will get paid but your credit will be ruined for years.
unauthorized billing
Apex debt consolidation/Global Cient Solutions LLC. The Apex part is a California number [protected] with an answering service and the bank where they have you sign over power of attorney to Rocky Mountain Bank is all a farce. I only owed Macy's 600.00 and Capital One wanted to settle for 3100.00 dollars yet Apex did not pay anyone and continued to take out $187.00 per month for a year. I had enough monies to pay off these 2 creditors and yet, after 1 year they paid no one creditor. I called now a month and still no payments. I got a summons from a creditor wanting to garnish my wages, and had to consult a lawyer, and was advised to stop all automatic debits and settle with the creditors myself. Capital One, could not have been nicer. Debt company took over 2400.00 dollars, did nothing to help me settle my debt except put me deeper when the creditors wanted to work with me. Advise from attorney, close accounts, stop debits and pay the creditors yourself.
