I am a 74 year old female & have limited computer knowledge & no one to help me
I am a 74 year old female & have limited computer knowledge & no one to help me. When I get into areas I am not familiar with well it can be "interesting" to say the least. That being said I applied for the global entry program & the gentleman assigned to me was Chris. Chris & I had many, many emails & he was so patient as basic questions were asked. He never wavered in his willingness to help me--what patience--what professionalism! He is a valuable asset to your company. Stay healthy & have a great day.
If i was able to select 0 stars I would have done so
If i was able to select 0 stars I would have done so. I guess making $70 off of routing you to the government site was not enough for these greedy scammers. it's been 6 months and still nothing. they blame it on the government being swamped yet three of my collegues got their global entry in less than 3 months from the government web site. I finally gave up and went to the government site. Dont waste your $170 this is a scam and dont trust the good reviews. I 'm sure the good reviews are being created by these scammers.
Once realizing this was not a direct government site, I tried to email using the provided email address and it was returned to sender. I also tried emailing through the contact us portion of the website, but did not receive confirmation that my contact was received. I am well within my 24 hours to cancel/receive refund, but cannot get in touch with anyone.
at Global Entry was fantastic - always keeping me informed along the way. The only problem was that it took MONTHS for the process to complete. However, *** made the experience as good as it could have been.
The web site is horrible and not user friendly, not easy to navigate and unclear directions, however the customer service was excellent. *** was very patient and extremely helpful.
Very professional and reply very quickly to any questions . She follow every step of the process and keep us informed even after we received the Card .
Thank you to Emma C
Thank you to Emma C. She acknowledged my global entry renewal application a day after I submitted online. It was missing few information and I communicated to her how to send or amend my application cause I did not find any feature how to do it on the web. Emma C promptly responded my e-mail to send to her directly and that was what I did. The following day, she responded immediately that she completed my application and submitted it. She even sent a link how to monitor the progress of my application. Again, thank you Emma C for your help!
I found *** H to be of humongous help in guiding me through the renewal process. She is very prompt and professional in all of her correspondence. Thank you ***!
t at global was outstanding to complete the global entry process thankd
I wanted to shout out *** She made what was a fairly confusing process much easier. She was there to help at every turn and was very warm in the process. Thank you ***!
Helene was excellent
Helene was excellent. She sent me an email saying she would be my contact person through the Global Entry process. When I would ask her a question, she would respond with an email answer. Recently I had to go through FEMA on a project I was working on. It was a nightmare to deal with them. No response, just wait and they will respond. Helene was a breath of fresh air and changed my opinion on dealing with the large government entities who have lost track of the people they are supposed to be helping. Helene went above and beyond to help me.
It's been a year. They have taken all the money and haven't processed a thing. Strongly discourage people from even bothering applying for it. STAY AWAY!
This is a complete scam. They took my $169 and I cannot even contact them now. The messages come back as undeliverable - globalentryprogram.com does not exist. Is someone going to prosecute these people? They say they are located in ***? I feel like a complete fool. I am quite sure all their glowing reviews below were entered by them. I would leave minus stars if that was possible.
I was helped and had my renewal back in a very short amount of time. Such an easy transaction. Nothing but positive comments from me on how my account was handled. Thank you *** H for your expertise!
was supportive, intelligent, and prompt in answering my questions The entire experience was A+From my initial inquiry to the approval of my GE card was less than a week!
My Global Entry card lapsed during the pandemic
My Global Entry card lapsed during the pandemic. I did not realize it until I started flying again and did not have TSA precheck expedited security line. When I went online to renew, the process was daunting, also requiring an interview, fingerprints, etc and the only available appointment was months and thousands of miles away. I came upon this service and decided to give it a try. Oh my goodness! In less than a week I had approval with NO interview. *** was responsive, helpful, and considerate of my many questions. I would have paid twice as much to eliminate the hassle.

I had a great experience in obtaining my approval of Global Entry
I had a great experience in obtaining my approval of Global Entry. I started the process and was conditionally approved ready for the interview upon entry in February . The Government decided to ban *** from participating. We were extremely upset upon entry at *** in ***.After January we received an email from *** A, and the process to re-apply was made easy. She sent me clear instructions to complete the process. I will now be able to complete my interview upon entry from my next trip in a few weeks. I am very happy with the services and thankful for the results.

I worked with H and can not say enough about the timeliness of her responses
I worked with H and cannot say enough about the timeliness of her responses to my emails. She was extremely helpful in clarifying the overall process and time requirements for Global Entry and further explaining the relationship with precheck. I will be able to save some money by securing precheck at the same time as I complete my enrollment for Global Entry. H is quite the asset for the Global Entry Program and those fortunate enough to interact with her while securing this clearance. I hope her employers appreciate her as much as I have during this process.

I have not received and decision or acceptance at this point, but my experience so far has been great. Within 24 hours of my initial inquiry I was paired with a customer service agent ***, who was nothing short of excellent. She was very professional, had quick response time, and was willing to explain clearly what I needed to do. Even when I messed up her clear directions, she stuck by and helped me get resolution. Regardless of outcome I appreciate *** dedication to her job and the customers she serves, this level of professionalism has been lost at many places, but not with ***!VR

Scam alert: Company mimics official Global Entry status provider, misleading consumers
This company is a scam, offering a worthless product while masquerading as an official provider of Global Entry status. They charge a $169 fee, deceptively named "Global Entry Program" on credit card statements, exploiting those unfamiliar with technology, including a relative of mine. Such companies should not be allowed to impersonate government agencies. Their small disclaimer of non-affiliation with the government is inadequate and emphasizes their reliance on public confusion.

I got great responses and support from Leanne and was totally satisfied with the service I used
I got great responses and support from Leanne and was totally satisfied with the service I used. I submitted my information and had several questions about the process. At the initial submittal I got an email stating my application had been submitted. I had several questions and each time I sent an email I got a response within an hour or so. I allowed my Global Entry to lapse and didn't renew before it expired. I didn't know if I was going to be able to renew since I passed the deadline to renew but it was completed within 3 days thanks to the help of Leanne. I recommend using TTP for applying and renewing your Global Entry application.

Renewing for Global Entry was a breeze!
Renewing for Global Entry was a breeze! Rachel informing each step of the way. Once I filled all the information out and paid the total ($100). I had to go through a background check again with security and pass. My card was on its way and to contact her when I received it to be activated. A few days later, I checked my mailbox and my new card had arrived. Rachel asked to let her know I had received the card so she may activate it. Very Easy, Quick and Painless. This is my second card, I think everyone should have one. I just don't know why. You book a flight and use your Global number. You don't all ways get TSA clearance on your airline ticket.
I needed to renew my Global Entry Card- This was the *** result I was given and it looked like an official website
I needed to renew my Global Entry Card- This was the *** result I was given and it looked like an official website. It is not a government website and it was not until after I paid that at the VERY TOP FINALLY a notice popped up that they were NOT Global Entry or an official government agency! I went back to their start page and they have this printed below on the first page after you have already started the process and clicked continue. It feels very sleazy and I am very concerned that this third party has all my personal information! I have cancelled my credit card and requested a refund. I am so irritated and bothered by the tactics they use to impersonate Global Entry! Something that is EASY to do they charge an extra $169 on top of the $100 government fee. Its absurd and I feel so duped. ARGGGGGGHHHHHHH. Unless you are a simpleton you can renew your own Global Entry on the real Government website.

My husband and I had a similar experience to a few other folks and are in utter shock
My husband and I had a similar experience to a few other folks and are in utter shock. We sought Global Entry for my husband who is a new Greencard holder and new to our country. A very quick *** search for Global Entry resulted in the TOP link titled Global Entry Program. Needless to say, he trusted that this would lead to the government site for his application. In this application, it is very misleading as there is ZERO documentation that this is a third party site and not the official government landing page. Especially to a vulnerable foreigner, this setup is so alarmingly tricky. A case that should have been a very simple one given his *** clean background and our backing of *** we had no reason to go this route in the first place. While perhaps others have complex needs, we did not and had we been aware of what this website was posing as, we would have quickly bypassed. In the end, we just so happened to notice two suspicious charges on our credit card for Global Entry (1 for the $100 fee by CPB and one for $169.99 for "*** Global Entry!?!" which we did not understand the reason behind and found quite odd). We even went so far as to calling our credit card (completely confused) asking them to explain why the fee was not only charged twice, but why the secondary charge was so much higher than the first. A quick *** search and we had the ah-hah moment of realizing sites like this are prevalent and rampant and that we were not alone in falling into this trap. With all the official logos and jargon, again, this site is very unethical and leads to honest mistakes like ours. Perhaps some patrons are in need of your offerings. If so, it would be so helpful to ensure all others are made loudly aware that this is not in fact a necessary step, nor affiliated with the government as it may seem. We hope you will find it in your hearts to acknowledge this pitfall and refund us this excess of $169.99.

I had the same experience as this person
I had the same experience as this person. See the *** 5/28 I've copied and paste below. I came across this because I was upset today due to the same charges. I applied on Monday June 14. I looked up your info and your toll free number listed does not work. I also say a question from August that was never answered. I believed I was on the ***/HLS site as it has all the government logos, etc. When I got the email from ***@globalentry program, I thought that was suspicious but I follow the link to the government website to set up the account (based on 12 step guideline via email) to monitor my application. When I saw the $100 charge I contact them but they said to contact your ***. I can understand if $100 of the $169.99 was paid to them and you charged 69.99 as a fee but almost $300 for a GE application process is ridiculous. I feel duped and now has no faith in our system that is suppose to be protecting the citizens of the . I obviously made a mistake and hope you will find it in your organization's ethics to refund me as this is a hardship just prior to my upcoming travel on Monday June 21st. Thank you *** D for speaking up. ***This company is a fraud! They place ads in the *** search engine showing that they are the government program. by the time i was don i paid $169 and i got nothing out of it. i still had to go and enter all the information and pay the $100 on the government website. Please avoid this scam by spreading the word to others!Global Entry Program Response 05/29 Thank you for your patience to allow us to investigate your experience with our website. We are a B2B (business to business) service, where we support companies personnel in the application process. However, we are very transparent on our website and we do not offer this for individual consumers. Unfortunately, on some VERY rare occasions we get people who apply in error. We have worked very closely with the Complaintsboard.com to ensure our website is very clear about our status as a third party company. It appears in very bold highlighted text at the very top of the homepage as well as on numerous other points on the website and on the application form itself. We have ensured that our service cannot be engaged unless a potential client consents and understands our status and fees. It is disappointing to hear that you came to us in error despite all our precautions. As your agent would have explained once an application is submitted and is with the *** Govt it moves beyond our control and cannot be cancelled past this point. We do explain this on our website, in this instance we have issued a goodwill refund of our fee. Also, your application status is *** and we are currently monitoring the application and have scheduled your interview dates for the 10th of June . We will of course update you as to any changes. Thank you once again for letting us know your concerns.Customer Response 06/09 thank you for refunding me *** D "

On July 24th, I submitted my personal info and credit card info to a business that was posing at the Global Entry / Trusted Traveler Program
On July 24th, I submitted my personal info and credit card info to a business that was posing at the Global Entry / Trusted Traveler Program. It wrongfully put itself out there as part of the government program. On July 24th, I was immediately charged $169.00 and then charged again for $100. I got a suspicious email directing me how to connect the government website to my own info, and immediately realized something was wrong. The contract info is [protected]@globalentryprogram.com and my tracking number is Application ID: ***. I have not yet resolved this issue, and I'm not sure how to proceed. I know this is wrong and they are scamming people out of money.

What the business promised to provide. turn around time of 3 day for global entry application. No response recieved.
I believed today I was signing up for global entry but alas it was misleading -just a way to dupe folks out of their money ($169.99) and charge another $100 for "global entry" when the government website only charges $100.I paid and was charged $169.99 and immediately sent multiple emails requesting an immediate refund. As there was no response to my emails and NO TELEPHONE NUMBER on the receipt or anywhere on the website, I contacted my bank. They told me the charge was pending, and I needed to call back when "it went through". I would like my refund of the $169.99 as this is an unnecessary charge and the website and advertisements were misleading as this is not actually the global entry website. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!
I thought I was on the approved site for the global entry application and after paying. $169 and submitting my personal information I realized this was not the case - this site globalentry.com is a scam and a fraudulent site. I emailed for a refund and did not receive a response. I see many other entries by other individuals as well. Why cant the Complaintsboard.com do something so that this url is removed or blocked. People are getting scammed daily and this is not right.

today on 12/08 I submitted a payment of $169.99 to globalentryprogram.com under the belief that this is part of the Global Entry program with the U.S. Customs and Border Protection. I submitted not only my credit card information but my passport information and drivers license as well. I received a suspicious receipt without any .gov I would like a refund and I am not authorizing any usage of personal information including my passport, drivers license and addresses. As soon as I submitted payment I was knocked out of the website and have been unable to look up the website and when I emailed for a refund and to cancel I received an "address not found" message.

2.7.22 I used this company as a gateway to apply for global entry and then was charge a fee $169 for their services as well $100 fee for global entry application. Everything was to be processed in *** hrs later. As of today, week plus later, no services have been rendered. The company only responds with a generic email response, their phone plays a generic message and the US customs and border patrol have zero record of my application. Not only did this company *** me out of money; they have sensitive information. I want my record expunged and money refunded.
I was filling out an application for my husband for global entry. Somehow it went into their domain and charged me $169.99 on top of the $100 for the government program. I never realized it until the *** came. Ive been trying to contact the company but phone doesnt answer and emails do not go through. This is a scam business!
I believed I was signing up for global entry through the government website - the emails I received were from a website saying "globalentrycustomerservice.com" which is misleading. I was charged *** on top of $100 to global entry which was confusing; when I received the charge on my credit card for two separate items this morning, this led me to realize the website I submitted on that led you to believe you were applying directly to global entry was not actually this. I would like my refund of the *** as this is an unnecessary charge and the website and advertisements were misleading as this is not actually the global entry website.
I have been waiting for over two years for this global entry program to provide me the access I paid $169 for. Communication has stopped, website is now no longer a thing. The agent that was working with me no longer is at the email provided. What a scam! You all should be ashamed of yourself! Personal information provided, money lost! Im so disgusted with this company. A total scam!

Like others have stated before me - I was directed to https://globalentryprogram.com/ and followed the steps for the application. Nothing about this service is convenient or expediting - they prey on folks attempting to get to a government agency and exploit them. Like another reviewer stated - the $169.99 brokerage fee is useless, and this 3rd party, none governmental agency has my passport number, personal information, and credit card number. As a side - Sham companies like this, especially when posturing as government agencies and request potentially sensitive personal information need to be more closely scrutinized by *** Ads. The transaction took place on June 28.

I went online to renew my Global Entry card on the GlobalEntry.gov site. I somehow ended up on a site called globalentry.com. After supplying a ton of personal info, I charged the fee of $169.99 on my credit card. I was also charged $100 by the *** government but I had no idea I was using a third party website. I sent an email to the Company but I have not received a response. This website was very deceptive. I could have renewed my Global Entry card with no trouble if I had been on the government website.
I need a RECEIPT from this place so I can expense the transaction via my employers requirements. This place acts like they are sending attachments, but they are only pictures of a PDF Icon, no PDF has ever been attached. Now I am incurring late charges on my company card which I have to pay out of pocket because this place can't simply send a file via e-mail. I am an IT manager and I am VERY familiar with the process / requirements for attaching documents to e-mails, but they are using ZENDESK which I am also very familiar with, which is stripping the contents before the e-mail is ever sent.
This entity is masquerading as an official *** goverment website for Global Entry Applications. They processed a $100 Fee for the Trusted Traveler Program, and in addition then charged my credit card an additional $ *** which I did not agree to, nor authorize, nor does the Trusted Travel Program incur this fee. This is a fraud and they should immediately refund $*** to my credit card. In addition, they have captured much personal information including my social security number, address, passport number, credit card information. Their telephone numbers have been disconnected.
Is Global Entry Program Legit?
Global Entry Program earns a trustworthiness rating of 98%
Highly recommended, but caution will not hurt.
Global Entry Program resolved 93% of 16 negative reviews, its exceptional achievement and a clear indication of the company's unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction. It would suggest that the company has invested heavily in customer service resources, training, and infrastructure, as well as developed an effective complaint resolution process that prioritizes customer concerns.
Global Entry Program has received 9 positive reviews on our site. This is a good sign and indicates a safe and reliable experience for customers who choose to work with the company.
A long registered date for fasttrack-application.com can be seen as a positive aspect for Global Entry Program as it indicates a commitment to maintaining the website and its domain name for a long period of time. It also suggests that the company is organized and has taken steps to secure its online presence.
The age of Global Entry Program's domain suggests that they have had sufficient time to establish a reputation as a reliable source of information and services. This can provide reassurance to potential customers seeking quality products or services.
Fasttrack-application.com has a valid SSL certificate, which indicates that the website is secure and trustworthy. Look for the padlock icon in the browser and the "https" prefix in the URL to confirm that the website is using SSL.
Fasttrack-application.com has been deemed safe to visit, as it is protected by a cloud-based cybersecurity solution that uses the Domain Name System (DNS) to help protect networks from online threats.
However ComplaintsBoard has detected that:
- Fasttrack-application.com has relatively low traffic compared to other websites, it could be due to a niche focus, but could also indicate a potential lack of traffic and popularity. The fasttrack-application.com may offer a niche product or service that is only of interest to a smaller audience.
- Global Entry Program protects their ownership data, a common and legal practice. However, from our perspective, this lack of transparency can impede trust and accountability, which are essential for establishing a credible and respected business entity.

On October 15, I decided to apply for global entry for myself and two of our kids. I thought I was on the official site. Everything looked very official and I would never have entered any information AT ALL had I not thought this was a government site. The GlobalEntry Program in ***, *** charged me $169.99 for each of us. I got a receipt for each transaction, but then nothing ever happened. No interview, no further contact. I would like to file a complaint against this business. If they actually helped me to get an interview, or claimed to do what they say, I would not be that upset about the extra money. On two consecutive days, I applied for a program linked to Security Global Entry, assuming it was official.
On 10/26 and 10/27, I completed two applications for a program related to Security Global Entry, believing it was official. Both applications included personal identity information for myself and a loved one, and we were charged $169 each for a service that reviews personal information, which seems unnecessary and concerning. It's unsettling to think that a private company has such detailed information about us. I've reported this company to the Department of Homeland Security and will seek further assistance from government security personnel today. We request full refunds and the secure disposal of our compromised personal information. The company's website and name are highly deceptive, and it should not be operating.

This company is a scam
This company is a scam. On 5/25 I filed my application for Global Travel Renewal online. Somehow I was linked to this company. When I was redirected I did not know I was, I was charged $169.99 as a renewal fee. The charge is on my *** Card. Before I could print the receipt it disappeared from my screen. I then finished the TSA forms and TSA completed the process directly. At no time did I know I was directed to or through a 3rd party site. At no time did I see a 3rd party Logo or letterhead. At no time did I see anything stating the same nor that it was aimed at corporations. I do not even know if they have a copy of my information. My wife completed the process for $100. So I contacted American Express for details and found out about the company. This is a completely deceptive practice and people need to know about it.

On 11/5 I submitted a payment of $169.99 to globalentryprogram.com under the belief that they were part of the Global Entry program with the U.S. Customs and Border Protection. I submitted not only my credit card information but my passport information and photo, as well. I received a suspicious receipt without any .gov *** and another suspicious email on 11/8 saying that my application was pending. with a highlighted account number. When I input that number into the .gov website, there is no record of my application submission or pending status. So, I went to the Complaintsboard.com to see if this website had any prior complaints because it now appeared to be a scam. Turns out that are dozens of complaints on the Complaintsboard.com, all stating that this company did not take any action until the Complaintsboard.com made them. I would like a refund and also to report them because this personal data breach is major!

On July 16, I paid $169.99 to this company believing they were the US government Global Entry website
On July 16, I paid $169.99 to this company believing they were the US government Global Entry website. Then another $100.00, the only fee I should have paid for this unknown company to fill out paperwork I could have filled out myself. I didn't realize they were an auxiliary service until I called Global Entry to inquire about the double fee. The company replied to my email explaining that it was my mistake and they had submitted my application and therefore could not get my money back. I find this business to be predatory. Why am I paying you 69% more than the only fee I should have paid. When I tried to call the number attached to the fee the phone number was not in service. Another cause for concern along with some random site has all of my identity. I am 100% sure I was on the governments' site so that is also of concern. I want my money back simply because I believe this business is intentionally predatory.

This is a fraud and scam
This is a fraud and scam. The website is misleading and pretends to be the official way to apply for the Global Entry Program charging an additional fee of $169.99 for absolutely nothing. The website (http://www.globalentryprogram.com) is specifically designed to mimic the Global Entry Program information on the US.gov website tricking you into believing you require their services. I only realized the fraud when I saw the additional charge (in the amount of $100) of the official application fee - which is the only fee that I was supposed to pay to apply for the official Global Entry Program. When I found out that I was a victim of this scam, I tried to call the number *** which does not exist (this telephone number was provided in my credit card statement as the contact information for this "business", but the number does not exist. Their website does not provide any phone number (which is typical of scam agencies).

And so I didn't know that the standard fee is just $100, not $169. I filed for THREE family members and so the upcharge was quite significant. In addition, I did not quite understand what they had provided. The process is very confusing, and they are not responsive. I had to send multiple emails before somebody got back to me. Nobody answers the phone. In the end, I have not gotten nor interview scheduled nor any specific details as to what I need to do to complete the process. Just general information. The US CUSTOMS also charged me $100 per application ($169 + $100 x 3) if that wasn't enough. And so my credit card company closed my account because of the risk of fraud. I am now very much concerned about the security of the private information that I have provided to this company. I am suspecting fraud and need help. Thanks!

My parents, who are not well-versed in English, went on globalentryprogram.com and applied for global entry. The website charges $169.99 per person for it to "process" a global entry application, in addition to the $100 application fee that needs to be submitted to CBP. It says they are not affiliated with CBP on their website, but to a lay person who is not a primary English speaker, the website would seem like an official website for the global entry program. The "service" they provide is a scam. They say it is for businesses and do not cater to normal consumers, but their application portal allows individuals to put in their information and put in their credit card information. They take the information that a consumer would otherwise enter into the government website for the global entry application anyway, then merely submits the application. They then pass the application number over to you and make you finish the process. This is clearly a website that preys on the uninformed.

As I see from other complaints re: this Global Entry assistance business, discerning necessary vs optional use of their services is less than clear from a "starter's" perspective. I understand their defense- which I now see posted on their website- but was not apparent at the time of providing my private GE application info. My primary complaints now focus on: they did not provide accurate information to the appropriate govt agency re: my application (e.g., demographic mistake I did not make) and more concerning, the tele# listed on my credit card statement for their $169.99 fee is not in order. When I was unable to contact them via their posted telephone #, my credit card company got involved and also could not get ahold of them. A reliable, trustworthy business should post their correct telephone number including on formal *** transitions billing, Suspicious to say the least. If they are as righteous as they claim on these Complaintsboard.com postings, they should have valid contact telephone #s.

I filled out an application with Global Entry Program on December 7th, and paid the fee associated with the Global Entry application
I filled out an application with Global Entry Program on December 7th, and paid the fee associated with the Global Entry application. I paid $169.99 for a filing fee in addition to the $100 Global Entry application fee. They said it was to help with the filing, but all they did was use the exact same information that I filled in and input it word for word into my application. The fee is outrageous and unnecessary. They need to make it more obvious that this is not the official DHS application but just a service for "helping" with the application process. I cannot believe they charged $150 to do exactly what I did on their website. I can understand maybe a $25 fee for the same exact service. They help in no other way and just scam people that are trying to fill out the application for themselves through DHS. I emailed them a complaint and have not received a response. Also, the fee for the application has been charged to the credit card provided, but I still haven't received any emails from DHS. I am also very concerned that my identity will now be stolen by this company and used in nefarious ways. I would like a full refund and do not want my Global Entry application to be filed through this service.

I was having an issue renewing my Global Entry application and *** A could not have been more helpful. Not only one email, but she continued over several other emails to help me with booking appointments, etc. She responded quickly and kindly! She was incredibly patient with me. It's not often that a large company employs a quality person like *** that seems as though she really loves her job. Thank you, ***, for your awesome customer service. *** F
