Global Solution Biz is contacting me about a debt I have with Bitty Advance. The tone of the collection agent has been downright hostile. When I requested a Statement of Account (as they are required to supply as per UCC § 9-210) the agent responded "It's certainly not my clients responsibility to provide you with 'accounting'." and when I explicitly cited that I was requesting said accounting under UCC 9-210(b) I was told "It seems you are still under the impression, incorrectly, we have been retained to provide you with customer service. I'm sorry you are not able to comprehend what you read."
The agent is also threatening to send an "Quick Track Enforcement Team" to seize assets from my home and office (which doesn't exist) when the contract signed with Bitty Advance explicitly states my business bank account (which also no longer exists) as the only pledged asset for the loan.
I am happy to discuss repayment once I have an actual accounting.
Desired outcome: A statement of account and a rational person at the company to speak with regarding this matter.

Global Solution Biz continued collection activity on account they never validated. I sent request to 376 Powder Springs St. Listed on my credit. On October 19 Global Solution Biz received my certified letter requesting validation of an account(s) XXXXXXXXXX***. I have not received a response. Under Texas Finance Code Section 392.202 a debt collection agency has thirty (30) calendar days to respond to a debt validation request. If they fail to respond to validation request then they have essentially admitted, per Texas Finance Code 392.202(b)(2), that the debt in question is inaccurate. As of January 26 they are still reporting account on my credit. Which puts them in violation of various state collection laws. I am making every effort to resolve this matter without presenting this matter in court. I am confident that by channeling this dispute through the ComplaintsBoard.com, a more simple resolution can be made. If they delete the account, cease reporting it to the credit bureaus, and provide written confirmation of the same, I will consider this matter resolved.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

I’m currently experiencing the same thing. I can not get any information I have requested and they are saying they sending someone out and freezing my bank account. This is crazy. I have already made one payment with them but when it came up under someone’s name and not the business it made me a little more worried that this is a scam
