System is junk! We are in 2025 and I think a string and two soup cans could to a better job. Gtl is really good at taking your money with no problem but the service you receive for your prepaid service is horrible and a joke and as far as I am concerned, they are thieves! We all prepay for good working service, not getting cut off! Fire this company and give us what we prepaid for! A class action law suit needs to be served to them! They are not delivering the service they offer! System is always down, cannot communicate with loved ones.
Recommendation: RECOMMEND CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT!!
GTL survives off of monopoly contracts and total negligence – slashing call amounts, overpricing fees, and giving horrible service because they know there are no other options available. If you are getting defrauded from prepaid payments, gather evidence and make claims with consumer protection groups. If a class action lawsuit ever arises, get involved. They have been taking advantage of families for years – it’s time that they feel it where it counts the most.
