5/17/26 I came due to an injury on my face. The 1st doctor stitched me up but upon my request for antibiotics and pain meds he said it wasn't necessary. 5/18/26 I returned and 2nd doctor saw antibiotics was needed. My condition continued to worsen, and I was admitted to the hospital a few hours later. My complaint and issue are that this could've been prevented if the first doctor honored my request for antibiotics as a preemptive measure.

Claimed loss: The staph infection was severe enough that I needed a CT scan, 3 nights in hospital, antibiotics, pain meds and wound cultures.

Desired outcome: I would like a full refund of the services and fees that was charged to my card and help paying this $26k bill at the hospital.
