I (Shamsher Singh Dhakarwal) booked my train ticket from Ghaziabad to lucknow on 19/07/2023 but transaction could not mature, perhaps due to some problem while entering the password but the amount was deducted from my HSBC Credit card XXXX XXXX XXXX 0086.
I received a message from your side that my amount deducted i.e. Rs. 1207.55 will be refunded. Thereafter, I received a 2nd message that a refund amount has been initiated and will be in my bank within 7 day but it has not been refunded till date.
I am attaching below the copies of messages received from your side, for your reference and records.
