we were lied to when entering the contract
we were lied to when entering the contract. We stated can not use except in summer months when school closes and there were no additional fees. If we did not want to renewal then we don"t pay an additional fee. Now we get a letter if we din't rebrew there us a 499.00 fee when we want ti renew, also when we joined we were assured they were the cheapest, they are not cheaper then what we can get on the internet.

We went to a hotel in Indianapolis to learn about a travel club. We agreed and signed up, but they assured us that we could cancel anytime. They made a big fuss, congratulating us for joining the club. However, we have never actually used it and we don't even know what it offers. When we called to cancel, they suddenly informed us that it cannot be cancelled. To make matters worse, they sent our unpaid balance of over $4000 to collections. This has caused significant difficulties for us, especially considering that we have an autistic son who now struggles to receive the necessary support due to the financial strain caused by this company's actions.

And get this, even though we had our login info, we couldn't log into the website until 7 days later, AFTER the cancellation time had passed. How convenient, right? We just wanted to see the prices so they could "lock us in." But nope, they don't offer anything for the areas we wanna stay in while traveling. So we called customer service, hoping for some help, but all we got was the runaround and basic answers. What a waste of money! This is absolutely ridiculous. The presentation was nothing like what we were promised. It was all misleading and we were totally misinformed. Can't believe we paid for this and can't even enjoy it!

I went to a presentation on 2/29 and I decided to buy a membership. One of the main benefits was that I could give deep travel discounts to up to 4 family members or friends. After about an hour of doing the necessary paperwork, signing on the line, and finishing the deal, the representative said, "Oh, one more thing... the family members you picked won't get the same discount as you, even if you travel together." Uhhhh, what the heck. They didn't tell me this until after I signed the contract. This company is really shady. I'm gonna cancel the contract tomorrow according to the Consumer Protection Law in the STATE OF KENTUCKY.

We are so confused. This company is way worse than it says it is, and it's more interested in taking our money than helping us out. We've been asking for a refund for this total scam for over a year, but nothing has happened. Lots of other people have had the same problem and have complained to the ComplaintsBoard.com and stuff like that. We paid thousands of dollars for something that doesn't work like they said it would. We couldn't even log in for a while, and by the time we could, it was too late to cancel. The travel options they gave us were all wrong, like the dates and places were all messed up. The salesperson who talked to us was mean and made fun of us. Every time we tried to book something, we found better deals on our own. Every person we talked to just gave us the runaround and didn't really listen to us. They only wrote down stuff that helped them, not us. It was really hard to set up the extra stuff they promised, like the cruise and the Vegas trip. It's been a never-ending cycle of disappointment. We've been asking for our $4ooo back for a year, but they just keep passing us off to someone else. We've realized that lots of other people have had the same problems with this company. The product they sell is nothing like what they say it is. It's not even close.

But when we tried to book our trips, we realized that the savings weren't as great as they claimed. The prices were actually pretty similar to what we would pay without a "travel membership". We went to a presentation for this company on 9/15 and afterwards, we signed up for a "Platinum Membership". After the presentation, a salesperson sat down with each couple and tried to sell us the most expensive package first, then gradually lowered the price. Before the sales pitch, they asked us about our annual income to justify why we should buy it (like if we could afford it). Then, they rushed us through a contract without really explaining it properly or mentioning our right to cancel. When we contacted the main office and tried to use our membership, we realized that we would never be able to use it because we actually saved more money by making our own travel arrangements. The so-called "deep savings" they promised were just false advertising and lies. During the sales pitch, they gave us a lot of options for what we would pay and made it seem like most of them were selling travel at cost. But when we looked into it more, we found out that many of the options required daily fees that were just as high, if not higher, than what we would pay if we booked through a free travel service. We honestly think that this company uses sneaky tactics to trick people into thinking they're getting great savings and services. We've asked the company for a full refund, but if they don't give it to us, we're ready to take further action.
