I ordered a Fendi shirt on the 12th of October with order number 7129 at $451.50
On the 31st of October, I got an email from one Jonathan that the shirt was out of stock and I requested for a refund.
I sent my Zelle to them on the 7th of December when they said their system couldn't process my card refund for whatever being their reason.
Till now after after over 20 emails, unaswered phone calls etc., I haven't seen my refund.
No one answers their phone calls, responds to email etc! I was even blocked on Instagram.
Such a disappointing company.

One week later I contacted the company and was told that their overseas facilities were getting my order ready. Two weeks later I contacted the company and asked about the status of my order and received no reply. I requested that if there had been no further progress on the shipment of my jacket that the order be cancelled and my account reimbursed. Still no reply.
