I have Cancelled the Booking By 09 June 2023, and Today is 19 Aug, How much time it need to get the refund? Who will bear the Interest Charge on it ? Every time I check the Status it displays the same. This is very bad service. As I'm using this App for more than 2 years and you guys are not taking seriously for the refund. There is no option to raise the ticket in the Application. Why did the Customer Service people didn't effort to connect me, as I have tried with telephone way on click the link after auto-generated message, I want my money back. 13974 is the Amount and I am paying Interest on it for 3 months. Will you pay that too? 45% Interest Per annum.
