money deposited to open account
I stupidly made a deposit of 650 euros to open an account. I subsequently read some worrying reviews of the company and therefore emailed them asking for my money back as the bank said I had 30 days to do this. (It was 2 days ago). I have had no response to my repeated emails and both the telephone numbers on their website are not receiving calls. The only email I had in response was asking me to verify my account by sending ID, bank details etc... which I am not willing to do.
Please can you advise what I should do?

I have been trying to withdraw funds from my account, when I go online the amount that I am able to withdraw is €325.26 when I actually deposited £685.97, I am concerned and would like back all of my money and to close my account. However I have emailed several times and have been told that someone will ring me but they have not in a number of days! Please can you help recover my money!
I have experience as a victim. They defrauded me of $39,000 by doing this. I couldn't get my money out of the profit.

Her Telegram handle is Paigecubbin, and I messaged her there. In three days, she was able to get my money back, and it was placed into my bank account.

I deposited 5000 pounds with golden markets and was given Luke Adamson as my accounts manager he was always in touch with me asking to up grade my account at one point it reach about 3000 euros profit when I tried to withdraw money from this account I get a call don't withdraw this money as all the Arabs are coming over and amazon showing great profits .but after about 30 mins on the phone he new I was not going to invest more money .after trying to get at my money it all disappeared and the answer I got was bit coin had crashed and he had lost a lot of money as well .there is 275 euros left in my account which I can not withdraw something to do with a third party .then I get a call from Mr John Baker asking me to deposit more money so I would get my money back as Luke Adamson did not manage my account properly .I said I would not invest any more money in golden markets as I have tried to withdraw money only to get a knock back it just the same market trading -trade who took 2000 pounds from my account with out my permission that was in April and they still will not refund it they all look lick scams stay clear from [protected]@gmail.com

I was curious about golden markets and they're services and received a phone call on the 10.08.18, the man on the phone assured me that I could withdraw my money at any time and it would be straight into my bank account within 30 seconds. I quickly realised golden markets was not for me and tried to withdraw my deposit. I was told that day that the request would then take 7/10 days to be resolved. I am extremely upset as this is not what I lead to believe and have made phone calls back and fourth. My account manager assured me today that the request was made and the money would be back into my account within 48hours, however a few hours later I receive an email stating the request was declined and I needed to provide information including credit card statements, proof of residency, passport etc. This is totally unnacceptable as I have been lied to on numerous occasions and just want my deposit back. I am at a lost end and don't know what I can do to receive my money back and really need some help.

Hi, I deposited €250 with Golden Market trading and it has not been working for me. I have tried to withdraw my money and it is impossible to do so. My account manager is not getting back to me and customer support are extremely unhelpful. I am running round in circles. How many worked with golden markets never had any problems. Everything works fine, an easy-to-use website, and there were no problems with the removal. I trade everything from sugar to bitcoins. I advise this platform!
Why you are people investing somewhere, without any knowledge of using such tools and brands definitions and specification? Im always wonder why there are so many people that are working with same brands as me, why you cant understand the risk that are taking?! Problem with platform? bomb their supports! Money issue? hey, Mrscooksey if You invest in bitcoin you should know that there are delay for transaction between ordering and delivering cryptocurrency on you account. And bitcoin worth may change sometimes faster than your transaction done, so many traders wait for reasonable profit but not 10 or 20$

Opened an account and bought 1000 XRD/USD on recommendation with the promise of help with trading. My account manger said he would start the next week. Four e-mails and live chat contact later and there has been no response. I have therefore decided to close the position and withdraw funds.
On attempting to withdraw approximately 280 euros - on the withdrawal coupon
it said the withdrawal was restricted to 134 euros with no explanation. This came
up before I actually entered a withdrawal figure. Have tried to phone both my contact and the UK number - I get an engaged tone.
Is it all a scam? and can anyone advise me?

I have been working with Golden Markets already, quite a long time ago. Looked, in 10 days there will be exactly a year, as I started with them. There were ups and downs, but there are still more ups. There were technical problems, but technical support quickly decides.

Perhaps some technical problems on the platform, since they have never been seen in scam. I know several people who have worked with them for a long time and all without problems.
I can not say that Golden Markets is a scam. I've been working with them for a year now and no problems. Usually, the customer support solves all problems. Maybe your case is some kind of mistake.

Hi there my name is jamie warren I went with golden market a cupal of months ago and quickly learned that it wasn't what I thought it was so I try ed to withdraw my money but they refused 3 times so I put in a withdrawal again and spoke to them on the phone and I told them that I wanted my money and thay I didn't won't to do it any more and they wore not happy they hung up on me any way I was told it can take 7 to 10 days to go in my bank account and that was nearly 3 weeks ago iv try ed to contact them but can't get hold of them I don't no what to do its only 217 pounds but to me that's a lot I hope to here from u soon many thanks

money stolen from my trade with sugar
loss of the money on an open trade with sugar. On Friday my investment stood at a health 3018 euros. This morning, Monday 15.05.18. my investment had dropped to 2043 euros. I can understand that the market fluctuates but no the sugar I had an open trade in has been stopped by somebody and the profit and the money is no longer there. I have closed my open trade on crude. But have no idea whether this will come back to me. I was dealing with a broker called Johnathon Hamilton. He seemed a very reasonable guy to work with and I asked him to close my trade on Wednesday of last week I have an unexpected payment to make, but I was suckered in to investing what I had at the time into sugar and crude. Sugar made the greatest profit and as off this morning had lost its largest profit but was still over 2000 euros. It has now disappeared and I want to know where the money has gone and who stopped the trade without my permission.

I also work in the mobile version, a very cool thing. Constantly improve the interface, which can not but rejoice. There were delays in the translation, but it took no more than 5 days. Golden Markets is an excellent brand.
It looks like it's a technical malfunction. I hope that everything has already been decided, since the broker is good and trustworthy. Sometimes this happens to all brokers.

I too went through the same predicament of a sugar position closing overnight after a success of ++PROFIT
it rocketed in excess of 10k my initial investment at 2.5k.
here is an email from very persuasive Charlie Black at Golden Markets - gibberish email to say the least!
"The sugar position closed due to Margin, your account balance was not sufficieent to hold the position.
That is happening when the invested capital is not sufficient Vs. the asset movement."
& pooof it all sent and was closed! back to square one.
This tome around I saw a movement on crude and brent, attempted a withdrawal to which Charlie halted and insisted we stay put and keep investing. That was the last of him, & the 4.2k of which some was profit 'DIVED' terribly like a ship sinking - even the withdrawal button wasn't having it.. I wouldn't do anything about it. Nada.
Stay well clear, , these guys are money vultures and will ensure they live a mark. Run a mile!
A scam is an understatement... a huge understatement. The have a UK number and English Fake Names - everything is as fake as their robotic Scam website - traders? as if! My 8yr old son can do better and I may just set of with him, he has far more intelligent than these goofy loony toons

I willingly opened an account and deposited £250.00. Phone calls followed and it seems that initial deposit was to "get me in". I was asked to put more and more money in and Jack Moritz who seemed genuine (obviously good at scamming) brough profits up to €32000.00. Next call I got was saying Jack had been moved to different dept and John, who trained Jack would now take over my account. Jack called it a pension scheme. I did maybe 3 trades with John. Different way which involved ticking a box saying take profits. After a week and no contact profit was down to €2000.00 I said I'm pulling out and he said up to you sir but most of money was put in from other sources and that would be paid back. That showed me having a "profit" of €350.00! I have asked for that back and am yet to see it. I am out of pocket for £6000.00 plus! Really good scam they are doing and I am angry I fell for it.

I was able to make a few withdrawals from my trading with the company. Only to discover the company not answering my calls or replying my emails months later. I have been wondering how to go about getting back my money and after many failed attempts I FOUND Marcus Gate! This man guided me on steps to take and made my recoup happen in seven days!

They encourage you to invest as much as you can, in some cases encouraging you to use credit cards, loans etc
Their bonus terms are ridiculous multiply by 140 with the amount of the bonus.
They are using a false platform - this is so they can clear everything on that platform and then they say you have lost your money.
Someone might contact you to say they will help you to recover your money.
Their game is to get you to invest more money to gain recovery but they have no intensions of recovering your money, they string you along and keep passing you to different people.
Golden Markets and their employees have no concious or heart they could not careless that you have lost your money

I had been with golden markets since February and in may I was railroaded into getting a loan from my bank on the premise it was for insurance well ive never had a loan from my bank because I never thought id qualify because im only a carer and on benefits so someone from golden markets went on anydesk and seemed he was pretending to be me filling out all the questions and suddenly I had a loan for 8, 800 english pounds I never really wanted this loan it meant paying 191 pounds every 2nd of the month for 7 years well they promised to cover the loan every month swearing they would have the loan paid off in 4 months I believed then . Well yesterday (28th june) I had a balance of 73, 000 dollars based on high profit trades then my financial advisor told me to invest all of it on crude and brent oil telling the price was going to drop so sell oil so I did but oil soared my advisor rang me begging to give him money I told him I had nothing then within 5 minutes my 73, 000 dollars was gone all of it now I have to find the money to pay a 7 year loan of 191 pounds a month which I don't have I don't know what to do any comments welcome

Stuart Foot. Golden Markets are scammers. They encourage you to keep investing to get to Platinum Account. The promise the world to you, then suddenly the platform showing your account, available balance, equity etc and trades suddenly disappear, I believe they are using a false platform, once everything disappears they then tell you that the money is lost. Yes sure lost into their own account. Somebody might contact you to say they will help you to recover the money. Their game is to get you to invest more money but have no intensions of getting your money back. Whatever you do, do not invest any more money. I don’t know what you can do about the loan unless you go into the bank you got the loan from and speak to them about whether they can help you. Definitely contact the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA ). Details on their Website and Action Fraud details on heir website. Golden Markets are lowlifes, they are not bothered whether they get you into debt. On another forum they badgered a 71 year old to us his savings, credit cards and even equity on his house absolutely terrible.
I started trading with golden markets last month so i deposited the $250.00. It wasnt long that i changed my mind and decided to withdraw the money. They told me i could only withdraw once i sent them the relevant documentation i.e. drivers licence and card i used to deposit the money in the first place. I did this. I kept enquiring why i havent received my money back yet and they told me that i have to send them the back of the said documents also and make sure that the debit card had been signed. I 'm now wondering if this is a wise thing to do.

Just beware of being lied to. Very, very difficult to get funds transferred from the company. They sure accept funds easily enough. Financial Chargeback Institutions are always too late..too slow.. especially if you make your transactions with credit cards. Typically, chargeback is a difficul procedure, when I was scammed in 2018, I sent complaint to Central Bank of Bahrain (CBB); Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection (BCFP, USA); Financial Conduct Authority (FCA, UK). But none of them took action. I sign up with Finance-Recovery China (FRC; CH: info @ finance-recovery, ch). I was very pleased with the timeliness and efficiency of the handling of my case. My numerous questions were always answered in a prompt, accurate and considered manner. The excellent professional advice and guidance we received from them led to an expeditious and agreeable settlement with Golden Markets.
