Empire four kingdoms
I am complaining in the strongest terms available, the option of being able to continually sabotage a player to the extent a person who plays this game to get away from real life because they suffer with depression and anxiety is ludicrous!
How can gg not take bullying serious, they allow sexual harassment too and if you try to get help they eventually just block your emails! They say it is part of a war game which yes I see this (not sexual harassment) but when you get 400 attempted sabs in 90 minutes every day all day long just because you did a shady lady hit which gg supply as an tournament how are you really expected to want to continue playing this game especially when their management won’t even acknowledge you or anyone, how is it safe to allow this when people have mental health issues, I’m telling you now if anything happens to the person this is happening to I will be straight onto the highest press I can find who publish your denial of bullying and harassment issues in the game, by all means allow sabs but limit them to a player only receiving 1 in 24 hours, it’s the poorest part in the game, I doubt I’ll hear back because gg do not take harassment or bullying serious
Desired outcome: That players who harass are treated seriously , to stop players being able to have multiple pest farm accounts and to limit the use of the sabotage function and to take mental health seriously
Big Farm, Cyberbullying
I have contacted Stillfront and Goodgame Studios in reference to a player on Big Farm that keeps attacking me constantly via the game. I sent in proof of what happened over the weekend and I hear back from the general support saying they couldn't do anything because they didn't break any "Goodgame" rules.
They apparently don't know about cyberbullying and the responsibility of the company to see that this is stopped.
This has been an ongoing thing with this person for months now. He uses different ways and methods. I'm getting tired of it and about ready to let the courts handle it.
Photos have been sent to Stillfront, Goodgame Studios and Support.
Desired outcome: Want the person banned permanent from the game!!!
I'm hoping that Stillfront and Goodgame Studios see that I am serious and if I have to take it to the courts I will unless they ban the player for good.
So far nothing has been done!

My box disappeared with 20 seconds still left on the timer.
I contacted customer services who told me this was my own fault for not claiming on time.
I receive an automated response from customer services every time I put in a complaint.
Nothing is ever resolved.

Goodgame Empire keeps sending "Primetime" Ruby specials to my inbox and when I login in nothing happens. It's false advertising, it wastes my time and when you complain to support, you get ZERO response.
I have spent a lot of money in this game and I used to enjoy playing... I lost over 17k men because the "Starved" when I couldn't get online in time. Do you know how much money that is?
There's not even a system in place to allow you to make or buy enough food to feed when you'll be offline.
They don't take the complaints or large losses seriously.
I have had a 300% log back in bonus to get me to go back and play, and I have logged in now trying to get it to popup and NOTHING.
What a bunch of crap.
I played years ago and came back when I got sick and I have started to play another game now because of the crap like this.

In the begining of the year 2019 my game account (game : Empire on the French server) was definitely blocked on a ridiculous pretense : "repeated attacks". Goodgame Empire is a medieval wargame... Since my first steps in the game I saw 3 patrimony wars (the full French server involved...) and these wars are back a year out of two more or less, they last for months, you can see kilometres of Fight Report screenshots on the forum (I let you imagine how many "repeated attacks" on the same players...). It is the principle of a wargame : you attack the others players and NPC. And of course no one is never banned on this bogus pretense.
Not only is the motive ridiculous but in addition, when I asked that the data relating to these elements be communicated to me (these are my personal data) the consumer service has disappeared. No response to my many emails.
It's a crying shame a company behaving in such a childish and unprofessional way.

the recruitment slot i just purchased for a week is not functioning in my ops = why = i pay far too much to play this game already = i should not have to put up with goodgame wasting my time and money like this = ive been playing for 2 yrs = started due to hip surgery = now i have cancer = its not fun when i get screwed out of the silly things i pay for to amuse me whilst dying = think about it = people who pay to play should be treated as VIPs = just saying
big farm game
Big Farm used to be a great relaxing game, but it's getting worse and worse.
Stop improving it, you don't make it better.
Moreover, along with system improvements, you added some new details to the game and it made it more expensive than before. It's ridiculous. I understand that the more popular you become the more money you want. But please, you have this little to cross the line. Sto this, please.
Not sure about other games, didn't play them. But all of these things with the big farm is one big disappointment to me...
No support and after update the website didn't work
When I downloaded from the website www.goodgamestudios.com, the game worked in very good way. But after several weeks, they updated the game and sent me the notification. I updated the game and it didn’t work now. I emailed the support team, but they didn’t respond. I tried several to contact them, but it was awful services and they haven’t provided any help at all. Don’t waste time on this website and in the game.
Awful customer services
The game on the website www.goodgamestudios.com isn’t for free. So, be careful. I created account on the website and they charged me for the game and registration. Whole website misleads customers and provides false info. Also when you need help, you can’t reach these people at all. They simply ignore all emails and messages. It was awful customer services, which I have ever seen before. People, I really advise to stay away from them.
Waste of money, and they took for the games without warning you
People, stay away from the website www.goodgamestudios.com. It was mentioned that there were free games, but they weren’t for free, ‘coz they charged my card and I haven’t authorized these charges. I was freaked out, when I checked the account and noticed a lot of different charges. I want to stop it, so please help me to return money back. As well as don’t waste your time and post comments about your experience.
They charge for games, but don't warn about it
I tried one game on the website www.goodgamestudios.com. No one charged me for it, but after couple of days the moderators started to charge me completely for nothing. I sometimes haven’t used this website at all. So they simply stole from me. The website is real scam, so beware and share this info in order to warn other users. Don’t waste your time and money. They charged me and now they didn't return money back

I only recently noticed it and immediately sent several emails and asked to return my money. Unfortunately these scammers never replied and I lost all hopes to get money back.
