WW Grainger review: Beware dealing with them

My company recently ordered food dispenser from the website www.grainger.com. I didn’t like that they delivered it with delay and didn’t warn me about it. Also this machine stooped to work after a week, and the seller refused to take it back and repair. But I had the warranty, but he told me that this warranty wouldn’t work for repair. Please leave comments about this website, because people should be aware when they deal with such irresponsive people.
