new service was requested and deliver the 250-gal tank on 12/7/2023.
12/9/2023 gas was delivered on 1522 w elm rd. Radcliff Ky, amount of 185.1 gal
and gas was empty by 1/12/2024, call-in for refiled.
refiled on 1/23/2024, 200.4 gal and next day I realized gas smell around the gas valve. sprayed the water and detergent mixed, it was leaking in the valve. I call in for emergency work order, and technician. show up but he wasn't able to fix the leak because he didn't have valve to replace with, technician came back and next day to replace the valve. I am asking the compensation of the leak gas during the first filed on 12/9/2023 to 1/23 2024.
I didn't have gas to heat the house over 10 days.

We have been with this company for many years but in this last year, they constantly lose the bank account information, for which they cannot process the payment, we are a company with multiple locations and this has happened to us in at least 3 of them and The problem is not losing the account, the problem is when they let you know that they lost the account, they call you and let you know in a very rude way that you owe and have to pay no matter what the situation, like it's our fault but it's your responsibility to pay, only at the aiken location it happened to us at least 3 times this year… MI RANCHO mexican restaurant, anyway I already canceled all the accounts but I think it is important that someone in this company take the time to fix the problems, so that do not lose more clients

We got CO2 tanks from Airgas for our event on July 9, 2022. We needed them for 3 days, but they charged us for 12 days. It was hard to find someone to fix it, but they finally did on December 14, 2022. We also got tanks for another event on August 30, 2022. We said we'd return them on a certain day, but Airgas never came to get them. They charged us for 93 days, but we settled it on December 14, 2022. Then they sent us another bill for 20 more days in January. I said it was wrong, but they still say we owe it. It's not right to charge for 113 days when we only needed them for 3 days.
