WW Grainger I love Grainger

I love Grainger. As a buyer, they make my life so much easier. Their website is amazing and easy. Pricing is very competitive. We get items the next day and if needed sooner, the warehouse is only about 15 minutes away.

WW Grainger Disappointing Experience with WW Grainger's Online Ordering System and Customer Service

I was excited to get started on my project, so I called both the branch and main office to make sure my order was being processed. WW Grainger Frustrating Experience with WW Grainger's Customer Service

I recently had an experience with WW Grainger that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I called their customer service line to inquire about a specific product that I needed for a project. The representative I spoke with was polite, but informed me that they would need more information to search their inventory. They asked me to email them sample specifications, which I did.

However, I quickly discovered that their internal email controls do not allow you to email a customer service representative directly. Instead, you have to send an email and wait for their server to forward it to the appropriate contact. This process took several days, and I found myself growing increasingly impatient.

Finally, almost a week later, I received a response from WW Grainger. Unfortunately, the response was not what I had hoped for. The representative informed me that they were unable to find anything in their inventory that matched my specifications. They suggested that I call back when I had a better idea of what I needed, and they would see if they could help.

I was extremely disappointed by this response. After waiting for so long, I had hoped that WW Grainger would be able to provide me with the product I needed. Instead, I felt like my time had been wasted. I don't think I will be using their services again in the future.

WW Grainger Disappointing Service from WW Grainger: Delayed Orders and Uninformed Customer Service

I ordered a pair of shoes from WW Grainger on July 18th, and I was supposed to receive them by the end of July. However, I was disappointed to find out that my order was delayed until the end of August without any explanation. I patiently waited for my shoes, but to my dismay, my order was delayed again until the end of September, and still, no explanation was given.

I decided to call the customer service hotline on October 21st to inquire about my order. I chatted with Howard, who unfortunately didn't know anything about my order. He then transferred me to Alex, who also didn't have any information about my order. I was surprised that the customer service representatives didn't have any knowledge about my order, especially when it was right in front of them.

I believe that proper training would be a huge tool in providing accurate and timely information to customers who are inquiring about their orders. It seems like nothing matters to WW Grainger, and they just apologize and try to sell you something else that may never arrive. As a customer who needs the products for my company, Corning Inc., I find this to be a sham.

In conclusion, I am disappointed with the service that I received from WW Grainger. I hope that they can improve their customer service and provide accurate and timely information to their customers.

WW Grainger Poor Customer Service from WW Grainger for Hurricane Item Return Policy

I recently bought some quick dam online from WW Grainger as I heard that it might be useful for hurricane Dorian. However, after placing the order, I realized that it was not the right item that I needed. I quickly called the customer service to cancel the order, but unfortunately, they informed me that it was too late to cancel it. This all happened within an hour or so of placing the order.

I asked them if I could return the item as I had no intention of using it, but they refused my request. They explained that for hurricane items and the volume that they sell for the hurricane, they do not accept any returns. I was disappointed to hear this as I had never used the item, but they still refused to take it back.

I was not happy with the service that I received from WW Grainger, and I would not recommend buying from them. I plan to report them to the state attorney office and consumer report office for their poor customer service.

It is important for companies to have a good customer service policy, especially during times of crisis like a hurricane. I was disappointed that WW Grainger did not have a more flexible return policy for hurricane items, and I hope that they will reconsider their policy in the future.

WW Grainger Unprofessional and Unethical Behavior: My Disappointing Experience with Grainger.com

I recently placed an order for two steel doors on grainger.com, and I must say that I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. I was initially given a delivery date of January 27, which was later updated to January 29. However, when I called to inquire about the status of my order, I was informed that the doors were on back order and would not be shipped until February 11. This delay has caused me significant inconvenience, as I am currently in the middle of a construction project and will now incur substantial delays and financial losses.

What is particularly frustrating is that Grainger did not inform me of the delay earlier in the process. Had I known that the doors were on back order, I could have made alternative arrangements or canceled my order altogether. Instead, I was left in the dark until two days before the initial delivery date. When I expressed my frustration to the customer service representative, they simply asked if I wanted to cancel my order - as if that would solve the problem.

In my opinion, this is a clear example of unprofessional and unethical behavior. Grainger should have been more transparent about the status of my order and given me the option to cancel or make alternative arrangements much earlier in the process. As it stands, I am left with no choice but to wait for the doors to arrive and deal with the consequences of the delay. Needless to say, I will not be doing business with Grainger again in the future.

WW Grainger WW Grainger Needs to Step Up Their Game: A Materials Manager's Review

I work as a big shot Materials Manager for a huge company, and let me tell you, I ain't too impressed with WW Grainger. I mean, come on, guys, get with the program! I've been telling all the bigwigs over at Grainger to do a little case study on their service level. Here's what I suggest: get a bunch of VPs, Senior VPs, and other execs in a conference room and give McMaster Carr a call anytime between 7 AM and 6 PM. You know what's gonna happen? Within two rings, you'll be talking to a real live person who knows their stuff and is super friendly to boot. Now, try calling 1-800 Grainger and see how long it takes you to get to a real person. I'll tell you right now, it's gonna take you at least a few minutes. And who's got time for that?

Let me tell you, returns are a breeze with McMaster Carr. And don't even get me started on how much easier their website is to navigate. It's like night and day compared to Grainger. And that's why me and a whole bunch of other Procurement professionals are making the switch to McMaster Carr. Grainger just ain't cutting it anymore in the world of MRO. So come on, Grainger, step up your game!

WW Grainger Grainger Review: Reliable and Convenient Supplier for Businesses and Individuals Alike

Been using Grainger for over 40 years now, either for my own business or when I was working for someone else. Back in the day, they only served businesses, but now it seems like anyone can get their hands on their goods. I guess the recession hit them hard, but it's a good thing for us regular folks.

Whenever I need something, I just give their toll-free number a call and it usually connects me to the nearest store. Their phone sales people are top-notch and their database is pretty good too. I can easily find out what's in stock at my local store for pick up or if I need it shipped, they're pretty fast.

Their prices are a bit on the higher side, but hey, they usually have what I need in stock. And when I'm in a rush, I don't have time to shop around for the lowest price. I just need it now and Grainger delivers.

WW Grainger Disappointing Experience with Grainger's Stainless Steel Threaded Rods: Damaged, Late, and No Refund

I was really looking forward to receiving my Stainless Steel Threaded Rods from Grainger, but unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. I ordered two 48-inch long rods, but when they arrived, they were outside of a box and had no covering. To make matters worse, the rods were damaged and bent. I immediately called Grainger to ask for a refund, but they refused to give us our money back.

I would have been willing to pay extra for a tube that protects the thread from damage during shipping, but unfortunately, Grainger did not offer this option. To add insult to injury, the order was also late. We paid extra for shipping, but it was a week late. This was not the first time we had problems with Grainger, but it will certainly be the last.

We ended up buying the same product from Amazon, which was faster and came in proper packaging. It seems that you get what you pay for with Grainger. Precision stainless steel threaded rod? How stupid could we be? We should have known better than to waste our time with Grainger.

When we asked if the second submission would be delivered the same way, they said they didn't know. This was a stupid waste of time, and we have better things to do with our time. I would not recommend Grainger to anyone looking for quality products and reliable service.

WW Grainger WW Grainger's Catalogs: A Wasteful Hassle with Terrible Customer Service

So, we recently received 18 catalogs from WW Grainger, and let me tell you, it was a real hassle. I mean, who needs that many catalogs? And the fact that they send them out to every person in your company who has placed an order over the past year is just ridiculous. It's not only wasteful to the environment, but it's also a terrible way to treat your customers.

Now, we have to figure out what to do with all these unwanted catalogs. We tried calling the customer service number on their website to have them picked up, but no one answered. We tried calling multiple times over the course of 45 minutes, but still no answer. Finally, we called the main Grainger 800 number and were put on hold for almost 6 minutes before speaking with a representative.

When we informed the rep of the issue with the customer service line, they didn't even apologize for the inconvenience or give a reason why there was no answer. Instead, they contacted our sales rep and told them to come pick up the extras. But here's the thing - we still don't have a timeframe for when that will happen. So now, we're stuck with these massive catalogs and the responsibility of getting rid of them is back on us.

Overall, we're extremely frustrated with WW Grainger. Their customer service is terrible and they make it super difficult for customers to return unwanted items. It's a shame because they have some good products, but the hassle just isn't worth it.

I recently had an experience with WW Grainger, and I must say, it was not a pleasant one. I had the opportunity to visit their boot truck at my workplace, but unfortunately, it was a letdown. The selection of boots was not up to par, and I was disappointed with the customer service I received.

WW Grainger Unsatisfactory Customer Service Experience with WW Grainger's Marcus Hayden

So, I had an experience with WW Grainger that was not so great. I needed to cancel an order and spoke with a guy named Marcus Hayden. Let me tell you, it was not a smooth conversation. Every time I asked him a question, he would take a long pause, sometimes up to 45 seconds! I thought he was hanging up on me, but it turns out he just couldn't answer basic questions. He put me on hold twice, for over 30 minutes each time. It was frustrating, to say the least. I would not recommend doing business with Grainger based on this experience.

WW Grainger Disappointing Online Purchase Experience with WW Grainger: Missing Items and Poor Communication
