I visited Greenville Nissan on July 16th for my 2011 sedan's maintenance including wheel alignment.
I visited Greenville Nissan on July 16th for my 2011 sedan's maintenance including wheel alignment, synthetic oil change, and wheel balancing. The team provided excellent service throughout the process. Everyone was exceptionally courteous and professional. They kept me well-informed about my vehicle's status, and their kindness was remarkable. This level of customer service was unparalleled compared to other dealerships I've visited. The staff members, particularly the advisors and shuttle driver, were outstanding. I trust that the management is aware of their team's exceptional performance. The quality of work on my car was impressive, and the respect I received was exactly what I expected from a premium service. I highly recommend Greenville Nissan for automotive services and hope others will have the same positive experience I had. Kudos to Greenville Nissan for their exemplary service!

I went to Greenville Nissan on 8/10 'cause my car was losing power while driving
I went to Greenville Nissan on 8/10 'cause my car was losing power while driving. I talked to *** and took my car in that day. On 8/13, *** texted me 'bout the findings and cost. I asked him to start a car shield claim 'cause I left the booklet with *** when he checked me in. *** said he'd file the claim. *** called to say that *** needed to inspect the car before they could approve or deny the claim. Between 8/17 and 8/31, I texted and called Nissan for an update. On 8/31, *** texted me that he took over and sent an invoice. I told him 'bout the *** claim, which delayed the process further and went on for weeks. I called to get updates until 9/15 when I went in to pay the portion of the repairs I had agreed to pay. *** said the work would begin the next day, but on 9/20, *** said the work hadn't started yet and he'd call on 9/23 with an update. I called yesterday, and *** said it would be after 8/29. I'm still waiting for my car to be fixed.
Greenville Nissan sold me a used 2011 car for $21,581.75
Greenville Nissan sold me a used 2011 car for $21,581.75. The salesman said it had minor cosmetic defects, like the driver side mirror having plastic damage. I bought it on Friday, October 22nd, but on Monday, October 25th, it went into "limp mode" while I was driving. This means it won't go faster than 10 mph, which is dangerous for me and other drivers. I've had to take it to the shop more than I've been able to drive it because it keeps going into "limp" mode, even after multiple repairs. The maintenance review said it only had minor damage and passed safety and emissions inspections, but that's not true. The issues I've had are severe and compromise the car's operation. The damage severity rating is moderate to severe, according to the glossary.
I went to Greenville Nissan on Nov 10, 2021 to get my 2021 Nissan Titan serviced
I went to Greenville Nissan on Nov 10, 2021 to get my 2021 Nissan Titan serviced. I asked for an oil change, tire rotation, wash, and warranty work on a bad rear brake disk rotor. The rear disk brake rotor looked like it was from an 8-year-old vehicle. There was heavy corrosion, grooving, and pitting on the rotor. The truck was only 10 months old, and the other three rotors looked nothing like the right rear rotor. During check-in, the service advisor inspected the rotor and told me that during the tire rotation, a mechanic would inspect the rotor. After the normal services were completed, *** told me that the mechanic said he thought the rotor had some sort of metallurgical defect, and Nissan warranty would replace the axle set of rotors. I noticed that the service department had driven the truck to check for noises and braking problems. Brake systems are repaired in axle sets to prevent braking issues caused by uneven braking. *** stated he would order the new rotors and call me when they were in to schedule an early appointment to place the rotors. After a few days, I didn't hear from ***, so I called the part department to check on the new rotors. The parts department checked with somebody and ordered the rotors. After a few days, I was told the rotors were in ***, and I scheduled an appointment for Nov. 30 to have the warranty work completed. I arrived at the scheduled date and time Nov 30 at 07:30, and the service attendant took my truck around back. After 3 hours, I went to check on the status of the repairs. I was told that they were not going to replace the rotors because it looked like normal wear. I asked about the pitting and grooving and was told it was normal and unless I paid for the repairs, they would not do anything. As I stated above, I was told it was a warranty issue, and one rotor should not look/wear like that. Greenville Nissan has lied to me and refused to perform warranty on my 2021 Nissan Titan with just over 10,000 miles on it. My invoice number is ***.

My car need fixin' 'cause Greenville Nissan done messed up and they ain't takin' no responsibility
My car need fixin' 'cause Greenville Nissan done messed up and they ain't takin' no responsibility. They say my car ain't under warranty no more, but I bought it from them in 2015 with only 9 miles on it. They promised me free oil changes for life if I only brought it to them, and I always did. But when I went in for service in October , they didn't put the service sticker in my window. I called 'em and got it fixed, but then in January , I started hearin' noises and feelin' hard shifts. I called Greenville Nissan and they couldn't see me until February 4th. I kept drivin' and the noise got lower, but then it came back and I got worried. I stopped at a nearby shop and they checked my oil and there was none on the stick. I called Greenville Nissan and they said I should be fine to drive, but I was still worried. When I got there the next day, the manager said my transmission was messed up and it wasn't their fault. But nobody ever told me it needed service before. I think it's my engine, but either way, it's Greenville Nissan's fault. They ain't takin' responsibility and won't pay for nothin'.
