Purchased two rings with 94 year warrantys both rings failed within one year. one broke in half and one hardened and had to be cut off. the company refused to answer there own complaint warranty form even when I sent pictures. I wasted months, texting, filing complaints , calling a number no one answers, the only thing they do is send more invites to purchase more junk rings.
Desired outcome: I wanted a refund or a replaced rings and an apology. and to care about why the rings are failing.
