First watch ordered as Christmas gift.
It was faulty and returned.
Second watch also faulty.
But by this time my husband had returned to work abroad.
It rook one week outside the 30 day guarantee to get the watch back to the UK.
I was in full communication via messanger explaining the situation.
The watch was returned.
I have since been told the watch was returned scratched.
This is a lie as my husband took photographic evidence prior to its return.
The puctures have been forwarded to the watchshop 3 times.
I contacted Jack at 4.55pm yesterday and was cut off as he finnished at 5pm.
Now I have no watch and no money.
Going seeing the husband for Easter in 2 weeks bearing no replacment Christmas git.

Don't buy anything from an online store called www.watchshop.com, they are not to be trusted. I have ordered a watch from them three months ago and still haven't received it.
About two months ago I received a notification from WatchShop stating that I have to pay some extra for shipping and taxes. I didn't quite understand but decided to pay.
They took my money and I didn't hear anything from them ever since.
No doubt that WatchShop is a scam. I'm not the only victim, and I wasn't surprised when I found tons of negative reviews.
Please save your hard earned money from these horrible people!

I will never buy anything from WatchShop again and of course I would never recommend this store to anyone. My experience with them was bad and they gave me nothing but headache and we are still in the middle of resolving my issue!
I ordered a watch and since it was a present for a family member I wanted to get it as soon as possible, so I paid extra money for next day delivery, but my order did not show up. I contacted WatchShop and they said that there was nothing to worry about. After one week of waiting I sent a refund request but they refused to give my money back. They said that they only can refund the money I paid for shipping but I did not agree and demanded a full refund.
They said they need some time to think and never replied since then.
WatchShop is a fraud company, they are the worst I have ever dealt with! Stay away from this store!

I received my watch and looked like a cheap replica of what was shown on their website! I contacted WatchShop customer care and they said that I can send it back and will be issued a refund. Well, everything seems fine so I agreed, paid some extra money for the return shipping and sent the watch back. When I asked about my money they said that refund was not possible since the watch was broken. They told that they sent it back to me! I'm so angry at WatchShop! They are the worst company I have ever dealt with!

I bought the watch from www.watchshop.com and the price was about $350. The order arrived on time and only 2 days later I noticed that there were problems with them. I contacted the seller, who said to return the watch. I paid for the return shipping from my own pocket. The seller emailed me back only 2 weeks later and said that he couldn’t repair the watch, so I would get refund. 4 weeks passed and the seller disappeared and I didn’t get refund.

I purchased a watch from WatchShop back in January. After I received my order I decided to return it because it did not work properly. 5 days later I received a message from postal service stating that watch was delivered. Then I got an email from WatchShop saying I'll be refunded in 7 days. Despite their promises I never received my money back. I tried to contact them, sent several messages and even called, but was absolutely ignored. Two days ago I called again and some one finally answered. Person I spoke to was in a hurry, he promised to call me back after his lunch break. How unprofessional! He actually never called back. I will never use them again.

We bought watch for my wife from the website www.watchshop.com. We got it 3 days ago and it turned out that the watch face was too big and looked awful. We decided to send the watch back and ask the seller to change them or return money. We already sent the watch back, but the seller didn’t react. He hasn’t replied. He hasn’t returned money. He didn’t send new watch. We don’t know what to think.

I ordered watch for my brother’s birthday from the company www.watchshop.com. It was awful experience, ‘coz the seller charged me quickly and provided the approximate date of the delivery. After that I waited for the whole day and got completely nothing from them. The seller replied to my email and promised to check the info and inform me about the order, but I haven’t heard from this jerk after that. Maybe someone has any ideas how to return money back, please contact me then or leave a comment. Thanks.
