five pictures were damaged or perversely marked
I received my first GrooveBook and found five pictures were damaged or perversely marked. I received the book 1/17/19 and the reference number [protected]. Two of the pictures have colored blotches, one yellow one magenta. Three others have scratches, one which is right across a face. I feel like these pictures should be replaced somehow. I really do not know what the solution is, but I do recommend a good cleaning of the printer equipment or better quality control.

Idk what's goin on but I downloaded the pics did all the steps went to hit print now & the picture I attached popped up... I but in [protected]@groovebook.com & nothin pops up.. Help! at the very end of ordering and it says it needs more pictures for another book... I don't want another book... I just want to finish my
12/19/18 at the very end of my order, it says it needs more pictures for another book. I don't want another book... And it won't let me go forward with the order. It took 16 hours to download 100 pictures. I've been with groovebook long before shutterfly, and I have to say I think you guys are in trouble. If you can get me out of this pickle I would appreciate it.
october's book
I received my book a few days ago and half the pictures I uploaded aren't in the book. A few of them I didn't even upload. Plus email I start uploading photos there are 10 photos that keep come into my upload and it's not allowing me to keep them off of my upload. I have a new phone so the photos aren't even on the phone. I want to know what can be done I'm not happy with October's book at all

I ordered my first Groove Book on November 14th and here it is mid December and I have yet to receive it in the mail. There's no phone number to contact anyone to talk to and I have emailed the company with no response. All companies should have at least a contact number to talk to a person regarding their products. Horrible customer service in my opinion and I do not recommend this company. I will cancel my subscription as well
forgot the code
I do not have a complaint but a problem, and I hope we can be solved. Last month I ordered my first Groovebook and forgot to put a code down to get my first book free. Also I forgot to put my family ‘s code down so they can get a free book free. It's my family that I found out about Groovebook. Please can this still be done? Help please. I opened an account in Oct and my 1st book was suppose to be FREE and it was sent a week ago. I recieved a transaction notice for payment for that book on Nov 3. Today, Nov 30 my next book was processed and shipped. Surely I'm not going to be charged for this one since I paid for my FREE one?! You need a customer service number to talk to an actual person, I've noticed LOTS of complaints and see no positive responses to remedy theirs. I will be closing my account now and there better not be any transactions posted from my account to this company or BBB will be contacted immediately!

I paid for October and November's book and here it is almost December and I haven't received either of them yet ! I have sent numerous emails with no reply . Horrible customer service. I can't believe there is no number your customers can call to resolve issue . Insane . You just lost a customer and I will never recommend your company to anyone ! Horrible customer service

I recently received my October's Groovebook and the pictures were good but there is a line across every picture ! I have been very happy with my books up until this past month and my HOPE is that you will reprint it and ship to me.. FREE OF CHARGE. Please get back to me to update as soon as possible . I am getting messages from groovebook to enter October, but there is no October there. When I try to add photos to an extra book it will say oops failure. I have been sending messages and no one responds back. If I cannot enter photos, I need some answers as to what is going on.
There is not a number listed to contact a live person, I need to know how to get in touch and talk to a live person. The last message I received said if I did not upload photos for October, I would be charge anyway. How can you resolve an issue if no one responds.

My name is vivian lyon. I have been faithful with ordering from here every month. For the last 3 months i have gotten the same groovebook even though there was selected pictures that were uploaded. Im need to see if i can be reimbersed for the three books that are the same. Because i had pictures uploaded that should have printed and didnt. I sent a complaint about getting 3 of the same groove books even though i had pictures uploaded. Im not happy about this. I have order since ny son was born. And i still have not gotten his book where it had his first birthday pictures. Im rather upset. Because ive been ordering for so long and then this.

Was not able to select photos for my book for the month of October. Every time I would click on the photo, the app would shut down. Not knowing what to do, I thought if I signed out and sign back in, it might help. After I signed out, I am not able to sign back in. Every time I enter my email, It tells me that there is no such email on file. I have tried both of my emails and that happens consistently with both of them. I am not able to select I am photos for my next move book if I can't sign into my account.
Ridiculous! Same problem here, and no response! I wish the creators would of NEVER sold! I saw them on Shark Tank and signed right up 4 or 5 years ago And have been receiving a book every month since. This is sad:(
I agree 100% I have had the exact same problem. I have sent at least a dozen separate e-mail messages to Groovebook "Customer Support." I either hear nothing at all or I get the automated response with a "case number" and a message that says that I should "expect a response within four hours." I have waited over four DAYS with nothing and the app continues to malfunction (phone blanks out and returns to the home screen as soon as I select a photo).
I have been a loyal Groovebook customer since it started and unless it is fixed by my photo submission due date -- which is this Wednesday, Oct. 17th -- I expect to receive some kind of credit or compensation for this. VERY frustrating -- ESPECIALLY the lack of response.
I finally heard back from them last Thursday the 11th and they said they would be giving me a refund since I was not able to upload my photos in time. I responded to their email right away and told them that I would like to cancel my subscription and I have yet to hear back from them again. I had actually contacted Shutterfly one day last week because that is who the automated response email came from and they said groovebook was behind on getting back to emails. I’m not sure if calling them is what helped me get a response to my email a couple days later, but you might want to give that a shot. Hope this helps!

I’m having the exact same problem as well. I’ve sent numerous emails with no response. My pictures were supposed to be uploaded by the 7th and I was unable to do that. Not sure what is going on, but I’m not going to be happy if I end up getting charged!

I am so upset with the way Groovebook handles there customer service! I have been trying FOR MONTHS to talk to a live representative! You know someone with a pulse, not a machine. I have not been able to log into my account for months I have tried and tried, passwords, user id 's nothing works! I try to get the password, nothing

I want to cancel my account with Groovebook. STOP taking money out of my account immediately! especially when I cant even submit my pictures for books. This has been a BIG waste of money. You should have the capability to see someone is not ordering and find out why? It seems to me you just want the money so you can donate it to Ellen!
I will never do business with Groovebook or Shutterfly again. I will be telling others the same thing.

I have tried the passed few months to have my photos up load. Even today it shuts off for no reason. I'm choosing photos for my book and poof goes out of the app. I've tried to change my password word and that won't work. I've had these issues before. It's very difficult to get any information for help.

I ordered two GrooveBooks back in 2016, and then canceled my account. I got confirmation of canceling and assumed all was well. 2 years later my husband was going through our credit card statement and asked what is this GrooveBook thing- they had been charging me $3.99 for two years after canceling! I contacted them again and explained they didn't offer any return on my money just an email saying my account was cancelled- again still charged the following month! I sent another email (as there is no phone number!) and this one I said I am going to the Better business Bureau. This company is terrible!
groove book, I need to cancel the reorder of the 1st book, then order a whole nother book
Groove book I was trying to see what book was being sent, I couldn't find a copy of the pics from the 1st groovebook that sent, y'all sent a thing saying it had been shipped, the pics etc and ended up reordering it by accident with one click, ok I don't need 2 of same books, but it says it was reordered n billed my card, well I don't want that same book, I still don't know what pics were on it, if any at all lol. I have had Groovebook for several months and love it, however this past week my account was charged for 2 extra books that I did not order this caused a problem with my bank. I have emailed groovebook multiple times telling them i wanted to cancel my subscription because I only wanted one groovebook (which was a free offer by the way) and I still ended up getting charged for it, and they never replied to my emails! So far I haven't even received my book nor has my subscription been cancelled and the charges are still up on my card.

I never received any book. I filled out for a free book to give it a try. It took a while to set it up and go through the pictures, I was very excited. I waited and waited but nothing ever came. After a while it was out of my mind until I just noticed I've been being charged for this book that I have never received in the 1st place. To add to my frustration I cant get a hold of anyone to fix this or even cancel these charges from re accruing. so disappointed and upset!
