A while back, I ordered the women's valkerie, XL. They mailed me a Large. I contacted customer service. They told me they can't send me what I ordered because they no longer have that shirt in that size. I look online and it shows they do. I inform customer service of this. They said the website was wrong and all they could do was give me a gift card. I used that gift card to order the XL valkerie shirt shown on the website. Order fulfilled. That was the first incident of a lie, but since it worked out, I let it lie, until now.
I placed an order of 7 shirts. 2 days later, I was told it shipped. One week later, the shipper still showed 'label created, awaiting items so I contacted customer service. They told me all I could do was wait 6 more business days. I knew that was a lie but since they never reply or answer their phone, I had to wait. 6 business days later there was still no change, and no response to my emails. So I called all day long until I finally got through. First, I was told the order was filled under a false label, but then later told it was lost in transit. Half of my order they no longer had, so I was given a choice between choosing replacements or a gift card. I asked for a refund. They refused because "the order could still show up at some point". I fail to see how since the shipper never got it and they no longer have the items. After a lot of back and forth, I settled for a gift card because my husband could st least use it, they never mess up male shirts, only female. I could forgive all of it if I wasn't lied to repeatedly, but the lies on top of the scam of constantly making purchases that cannot be fulfilled only to be told I can only choose more of their products is garbage. If I wanted different items, I would've ordered those. I asked to speak to someone who could issue a refund and they wouldn't allow it. I've spent thousands of dollars with a closet full of their items that I no longer want to wear because I'd be promoting a business that scams on patriots. I'm also a veteran. They don't care. It's positively disgusting, and based on other reviews, I'm not the first they lied to.
Claimed loss: $115 + time based on lies
Desired outcome: Stop lying and refund my money. and not with a gift card because I don't want to represent a brand that takes advantage of consumers masquerading as patriotism.

I also forgot to mention, I even offered to sign a contract that should the lost false order ever magically appear, I would send it back and cover the cost of shipping. They still wouldn't refund my money.
I noticed another complaint of someone experiencing the same thing (except they were offered a refund and the ability to speak to a senior rep) but the GS reply to the issue constantly calls out the person for getting more angry. Of course we are angry, you're lying so much you can't keep your excuses straight.
This company used to be good, but it has gone down significantly over the last year or so.
