Excellent products with outstanding service. Im a long time customer of *** and have enjoyed their products for years. I consistently get compliments on the shirts wherever I go. Their website is very user friendly and ordering is a breeze. From placing an order through delivery, Grunt Style maintains good communication and follow up. Im writing this review to commend them on their superior customer service. One of the shirts I received had a small error in the printing of the design. The design was slightly off-center and crooked. I contacted their customer service with the issue and received a reply quickly. I worked with *** to confirm the issue and he resolved it in a very timely manner. Im getting a replacement and will donate the first shirt to charity. *** was friendly, professional and efficient. Hes just another reason Ill continue to be a loyal and proud customer of ***. As a client satisfaction professional, I highly recommend them.

This company lacks empathy, customer service and creativity
This company lacks empathy, customer service and creativity. I called Grunt Style to change my mailing address. The only thing customer service they did was change my billing address. They made sure they were able to get my payment, while I received nothing in return for 2 months. In the initial reply from Grunt Style customer service I was blamed for not going online and changing the address correctly and received instructions on how to do it correctly. This would have been great information, had I attempted to change it online. I had to reiterate this twice in my emails that I called in to make the change because I had moved to entirely new state. When I asked for a refund I was refused. Instead I was offered 2 free months of their garbage t-shirts of the month. The last one I received in August, titled Taco Tuesday, was the most feminine piece of garbage with zero creativity. I attempted to support a fellow veteran organization and I am so disappointed with the outcome. I will never do business with Grunt Style again.

My husband has been buying from *** for about 3 years.we were actually on one of our first dates and that included getting my nails done, so he had time on his hands. He was trying to pick between a few and asked my opinion. Til that day I had never heard of . He loved his first 2 he ordered and with his birthday and christmas around the corner, I checked your site out. Not only did I get *** of your shirts for him, I found myself after the holidays were over , buying myself some! He probably has 20 or more of your shirts.3 hoodies as well.I am trying to catch up with him but I am not there yet.Ive never had any issues with *** or their customer service like some reviews I just read..which is what prompted me to leave my review.The only time I had an issue which was just timing during Christmas 2020..which seem to be the dates of the negative reviews.Yes they were way behind BUT when I called or emailed them, they ALWAYS responded.a few days later sometimes, but im not their only customer! Absolutely the worst customer service and policy I have heard from a company in years. So they have this BEER guarantee and I'm like what does that even mean? So the manager tells me their goal is to sell to ex military that stop working out and gain weight by drinking beer, which of course leads to depression for these guys, that commit suicide? So you are condoning the depression of the military? WOW! I could not believe this is their motto! so they actually don't care about the military and their health, or well being and in addition they refuse to refund anything because they cannot open things in time. Idk I guess they are trying to save a dollar by not hiring more staff but this was the most absurd policy I have ever heard of that if you don't have the tracking # they can't find the return? Well I'm glad no other company acts like that! Geez! Do not buy from this company. They are a total rip off, the shirts are horribly made, and it's been a 3 month process almost just trying to return something that did not fit! The WORST Customer Service EVER!

I bought the grunt style dog collar for my Yellow Labrador Retriever and he absolutely loves it! He gets upset if we take it off! Ive bought several different collars for my dog in the past. I hated them because they would turn his fur a different color. Im so glad I bought this one! It fits him perfectly and I can customize it with his name. Thank you for making great products! I have been a fan of this company, for years. I have several shirts, and a jacket or two. My wife refers to them as my G.I. *** shirts. Some of them are slightly inappropriate, which is why i love them. I'm retired military. I got badly injured, and fought had to rehab and stay on active duty. Ultimately, i lost. But i still feel an immense sense of pride and honor. Service to the greater good is good for the soul. Grunt Style understands this. Even down to their customer service reps. *** I ordered 2 more shirts (no, I didnt tell my wife; and neither will you). But i messed up, and ordered the wrong size on one of them. I noticed this right after check-out, and emailed *** I told them what happened, and that it was my fault. Less than 20 mins later, a rep named Madilen emailed me back to tell me that they fixed it. No bs. In 19 mins, they read my email, resolved my issue (bc they didn't mess up; I did), and emailed me back to tell me about it. On a Sunday! 5 stars is not enough. GS Team, if you guys are ever in ***, ... let me know. I owe Madilen a beer.

Love their shirts
Love their shirts. Great quality, style and fit. Love how the womens v neck shirts fit and some great styles. LOVE the flag and gun logos on the sleeves. I do order up one size as stated on their size guide. I already had some of their shirts, I recently have made 4 more orders and on one of them I forgot to order 1 size up, I emailed them and asked them to change the size on the shirts in that order as it was a pre-order which would not ship until later the next week when more of that item would be in stock, so my order had not shipped yet, and I got a reply stating they would take care of it and confirmed my size change. Shipping has been fast. My middle son also buys lots of these shirts and loves the style and fit, he recently just bought a bunch more. I have also bought these for my husband and he also really likes the fit and style. I will continue to purchase these and any new cool styles that come out that I like. Great customer service, quality shirts with great fit and style and love that they are patriotic shirts and company. Keep up the quality and style and new cool designs! Thank you

I have spent hundreds of dollars at this place and didnt have any problems.My most recent purchase was a sweatshirt, I ordered 2 different sweatshirts at the same time. One of them was fine the other was supposed to be the same size but it was about 3 sizes too small. I thought ok, no sweat Ill email them and get it easily fixed. Their advertising says how much they care about their customers. Well, you better hope they get it right or your screwed because they dont give a sh% about you, only your money. They replied that I can send it back if I wanted to pay for the shipping. BS! because they knew that sweatshirt was a different brand and told me it runs a bit smaller. I checked the reviews on the item that sold me and most said that it was way too small.! I loved this place because of what they stand for., but obviously they dont care about veterans like they say. They just care about veterans money. Their only acceptable response to me shouldve been, how can we make this right. They knowingly sent a product that was not as described and dont care.Shame on grunt style!

I received a tracking number but no information ever loaded as to where the order was. I contacted customer service and was told some of the items were not available at the moment. Customer service stated they would send what was available and would ship the rest when it became available. I was good with it. I received another tracking number. After a few days, nothing loaded again. After a few more days with the tracking number not loading, I contacted customer service again. I was now told some of the items I ordered were no longer available and there was no idea as to why my order did not ship. At this point Halloween had passed. I asked them to cancel the order and refund my full amount. I tried to contact them via *** Email, and ***. I only got a reply a while later on *** and was told (not verbatim) "this happens, deal with it". At no point in time was an apology offered or an explanation. I love their clothes for the quality, fit, and comfort; but I have not bought anything since this incident.

I would like to say that Grunt Style are awesome, but that would be a tragic understatement! There isn't a word positive enough to cover this.I am a 52 year old 100% Disabled Veteran. My broken back caused me to gain weight over the years (bad back - no gym). When I got up beyond 250, Doc told me I had developed diabetes as a result. In other words, my choices were to find a way to get back in shape...or die.I dropped 50 pounds. Now I am in better shape than I have been since I was in my 20s, and my diabetes is gone. To the bad, though...all of my clothes fit me like tents. So, instead of making up some BS, I wrote Grunt Style and just told them the truth.I told them that there is nothing wrong with my shirts except for the fact that they don't fit anymore. I asked if their "Beer Guarantee" covered that. I even told them that I was asking, regarding my collection of 80 of their shirts.They are men and women of their word. They said you can return shirts for ANY reason, and they meant it. They replaced the ones that are still in print, in my new size and gave me a store credit for the rest. I have about 2o new shirts on the way, and over a grand in store credit to shop for new gear.The weight loss will save my life. GRUNT STYLE made the transition all the easier. They ABSOLUTELY rock (for Army pukes). I mean...Go Navy still...but these guys really looked out for this old Vet when it counted!

Thank you for your great customer service! I appreciate that you make sure my purchases are here in a timely manner and that you take pride in your product. The sizing and cut information on your products are very helpful (run smaller or slim cut, etc.). I enjoy the obvious dark humor and badass metaphors, a vital coping skill that ordinary people whove had to do extraordinary things to do their jobs can relate to. This, along with the patriotism and willingness to protect our civil rights creatively displayed on your apparel (walking billboards). Celebrating the fact that freedom isnt free without the people that walk point, the door kickers, the sheepdogs keeping the wolves at bay (foreign and domestic) and keeping those values front and center is imperative. Continuing to provide support resources/services to our veterans after their service ends and we all know it never ends is the moral obligation of us all. Not all wounds are visible. Im the proud Mom of an Irreverent Warrior and I am a retired Deputy Sheriff! Your Grunt Style product and your Mission resonates with me. Do not go off of reviews or conversations with their staff. Use the inept size guide (which doesnt include arm length or neck to waist length) just take a shot in the dark! If it doesnt fit be prepared to spend money to give them their product back in the hopes the next size actually does fit. Want to think ahead and simply buy the next size so you can have both products side by side and make a sound decision before you send it back? Sure! However, if you had a coupon code they will NOT match it on the new purchase you will actually spend more! And then then you will have to spend to send one back! This company falsely stands on the idea it takes care of people especially those in the military. It DOES not. It fakes it to get you to buy and then traps you, ignores you, and simply says Im sorry YOU fell that way. Their customer service is lacking and after speaking to the manager Soshie I can understand how it trickles down. based on their "Beer Guarantee" I shipped two shirts back to them, to have them replaced. They sent me an email, stating that I had not specified what I wanted done with the one shirt, and while I thought it was obvious, I wanted it replaced, it was not obvious to them. The other shirt was currently out of stock, instead of contacting me, and asking me would I accept a different shirt, they issued me a gift card for both shirts, The gift card, would not cover the cost of replacing both shirts, and shipping. I pointed this out to them. They more or less stated, that was their policy. And would not honor their "Beer Guarantee"
I had a monthly membership with Grunt Style and canceled my subscription on December 2, a while ago. (I have attached the email from them after I canceled it.) I have still been charged a monthly fee for my membership for January and February 2022. I spoke to the company today and was told they cannot refund my money. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, they told me there was no one else available for me to speak to.
On Nov 23 2021 I brought 42 Shirts to be mailed back to Grunt Style for the Beer Guarantee in which they warranty the shirts for life. I wanted to exchange my shirts from L to XL. Yes I lost my receipt with tracking number my fault and they wont do anything without a tracking #. But I have the post master saying they seen the shirts go in to the box and I have the amount I paid at post office. I have called multiple times to see if they found anything. They say no. They have every shirt I have bought on record. I believe they should negotiate in good faith.

When i finally received the shirt on 04/27 it quickly had threading that unraveled constituting a defect. When i reported this defect to G.S. they told me i needed to return it via their "Beer Guarantee" at my expense of $8.35. One they received the shirt they then told me it would be 18 business days before they would send me a new shirt. This will be over an additional month delay for their issue. Later they claim i could have sent in pictures of the defect and they would send a new shirt. This was after i sent in the shirt. Now i have no shirt and am out $39.28 while waiting to maybe get what i paid for plus additional funds. I want a replacement and a refund of the additional shipping costs ($8.35) since they refused to cover return shipping when requested to do so. The customer service has been terrible and i hope others do not get taken by this company.

I have 3 Grunt Style Club Memberships. Ive been charged every month and received my shirts every month until the September shirts came out. I had to complain for weeks to get my September shirts and only 1 came in. Now Grunt Style is telling me I only have 2 accounts and they will be charging me for the 3rd account for the past 3 months when I am billed next month. They refuse to send me the shirts I have paid for and want to charge me extra for something I am not getting.
This is the second time Ive had to file a complaint about the business practices of Grunt Style. I have had issues the past few months with getting the products from my membership delivered to me. This week I received 2 of my 3 membership items and Grunt Style again wants proof I didnt receive all 3 and are confused as to what is wrong with my shipment. I also had one of my memberships canceled, not my doing, even though I was paying for it. I was told I would still get the October shirt since it was their mistake and the shirt never came in. Now they tell me Im not getting it because I didnt have the membership in time. Nobody communicates, you get completely different answers depending on who you speak to. I would like if I could just start getting my order shipped on time and properly. That would be a nice change.

I hate doing this to a veteran owned company. But, I have to due to no reply from the business thru customer service. I returned 8 shirts that I purchased under the beer guarantee (USPS tracking# ***) delivered to Carol Stream, IL on Jan 23, 2020 at 0948 AM. All 8 of the shirts were either barely worn, or new never worn. I reached out to customer service on a couple of occasions by email. Once on 3/5, and again on 4/14 with no response. The shirts are supposed to be guaranteed for return if they do not fit etc, this was my case. I needed a size bigger than XL (XXL to fit properly). Some of these shirts were gifts from friends, and some I purchased because I try to support veteran owned companies when possible. I just want the guarantee to be legit. I'm still a fan of the company because they make a great product. However, I'm currently short 8 T-shirts that either myself or my friends/family have purchased as a gift that I sent back, and customer service doesn't respond

We placed an order for 8 T-shirts, 6 of them were great, standard sizing and no issues, however two of the shirts were foreign made and were substantially smaller than the others in same size. The company acknowledged the defect of items, but will ONLY exchange for the same exact item and told us if we experience the same issue, they will not exchange again. The shirts measure almost three inches more narrow than the other shirts received in same exact size. These should be refunded or exchanged for an item they can guarantee, rather than, stating we get shirts from different vendors and this is a vendor issue. Their vendor issue just became my issue! The company states they GUARANTEE their items, but they charge you shipping to return and will only exchange for the same defective item they claim was American made however product is stamped made in ***!

I have sent Grunt Style LLC emails to their customer service over this issue, and called twice and spoke with a representative. The first call I was told they were just receiving the materials they needed to make the backorder hoodie sweatshirt I had ordered along with two tee shirts. I received the tee shirts. I did not receive the hoodie. It is all a part of order number ***. It was specifically a black 2xl hoodie with the term American Infidel on it. The items that were shipped from that order were a we remember tee shirt and commie killer tee shirt that were received. I was told on the second call that they refuse to reimburse me for the sweater that was paid for up front on my ***, because I had placed the order in september and it had passed a company policy of 90 days for reimbursement without doing their due diligence of returning my money for a product they never shipped me. I do not consider receiving a partial order as acceptable business practice. If I paid for it, I deserve the product I paid for. And that is my complaint.

For December gift giving I bought my wife a Grunt Style t-shirt. She bought me 2 Grunt Style t-shirts. We took them out of the plastic bags and gift wrapped them. Upon opening she did not like her shirt nor did I like my shirts. None of them were even tried for fit. I shipped all 3 shirts to GS before the new year. I spite of their over the top "Beer Warranty", GS has refused to refund our money. They have sent my wife an electronic gift card to buy more of their products. GS does not offer anything that either of us want. We want a cash refund like every other reputable mail order clothing firm would provide in a similar situation.
The clothing item I received was made with defects that make the hoodie unusable. The stitching on the front hand pocket is poorly done and does match on both sides. One side is stitched so bad, approximately 1.5 inches higher than the other side, it does not allow for my hand to fit in. I just want to return the item for a refund at this point.
I joined the grunt-style monthly membership to get a shirt each month. Every month they take your money on the first but are extremely slow at producing the item. Even in December i placed a 300 order and ended up canceling because i kept getting emails several times a week that a item i ordered was no longer available. I have paid several attempts to cancel my membership due to the long turn around times but they want to charge me a early cancelation fee which i don't agree with since the problem is with them. Like this month they took my money the 1st and its the 23rd and my item has not been shipped. I will most likely receive my item the same tile or later by the time they take my April payment next week. It should not take a whole month to get a T-shirt that is for members. And if they cant fill orders in a timely manner and customers are upset we should not be charged a fee for unsubscribing! Horrible business ethics!

I bought a sweatshirt from Grunt Style as a Christmas gift for my brother. It was too small for him, so I printed out a copy of their form required for exchanges. I very carefully filled it out, then mailed it in a tracked package with the sweat shirt. According to my tracking number, the package arrived at their facility on December 30. On January 16, after receiving no communication from them, I emailed customer service regarding my exchange. I received an email in return, telling me they will reach out to me once they process my return. On March 25, after STILL not having been contacted regarding my return/exchange, I sent another email to customer service. I never received a reply to that email. On May 4, I again sent them an email. The only response I got was a computer generated reply, asking me to rate the help I received. I had not received any help. The customer service crew at Grunt Style has not helped me out in any way, shape or form. They have essentially *** $32.22 from me. They do not care about their customers.

I placed an order with the company on 5/23. One item was backordered and the email stated that they entire order would not ship until all items were in stock. On 6/8 I received an email indicating that my order was on the way and given a tracking number. After about a week of not receiving the item I checked the tracking number and saw that it appeared that the items had not been received by the shipping company. I emailed the company and providing my order number and tracking number and asked why it appeared that the shipping company had not received the order yet. I received a very generic response on 6/22 stating that they were backed up and if I did not see movement by the following week to call customer service. On 6/30 I called as I had not seen any movement on the tracking number provided and connected with a physical customer service representative. After providing her my order number she said it appeared to be a stagnant shipping label and that they would get these items right out. It is now 7/6 and I have not received an updated tracking number nor have I seen the items arrive.

On 3/15 I requested Holly B., Customer service rep, to have my yearly subscription canceled and my credit card removed. On 3/16 Holly B. confirmed through email she received my notice and I would receive last monthly item in April and then my subscription would be done. On 4/2 Grunt style ignored my request and charged me $232.74 for another yearly subscription. On 4/5 I emailed Grunt Style again, stating my credit card was fraudulently charged. On 4/6 Jason S. emailed stating Grunt Style was trying to retain me as a member per leadership guidance and I would be "refunded" in 2-4 business days. Up to 9 days after Grunt Style made unauthorized transactions under the direction of their leadership. The money was eventually refund. On 4/1 Grunt Style again, with no authorization charged $229.50 to my credit card. I emailed once again on 4/1 stating this is my third year in a row I have attempted to cancel this yearly subscription. on 4/2 Billy M. stated he will cancel the membership and get me "refunded". As of 4/5 I have not received a refund from Grunt Style's unauthorized transaction and I have not received a response to my email sent on 4/4. I will be reporting an unauthorized transaction to my credit card company tomorrow 4/6. I should not have to wait this long to get my money back from your unauthorized charges.

I placed an online order for $150.28 worth of apparel on November 27. On November 29th, the company emailed a shipping update, stating that they were currently processing my order. At the end of the email it noted, "There may be a delay of 2-3 business days from the expected shipping date." On Friday, December 11 I emailed them inquiring about the status of my order since I had not received any updates. On Saturday, December 12 *** responded with, "We are getting our orders out as quickly as possible. I have sent your order to our shipping department so it should be shipping out in the next few days." On Sunday, December 13 I received an email from *** from customer service stating, "Orders will typically process within 2-3 business days, but during peak promotional and holiday times it may take up to 5-7 business days to process your order due to the high volume and extra safety precaution requirements at our fulfillment centers. You should be receiving tracking within 48-72 business hours." On Tuesday, December 15th, I still had not received any shipping notifications, so I emailed them again stating, "Today is business day #12. If processing time takes up to 5-7 business days, I'm not understanding why my order has not shipped yet." Today is December 16th, and I still have not received any shipping update. These were Christmas items that I ordered 19 days ago. I have been strung along with "processing" timelines that were false and no concrete shipping date. They charged my credit card the day I placed my order, yet I have not received any of the items that I ordered.

I ordered a t-shirt on April 9th , then 5 days later on April 14th I sent an email asking why the order hadn't started processing yet and they explained to me that it was preorder and that its release date was scheduled on April 16th (The shirt was not listed as a preorder item when I ordered it . I found out when I sent them the first email) . So , on April 16th I receive an email stating that my order has shipped and was given a tracking number. The tracking states that the pre-shipment information was sent on April 18th and USPS awaits item . On April 22nd I send them another email asking why the tracking hasn't moved since the 18th . They stated that it was unusual for my tracking to not have updated by then and that they have a company standard operating procedure that prohibits them from checking on the tracking until 7 days have passed. I find it very odd that they found it unusual for my tracking not to update when its clear from other customer complaints that they have had this same problem many times. I was told to wait until Friday April 24th and if the tracking hasn't updated by then , they would consider it lost in transit and create me a reshipment . Lost in transit ? If USPS is still waiting on the item , it was never given to them to ship. The company used their pre-shipment method , gave me a tracking number and didn't send USPS the item . Then they want to use the excuse that USPS lost the package. USPS is not at fault here . One other thing , the company is in Illinois , I live in Tennessee . They charged me TN State tax , TN county tax and TN city tax for a t-shirt from Illinois . The Shirt price is $19.41 , I wound up paying $28.88 for this shirt . Apparently this company cannot keep up with mass shipment of their product without individuals such as myself getting excuse after excuse as to why a simple 1 t-shirt order cannot make it to USPS to be shipped.

I ordered a product which I liked, but after putting it on once and taking it off it appeared it was made poorly because it fit to put on but ripped in the armpit upon removal. Taking it off without ripping it requires near gymnastic effort. But I like how it looked, and I already had ordered it in another color. So now I had two. I decided to accept the extra effort in taking it off now that I new it was made awkwardly, but I wanted to exchange the first one that ripped. I called and explained that the only accommodation I wanted was for Grunt Style to pay the shipping since I was asking for an exchange and was accepting the now-known risk. They would have the ripped product to inspect and - hopefully - consider amending their pattern to fix further issue. All I wanted was a paid shipping label.Instead, after being on hold for almost a half hour with customer service, including a supervisor, I was told that they wanted photos of the product. It wasn't clear why that was required since they would be receiving the product back either way. If it was a policy, then why was I on hold for 30 minutes? Additionally, the 30 hold minutes included arguably upsetting audio of war accommodations. This is a veteran-frequented company and I am the spouse of a combat veteran. Although I appreciate the gesture, hearing about *** stories while I wait for a shipping label was triggering. That aside, I think it is unreasonable that I should have to pay shipping to send back a faulty product, one for which I am willing to accept an exchange instead of requesting a refund for BOTH products, a request that would be justified given the quality. If the product is faulty - and that would be proven upon inspection - then the company should pay the shipping. If they inspect it and decide to retroactively charge shipping for whatever reason, that is a separate issue. If the concern is that someone would tamper with it, that can be done before a photo or before mail.

Regarding cancelling "Club Grunt Style" membership
Regarding cancelling "Club Grunt Style" membership. Supposedly, they've since cancelled it. However, they're not responding to me regarding a wrongfully charged $21.74. 3/5 @11:55AM, sent an email ([protected]@gruntstyle.com) regarding cancellation. I detailed my request to cancel membership, per instructions on website. @12:40PM on same day (3/5) Miss Erica B responded & asked me to confirm cancellation. 9 minutes later, @12:49PM I responded - "I appreciate the offer to skip, but I would like to cancel the membership." Time went by, no response from Miss Erica B. Sometime later, I received automated email asking how my experience with Miss Erica B was. I did not leave review as I was waiting for a response to 2nd email. 4/1 @2:04AM, received automated email informing my card was declined $21.74 for April. This angered me. I had already sent 2 emails regarding cancellation & never received a confirmation from Miss Erica B. Later, @7:50AM 4/1, sent them a 3rd email & explained my frustration. In email I forwarded both previous emails & asked again to cancel. 4/5, emailed again (& again, included all previous emails) @10:49AM. Email was sent because they charged me $21.74 on 4/3! Also, sometime after this, I followed the automated email that asked how my experience with Miss Erica B was & gave a 1 star review. 4/14 @12:50PM & also @12:51PM Mister *** C called about review (about my review, not my emails!) & left a voicemail. He emailed @1:05PM. I could not answer phone - was at work. He claimed in email that I didn't respond to Miss Erica B to confirm cancellation & that's why my account wasn't cancelled, but my account is now cancelled. Nothing said about my $21.74. 4/14 @1:51PM & @1:57PM, emailed again to the [protected]@gruntstyle.com & also replied to the email from Mister *** C. Included all previous emails, thanked him for cancelling my account & asked about my refund. Still no response, please help!

Grunt Style, LLC is a reputable and trustworthy company. I had ordered a hoodie for my son for Christmas and when it arrived, it had a noticeable scorch *** from where the decal had been ironed on and after contacting them, they responded quickly to my complaint. They only asked that I send a picture of the damaged hoodie and they replaced it without further ado. I can honestly recommend this company to others as I was very pleased with their service and the quality of the hoodie. I will order from them again.
