I could never get an appointment at the northbrook location. They managed to take over $1, 000 dollars of my money, but whenever I wanted an appointment they were booked solid for 6 to 8 weeks. I requested a refund in March and they said it would take 8 to 10 weeks. It's August now and no refund. Know I can't get them on the phone...
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

I developed an excoriating disorder over the years since HTGT scarred me, humiliated me, refused treatments that I paid for and then went out of business.
From 1998 to 2005, I went to Hair Today Gone Tomorrow in Orland Park Illinois, and had laser hair removal treatments. HTGT scarred me, humiliated me, denied me of treatments that I paid for, and went out of business. I was left still fighting hirsutism, the skin condition that ruined my whole life. Over the years, I have developed excoriation disorder-a.k.a dermatillomania. Today I pulled out at least 20 hairs.
