Pd 500 for a wig got the wrong color they will not exchange or refund my payment. Can not wear..tried on put back in the box.They have so many unhappy customers they start fb page for woman to resale the wigs bought for the company..I feel this is a scam.

I have a large wig collection. Shirley's Wig Shoppe is one of my preferred sources. She ships quickly (as long as they are in stock and if they are not, the delay is not the seller's fault). The shop offers only high quality products and is a hoot to watch online, too. She is fair and upfront with her policies. A+ in my opinion!

I love their prices, honesty and will continue to purchase more wigs in the future. I love that they have the option for payments as well. I already have a want list waiting. They have a no returns policy. So I make sure I know what I want before purchasing. If I get a color/style I dont like I resell it or give it away. So thankful for Shirleys. They are the best!
