RosyHair fraudulent company!!

I have ordered a wig from RosyHair and the one I received was incorrect. I immediately contacted RosyHair customer service and asked for a refund and was told to send some pictures. I provided them some photos showing that I really received the wrong item and they gave me a return shipping address. I sent the wig back and was supposed to get a refund as soon as they'll get the wig. About a week later I got a message from the shipping company that RosyHair received the package so I contacted them and asked about the money. They promised I'll get my refund as soon as possible.
Over a month already passed and these guys still have my money and they do not reply! People, stay far away from this fraudulent site!

FRAUD ALERT! PLEASE DO NOT ORDER HAIR FROM ROSY HAIR. THEY ARE FRAUDULENT!
PLEASE READ!
I ordered "1 x 100% Virgin Malaysian Hair Wavy 3 Bundles Mixed Length (10511) =$198.00" from their "3 Bundles Deals 12/14/16"
My "Order Number: 8948, Date Ordered: Friday 15 April, 2016" The total I paid was "Sub-Total: $198.00, Flat Rate (Best Way): $12.99, Total: $210.99". I received an email on the 19th of April from cherry "Hello Dear, Wish you a nice day! :) This is Cherry . The hair you ordered from our site has been shipped via UPS" I then received a package on 4/21/16 and I was excited as this hair was for my upcoming birthday 4/27, I opened the package only to find a braiding hair (like $50 worth). I was so upset but at the same time I stayed calm and said to myself 'this is a mistake, people make mistakes. This can't be fraud, because I have order hair from this company before and I even refer people'. So I calmly to a picture of the braiding hair and package I received and immediately emailed Cherry saying 'Hi Cherry,
I am going to try not to be upset because I am hoping this is a mistake and not fraudulent act because I am not a first time customer.
So the hair I received is not the hair I ordered. Below is the attached picture of the hair I just received today 4/21/2016 at 5:39pm.
I didn't order a braiding hair. I ordered "Malaysian hair wavy 3 bundles mixed length 12/14/16." Now I also paid for fast delivery because I needed the hair before Wednesday 4/27 my birthday. Has I was going to get my hair done on Tuesday 4/26. Please tell me how you can fix this or just refund my money ($210.99) so I can go some place else to get my hair done on Tuesday as I planned. And I will send you the wrong hair you sent me.'
She replied me saying "Hello Lola,
Thanks for your feedback. I just check my txt, Oh, really very so sorry dear, i make a mistake. I think my boss will deduce all of my salary . so sad...How about we sent you corect hair and normally you can get it within 3-4 working days, . Or how about we we refund you $120 and also you hair did not sent it to back. because all of the refund just can be done after we receive hair back, it will be cost so much time. Pls pls pls email back as soon as possible. Thanks dear Lola"
And I said '3 to 4 business days will be too late. Please refund my money. Give me the detail to send the hair back. And I hope you will pay for the shipping to send it back because I am not paying for that. So send me the return information. Thank you.'
Let's be real, their shipping is always late even if it says 3 business days and you pay for it. So I knew that won't work for me.
She then sent me the info to return the braiding hair they sent me. Saying this "make me so sad. Pls sent it back to this address as follow:

So I asked for my refund to be processed immediately. She said "All of the refund will be done once we got your tracking number"
Which I didn't particularly like as it was their error but I was patient and understanding as this, in my mind was all an error.
I sent the hair on 4/22/16. She wanted me to send it through UPS so she came get a tracking number, which would have cost me $75+ (hell no!) so I sent it without a tracking number through USPS which cost me $24.34.
I sent her an email saying 'I just paid $24.34 for shipping that is the cheapest they have and it has no tracking number. In order to get a tracking number I will have to pay $75 or more and I am not doing that. See below for attach receipt. Showing [that] I did send it. You can go to usps.com to track it with the LC941210167US but they said it's not a tracking number however it will take two weeks to get to you. Please process my refund plus the $24.34 I just paid.'
She said "Ok dear"
I waited two days. Hoping this wasn't fraud and trying to be as understanding/nice as I can Then I emailed her saying 'Hi
I sent the hair I don't have my refund and you are not replying me. Should I report this as fraud?'
She then replied 5/2/16 saying "I hand over your refund. but My boss told me why can not track this number?
Did you offer is that correct tracking number ? dear "
😑😑 The Key word here is USPS remember this. Anyways, so I said 'Yes there is no tracking because it's too expensive so I sent it through usps. I sent you a picture of the receipt that I mailed it. You made a mistake and you are now making it my problem. I sent you the hair, I paid for it to be mailed to the address you gave me. And I sent you the receipt. I paid for a two hundred dollars plus worth of hair and you sent me a fifty dollars hair and I had to pay 25 dollars to send it back. Now you refuse to refund me. This is ridiculous. Send me my refund.'
She said "Ok. we will contact UPS about this tracking number, is there any file can sent me?"
It's one thing to have a bad service is another thing to misread customers message. Some days went by and I didn't hear anything from cherry or anyone from ROSY HAIR. May 17th 2016 I emailed her saying 'Hello, Why are you giving me a bad service for something you did wrong. Where is my hair or my money.'
I honestly can't tell you why I was this patient, maybe because I was still hopeful and I thought they were good people.
She said "Hello Dear, Really very so sorry, I just talked with our Finance and Boss again, but get answer is that they forgot refund your money back. So sorry. I just talk again, and we will refund you today, Pls check your account later on. Sorry, Your friend, . Cherry"
(We are not friends Cherry, my friends don't steal from me😑😑)
May 25, 2016. I still don't have my refund. I emailed cherry saying 'I didn't receive my refund? It's been a week since the last email.'
She said "Oh, sorry to hear that, I did not receive your email dear."
😠😠 at this point I'm getting pissed. The bank can't do anything about this. I know this because I use to work at a bank. All I could do is wait from a miracle. May 30, 2016 I emailed Cherry again saying 'I'm still waiting to receive my reason. This not a good service. I know you receive your hair. Give me my money back.'
This lady replied saying "what? we had refund your money back already, don't you received it?"
If I received my money why would I email you that I didn't? 🙄😞
It's June 6, 2016 and I still don't have a refund nor the hair. If I can I will attach the pictures of the hair I received, the picture of the USPS receipt showing I sent it back and a screenshot or the charge on my card, showing there was no refund.

RosyHair Unprofessional Company

On March 20, 2014, I placed an order for Peruvian curly bundle hair. I normally never order any products off line before during my research.Rule #1 ALWAYS during your research when dealing with companies online. After I purchased the hair I ran across this link that posted reviews online http://www.complaintsboard.com/complaints/rosy-hair-garbage-product-c654037.html. (Please read). I then decided to cancel my order. I was lucky I made my payment through Paypal. This company gave me the run around for five days saying they had to verify if my account was legit...liars. I believe the only reason they refunded my money is because Paypal threatened to closed their across. I had emails showing the company was giving me the run around. Even though I never received the hair the fact this company tried to keep my money says alot about what type of business they are running I hope this helps.

RosyHair hair extensions

Do not order hair from this website. I had ordered 4 bundles of hair fron them and I spent $300 dollars. Sounds like a good deal right? Not at all they sent me a completely different type of hair from what I had ordered and it was cheaper then the hair that I had ordered. They wouldn't reimburse me for the difference in the hair. The hair got nappy in a months time..it was stiff and even after I washed it and let it air dry the hair was still nappy. Terrible company and I will never order hair online again.

RosyHair Incomplete/incorrect order

I bought 3 bundles In (2) 22 in. And (1) in 20 in and spent 246. Something, they sent me 2 bundles in a 20in, when I emailed them they basically called me a liar asking for a picture of the 2 bundles as if that would prove anything, I bought this feb. 16, 2013 today is march 9, 2013 and I have yet to receive my 3rd bundle I paid for. Luckily for me I went through pay pal so I filed a dispute so they will not pull this scam on me, as for the quality I can't say but I don't think it is true virgin hair as it looks and smell like its been dyed. I will never buy from them again I don't even want to try the hair, I keep asking them to come and get the2 bundles and just give me a refund. This company is nothing but a. Big hassle and their products are not what they say they are. Oh also I wanted the hair for a special event, now I'm stuck with box braids :( very unhappy I choose to buy for them!

RosyHair Garbage Product

I ordered hair for two of my clients from this company. I purchased the Brazilian hair and the Peruvian hair.
My mistake! I should have only ordered one pack to test their quality first. I ordered six bundles in total and the hair is nothing more than complete garbage. It is NOT human hair and the wefting was horrible. They refuse to refund my purchase even after I shipped the products back (unopened). Hopefully nobody else gets ripped off by these guys!

What a pain in the rear. First, If I had known the product was coming from China, I would not have ordered it. Instead they make it appear that they are a US based company. Secondly, I have been trying to get assistance for my order that I never received for over a month now. They have refused to issue a refund and instead insist I received it and direct me to contact DHL, which I did a month ago when the package never arrived. Buyer Beware!

DO NOT BUY THIS HAIR! i was one who read the comments and ignored them hugeeeee mistake! i had the hair in one day! the service was horrible and the hair was worst! when i first got the hair it looked and felt really nice but then when i got it installed it just matted right up! i was sooo disappointed! i paid 300 dollars for that ###! do not buy from this company! do be like me and ignore the reviews!

I purchased four bundles for me and my customer and it was complete bull ###. They didn't send me the hair that I had originally ordered. They sent me a different type of cheaper hair and wouldnt even reimburse me the difference. And the hair only last for onemonth. I will NEVER order hair from them again. ROSY HAIR IS A FRAUD!...and I can bet the people ccommenting on this post with good reviews are people who work for the company.

I have purchased 18 inch 100% Virgin Peruvian Hair Curly, and absolutely love the hair! It's a lot thicker than I imagined but very soft : ) I also had a hard time flat ironing out the curls but I love it overall!

I purchased a full lace wig form Rosy Hair and it turned out to be not that bad. The texture of the hair is thick and smooth as well as natural. It is easy to care and lasts for a long time. I love wearing the wig. I'd like to order another 3 bundles of Indian hair from the company.

I wish I had read this before I ordered my hair. But I ordered 3 bundles of the Indian at the end of January 2013. Had them put in on February 7th and by February 12th I was emailing the company about the horrible product. I tried washing but it made things worse. It's almost like their was a chemical to make it appear like human hair but after one wash it looked like HAY! I had to purchase and have more hair put in on March 2, 2013. Please BEWARE! The company is a rip off and will not respond or refund.
