Luxury Parlor ordered products 12/8/19 and have not received and it's 1/15/2020

I ordered 2 China Glaze nail polishes and sent credit card info on Dec. 8, 2019 and still have not received the products.
China Glaze Branding Iron Nail Polish $4.95
China Glaze Midnight Mission Nail Polish $4.95 + shipping of $6.20 for a total of $16.10.

The order number they gave me was LP-1713. I am requesting the products be delivered right away, or a refund of my $16.10.
Please advise.
Thank you,
Ronda Fowles

Luxury Parlor The worst shopping experience in my life

The worst shopping experience in my life. They never shipped my order. I can't get in contact with them. I had to dispute my order to get my money back. Beware they are thieves.

Luxuryparlor is a scam. All those pictures are stolen elsewhere. All prices are discounted. There's always a free shipping deal for a certain amount of order. All in all to get your money.

Usually, the scummy owner can hang on to your money for a month (the normal wait, the extended wait for back orders and shipping delays, the lies and deceptions) until you figure out that it's best to get a chargeback from your credit card company for goods that will never be delivered. Even if you can get the full refund back from your credit card, the cycle starts again for another buyer.

So if this lowlife gets 10-20 transactions going on, he can pretty much live off the money - pay his mortgage/rent and bills.

Luxury Parlor No Communication, Total Scam

This company is so scammy. I ordered two things from them on 4/18/12 (I only ordered from this site because they had both items I wanted and even though they were a bit more expensive, I'd pay the extra for the convenience of one shipment and one shipping charge) and received no notifications from them until 4/27/12, on which date they debited my bank account for ONE of the items I purchased (although I didn't find out it was only one item until today) and sent me an email stating that my items were being shipped via USPS.

I checked the USPS link multiple times and still today it says that they're awaiting the package.

I have tried contacting this company multiple times via email ([protected]@luxuryparlor.com is the only one that doesn't get returned - even [protected]@luxuryparlor.com gets returned to me) to no avail. Their live chat feature no longer works and I cannot find a phone number for them anywhere. I tried calling the phone number that shows up on my bank account for them and it is disconnected. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I had to contact my bank and file a claim to get my money back.

Luxury Parlor They billed my credit card and sent me a non-existent USPS tracking number

Horrible experience. They billed my credit card and sent me a non-existent USPS tracking number. Every time I called them about my order, I got an answering machine with a robotic sounding female voice (which couldn't even pronounce the word 'luxury' correctly). Customer service was non-existent. I left several messages and e-mails. All I ever got from them were computer-generated form letters that didn't even refer to my complaint! I actually got one that encouraged me to visit to their web site, which they claimed to have improved to meet my needs! Sick. When I spoke to the postal inspector at the main post office, he shook his head and said, "it doesn't sound good." He advised me to check them out. When I saw remarks about a "scam", I contacted my credit card company right away. They were terrific. They went after Luxury Parlor, and after being ignored by them, the credit card company took the money right out of Luxury Parlor's account. Thank God for the credit card company - they got my money back.

I found their site when I was looking for Alviero Martini products. They listed several cosmetic bags of this expensive Italian brand. There is no way authentic AM products could be legitimately offered at those prices.

Just like Coach scammers, they're just taking pictures from the internet and doctoring them, to dummy up a site.

Clearly a scam. They offer free shipping to entice you to order. And there is no phone number for customer service.

Luxury Parlor This company sells counterfeit Kerastase

STAY AWAY! This company sells COUNTERFEIT Kerastase, and when you call them on it, they tell you "sorry, no refunds". They are NOT an authorized retailer of the product and in fact are passing off counterfeit products. I spent over $200 with these people and will now have spend my time fighting the charges.

WORST. COMPANY. EVER.

Luxury Parlor Counterfeit products! Scammers

Puchased Kerastase products from this website in October, 2011. When they arrived, I noticed immediately they did not smell like the products I purchased from my salon - strike one. When I used the products, they didn't work like the products from the salon - strike 2. When I contacted Luxury Parlor about my concern that the $200 worth or products I purchased were not authentic, they told me "Sorry, no refunds". Strike three. Upon further investigation, Luxury Parlor is not an authorized reseller of Kerastase (I've reported them to Kerastase). And now, after the second use of the products, I've started to have a reaction to the shampoo/conditioner which further tells me these are not Kerastase products I'm using.

Please, do yourself a favor and DO NOT purchase anything from this website. I wish I had researched them BEFORE I actually made a purchase. I will now have to waste time disputing the charges and possibly seeing a Dr for the rash developing on my neck.

Luxury Parlor won't refund money

I order three hair products on line, they shipped two charged me for three, the other two came weeks after I ordered and came frozen and broke so I spend the two Items back.
I mailed the products back certified so I would know when they received them which they did 23 days after receiving them I still did not get a refund. so I called them at [protected] Just in case you need the #) with my credit card company on a 3way call. they said they would refund me in full and that was Feb 23 2010 and its June 22 2010 and i still have not gotten a refund . they don't answer my calls and don't reply to my emails.
so please don't buy anything from this company.

ugggh, you have a problem with elementary math. i can't imagine what other issues you have: like perhaps reading credit card statements?

Luxury Parlor I ordered shampoo and conditioner totaling $68 and never received them

I ordered shampoo and conditioner totaling $68 and never received them. After several calls and e-mails with no response I called my bank to file a dispute and get my money returned. This company is a scam. Google should shut down their site. Do not order from them.
