So it's been years since I saw a magazine connected to my lifetime membership. Additionally, no product testing. Why? When do you plan to honor the memberships that we all paid for?
Is this the way you are doing business now. I paid now you need to provide. NOW! From what I am reading on your own website, there are a lot of us that you have stolen money from. I expect an answer; and now.

I have not received my magazines either! Time for a class action lawsuit with all the complains I've seen on line.

I have been a lifetime member of Handyman for at least 15 years. It started out great, but suddenly my magazines stopped and I never heard another word from them. I contacted the number and was told that I could get on line to read the magazine or they would start sending it to me again if I preferred. First of all, no one had ever let me know that the magazine could be viewed on line, and secondly, I preferred to receive the magazine at my home. Therefore I requested that they resume sending it to me, which they did. This lasted for about a year or so and then it disappeared again. I have not contacted them again and hope that all these complaints will get things straightened out and we will consequently hear from the people in charge of the company and magazine to get this straightened out.

I still have my "Certificate of Life Membership" that I received in 1996. Signed by Tom Sweeney. I haven't seen a magazine in 20 years.

I have also been a Lifetime member since12/2000, and have not received any type of mail from Handyman Club, has there been any changes to getting renewed?
