TV Weekly Magazine tv listings incorrect & very frustrating.

On Saturday, 11/11, I was going to watch "world's funniest animals" from 8-9 pm (ct) here in chicago, il but the movie "men in black" was on. I was very

disappointed since "world's funniest animals" was listed in the grid & there

was an short story on the opposite page since it was premiering on that day.

Get your shows in place. This has happened before too. I am getting sick

& tired of it. I get ready to watch a show & here it does not come on even

though it is listed in tv weekly. Please respond soon.

TV Weekly Magazine I agree with all those whose complaints I just read through, TV Weekly has really terrible customer service

I agree with all those whose complaints I just read through, TV Weekly has really terrible customer service. I made the mistake of ordering a Collector's Cover of TV Guide's SciFi 2021 in May. I still do not have the magazine, though it supposedly has been on newstands since Sept. 14. After calling TV Guide, I was informed that TV Weekly was actually handling the distribution of those special covers. That was apparently news to TV Weekly. They continue to tell me to call TV Guide, though I have explained to them again and again that TV Weekly is responsible for sending out those covers. One time, I did get to speak to a supervisor there and she was able to locate my order and told me the magazines would be mailed out on Oct. 13. As of Oct. 25, I still have no magazine. Needless to say, I will not be doing any more business with TV Weekly and I guess I am just out of luck for the price I paid for this thing back in May. A seriously screwed up situation.

My zero rating is related to the fact, while they have the ability to promptly bill you to establish your annual subscription, they don't have the ability to provide their product.. Read the fine print on their promo's and do not accept any trial offers, Also, be aware it is very difficult to cancel a subscription. Further, I never received any product from them, just "past due" invoices.

Today is 8/8 & since 5/2I have only received 4 copies of the TV Weekly in 17 weeks. Calling doesn't do any good. They are sorry, will give you credit on your account & nothing happens. You still do not get the magazine. I told them today to cancel my subscription & they said I would get a refund. Then I receive an email from them telling me about my refund & even though the said I got this week's edition (which I did not) they would give me credit for that issue. Then the told me I would be charged $5.00 for cancelling my subscription. Don't order. Customer service is terrible.

This publication, TV Weekly, claims to mail their product on time but blames the US Post Office for delivery failures. It seems every other week the product is not received, non receipt more often than received. I certainly will not renew at the end of the current subscription period. I do receive other magazines that come on a timely basis as the subscription dictates. Too bad.

I have been trying to reach TV Weekly by phone and online for several days. I have an address change that I would like to report, but I cannot get through. After waiting on hold, I always get a busy signal. When I send my email to get a code, the code never shows up. Frustrating!

TV Weekly Magazine For many years, The Record newspaper for northern regions has published a TV section which was delivered every Sunday

For many years, The Record newspaper for northern regions has published a TV section which was delivered every Sunday with that week's edition. Suddenly, we were notified that this procedure would be discontinued effective Nov 2021 but we were offered a "special deal" to subscribe to TV Weekly Magazine for 1-year + 4 FREE issues & a discounted price of $29.95. I sent them my check #*** dated 11/8 which was paid on 11/24 by my bank. Since that time, I received one (1) issue via the postal mail for the week of Dec 13 - 18, 2021. Not getting any other issues, I started calling them & was told that this was an issue with The Record, not them. I then contacted The Record & was advised that in fact it was TV Weekly's problem to deliver the promised & paid for subscription. I was then going back & forth between both businesses, each saying that it was the problem of the other. The representative for The Record said that their distributors are "supposed" to send the TV issues in with the pertinent week's paper but that some of their distributors are opposed to doing this "extra work". It seems to me that the responsibility of getting the correct issue each week is definitely up to TV Weekly Magazine, not The Record, as TV Weekly Magazine is the one who was paid for this service. Either I want my subscription adhered (with additional extra issues to replace those I've missed so far) to OR I want my $29.95 refunded to me so that I can purchase some other similar format. If NTVB Media *** is a subsidiary of the USA Network (publishers of The Record), this is just another way for them to make additional money by funneling the cost through a different division vs publishing the TV section themselves. I am sick & tired of calling both entities only to learn that it is supposedly the other's responsibility! I was also told by The Record's representative that he would "escalate the issue to [my] supervisor". It doesn't matter to me if the issues arrive in the mail OR with the respective week's paper as long as I get it!

TV Weekly is apparently not able to think outside a very small box. Yes, the USPS is messed up. Yes, it takes weeks to receive issues that previously came the week before they were needed. Yes, it's not TV Weekly's fault. Why can't they put the issue online? Why can't the print issue contain 10-14 days of listings, overlapping a week to insure information on time? Why can't TV Weekly even provide an email address on their website for anything except subscriptions? Why would anyone ever want to renew their subscription? Adapt, People! I would like answers to my questions, not a sorry, sorry, sorry response.

My mother has been receiving this weekly for quite sometime now, and it suddenly changed to the wrong region. I submitted a support ticket, and they stated they don't service her area, and never have serviced it (which is wrong - I would not have subscribed to it if it was for a different region). I was very satisfied with the magazine until then. Service was not good in regards to my matter.

On Nov. 28, 2020 I mailed the subscription offer payment for 52 issues for .$0.67 per week which included a free bag when I mention promo code "TVG3" which I did. When my subscription & free bag didn't arrive after several weeks, I phoned the number listed on the ad for a follow up. My first issue finally arrived on Feb. 8, 2021 without the free bag. I phoned the above number again on Feb. 24, 2021 to inquire about the free bag. I was told it was delivered. I said it was never delivered to my address. They were going to check on it and get back to me which never happened. I phoned again on March 1 and was told the bag was on its way but never showed up. I phoned again today, March 11 & was told the bag takes 12 weeks to arrive and to call back on April 16 if it never show up. I have a feeling the people I spoke with do not have a clue on when the bag will arrive and are just saying that to get rid of me off the phone line. I was given a customer I.D. #608382 when I filled out a complaint form online with TV Weekly and was told to call if I wanted to speak to their customer service reprehensive which I did. Got hung up on. Tried again. This time a female voice recording came on the line with questions to answer regarding their customer service. I answered their questions with a (1) which meant poor service than the voice thanked me and then hung up. Still waiting for my "free" bag. Not holding my breath.

I have not Received my issues for 4 straight weeks. When you call all you get is its the Post Office fault and that they will extend your subscription for a week. That's not bad when its only one week here and there which has happened before also. But 4 weeks in a row is way too much.

Thought this company was the old TV guide up for renewal, so filled out the card and mailed it. It is NOT. This TV guide is difficult to read due to small print and I called to request a refund, having received only 3 issues. A person finally answered my call after approximately 15 minutes on hold. An unwanted, non-subcription copy of TV Weekly has been delivered onto my driveway for months. I cannot determine how to stop it. I have called TV Weekly and since I do not subscribe, they do not seem to be able to help. I asked if they know who the local carrier is and they claim they do not. I suspect the carrier is inflating circulation by giving away copies of the publication. I do not appreciate having to pick up and recycle the paper and plastic bag that is left weekly and if I do not, it looks as if we are away which I think is a security risk.

TV Weekly Magazine I sent a check for $34.95 to TVWeekly on 11/30 for a year subscription

I sent a check for $34.95 to TVWeekly on 11/30 for a year subscription. My check was cashed in December and I have received nothing.Previously it was delivered with the Denver Post. I called Monday January 4 to inquire and after several hang ups after long holds got a person who said a manager would call me back that afternoon. As of today, January 7 no one has called me back so I called back and was told the manager would call me back or I could stay on the line for a supervisor. This was after 2 long calls and 2 hang ups. I stayed on the line and was disconnected again. This magazine is not that important and not worth any more of my time. I would like to be reimbursed the $34.95. I have copies of my cashed check and subscription form.

I bought a subscription to TV Weekly Magazine the end of March, 8 2021 and paid in full for a year at $34.95 that was deducted from my account March 10. I received my first subscription for the week of March 21. I have received only three TV Weeklys to date. I have not been receiving TV Weekly for weeks April 11, April 18, and April 25. I spoke with Customer Service Representative on April 19 and was told the problem is with the postal service. She said she would check to be sure I would get TV Weekly the next week. April 21 I called and spoke with another Customer Service Representative who did nothing to solve the problem and followed a script that did not vary regardless of what I asked. April 26 I called and was connected to a Customer Overflow Representative in Texas who told me he would have to have a supervisor call me. I asked what his role was and he told me he is customer overflow and calls are diverted to him when too many calls are coming into customer service. I would like a full refund of $34.95.

TV Weekly Magazine For the past two weeks I have not received my tv weekly magazine

For the past two weeks I have not received my tv weekly magazine. I e-mailed the company and received a reply that the magazine had been sent out but due to problems with the postal system, I might be receiving it late. I never received the magazine last week for the week of 4/25 and now again this week, no magazine. I waited until Saturday night (5/1) when the mail was delivered to file my complaint with the ComplaintsBoard.com. Either the magazine was never sent out or both times it was stolen, which I find hard to believe. TV weekly does give me credit to the issue not received but it is frustrating since I have to rely on the tv listings in the newspaper which are not complete. At rare times this has happened before but not for two weeks in a row. I want to receive my magazine in a timely manner; I usually received the issue on the Monday or Tuesday of the week prior to the issue. Please help me to rectify this annoying and frustrating situation.

TV Weekly Magazine I am filing a complaint about TV Weekly Magazine, I also see in reviewing other complaints I am not the only one

I am filing a complaint about TV Weekly Magazine, I also see in reviewing other complaints I am not the only one .My complaint is in their distribution system, I haven't rec'd my magazine now in 2 weeks, this has happened before on a smaller scale usually a week, at which time I call and report I did not receive my copy and am told they will credit my account and say it is all the Post Office's fault or blame it on Covid 19. I talked to one of their agents last week and I might as well been talking to a wall, I also sent them an e-mail but have heard nothing from them. My thoughts on this are simple, I am a retired Traffic Manager, this is a person expert in all forms of shipping and receiving, not a person standing at an intersection directing vehicular traffic. If I was assessing this situation I would say this company has a major problem with their distribution system and their idea of helping is to credit the account and then sending a memo to the Post Office. Or very little !

TV Weekly Magazine Two Issues: TV Weekly Magazine: My 92 year old Mother had a subscription in 2019 she did not receive 7 issues to date

Two Issues: TV Weekly Magazine: My 92 year old Mother had a subscription in 2019 she did not receive 7 issues to date. I call customer service for her. It was confirmed address was correct and issues would be sent for next 7 weeks. Did not happen no issues received. Part II: I placed a gift order for her, as part of her Mother Day gift. Billed $9.75 on my Visa credit card. I have called the company twice for assistance. I called TV Weekly again in April and today June 7. In April I spoke with a lady again confirmed address correct and her original subscription would be extended until May 13 and the subscription I paid for would then start in. To date she has not received a TV weekly since December . Second Call today I spoke with ***, whom it was a challenge to give my issues to due to having to repeat My Mother Address three times, being interpreted and long pauses of silence. *** asked if My Mother was still receiving the Tampa Bay Times, I replied yes. He then stated have her call contact them.

TV Weekly Magazine I am a 96-year old woman living in a retirement community and have enjoyed reading the Denver Post newspaper and the TV

I am a 96-year old woman living in a retirement community and have enjoyed reading the Denver Post newspaper and the TV Weekly Magazine. These publications have separate subscriptions. However, my current subscription for TV Weekly was paid up until March 21st. Subsequently, I began receiving renewal notices in December , so I sent in my check #1234 for $34.95. The renewal notices continued. At my age, I am a little forgetful and thought perhaps I had forgotten to renew the magazine. To avoid having it discontinued, I sent a second good faith payment check #5678 for $42.73 on January 18. Both checks have been deposited by TV Weekly, totaling $77.68.

When I discovered my mistake, I wrote a letter to TV Weekly asking for a refund and cancellation after the current subscription, March 21st. I have contacted them several times without reply. My daughter called TV Weekly about February 14th explaining my error, letter, and request for a refund. The agent canceled the subscription immediately without allowing it to run to March 21st, additionally stating the balance payment was a penalty for the cancellation. I received a check for $42.16 on February 23, and feel there is still a balance due to me of $35.52 on account xxxxx. They are also still sending me renewal notices which I find upsetting. Can you be of assistance to me in this matter?

On January 7th I sent subscription information for myself and another person with check # *** in the amount of $ 24.00 for two 2 $12.00 subscriptions for Remind Magazine. On February 10th I called my bank and the check was indeed cashed on Feb 7th 2021. I than recalled Remind Sub. services each Monday in February. I was first told that the check was not received. Than I was requested to contact my bank and THE BANK Orrstown Bank sent them a copy of the cancelled check front and Back I called again and was told that the cancelled check was not proof that I had cashed it SO I had to send them a copy of my bank statement showing that Check *** was indeed cashed on Feb. 7th. Each time I called The wait time to speak to a person was at least 12 minutes, than each time I had to give my Telephone number, name, address, e-mail address and payment information as well. I also had to call my bank at least five times and request they send REMIND magazine a copy of the check, and e mail me a copy of my bank statement so I could forward it to Remind. I have spoken with customer service representatives, including ***, ***, ***, ***, *** and others over the last 53 days a total of 10 days with a least 24 minutes of MY time each time plus time spent with my bank getting the information Remind magazine requested.
