Avoid Sears' Vendor Happy Deals 365 - Broken Treadmill & Expensive Return Shipping
Happy Deals 365 is a vendor of Sears, and let me tell you, this ain't a good one. I ain't been able to get hold of them by phone or email. I spent $479 on a treadmill that turned out to be used and broken. Can you imagine that? I had to return it, and guess what? I had to pay UPS $224 to do it. It wasn't like I could take it to a Sears store, neither. Nope, had to get it all the way back to Sears Holding Corp in Illinois. And guess who had to pay for the return shipping cost? ME! Ain't that messed up? Anyway, my advice to you is don't buy nothin' from Sears online. As far as I can tell, they're probably not long for this world, if you catch my drift.
Disappointing Product and Poor Customer Service: My Experience with Happydeal
I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my experience ordering from Happydeal. I thought I'd found a decent deal on a product that could help restore my leather items, but boy was I wrong. First off, the bottle they sent me was super small - like, barely bigger than the palm of my hand. And there were no instructions whatsoever, just this little sponge thing that I guess was supposed to be used for application?
Anyway, I tried to use it on a couple of my leather pieces, but it was pretty much a disaster. The liquid itself was super watery and didn't seem to have any color or texture to it at all. When I tried to apply it with the sponge, it just ended up making these weird, blotchy marks all over the leather. Definitely did NOT help restore any fading, that's for sure.
Honestly, I'm pretty frustrated. I spent $25 on this product and got basically nothing in return. The customer service reps I talked to didn't seem to care much either - they just told me to try applying it with a different kind of sponge or cloth. Um, okay, sure. Thanks for the non-helpful advice.
All in all, I would not recommend buying anything from Happydeal. At least not based on my experience with them. Save your money for something that actually works.
Warning: Stay Away from Happydeal.com - My Christmas Order Still Hasn't Arrived!
Happydeal.com is the worst. I placed an order on Sears’ website over 2 weeks ago for Christmas, and it still hasn’t arrived. I tried calling the customer service line, but it was disconnected! So I started chatting with a representative who promised to escalate the issue. 48 whole hours later and still no reply, so I called Sears directly. They weren’t able to help much, only gave me a new phone number to call. I rang it once and then it disconnected. Seriously, this is unacceptable! It's time to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and I suggest you do the same if you have to waste your time with Happydeal.com.
Disappointing Experience with Happydeal: Late Arrival and Poor Quality
So, my experience with Happydeal was not great. I purchased a rose teddy bear for my mother's day gift, and it took a whopping three months to arrive! I mean, come on. I've ordered stuff from China before, and it usually gets here faster than that. And when it finally did arrive, it wasn't even packaged properly. There was no packing material or anything to protect it, and some of the roses were already falling out. Not a good look, Happydeal.
But it gets worse. When I contacted customer service to inquire about returning it, they told me I would have to pay to ship it back to China. What? That's ridiculous. The product was poorly made, and the customer service was even worse. I wouldn't recommend wasting your time with Happydeal. You're better off getting whatever you need from Amazon (or literally anywhere else).
Disappointed with Happydeal's Poor Service and Long Wait Times for My Order
I gotta tell ya, I ain't too happy with Happydeal. I was excited to save some dough on some protein shakes, so I made my order and was told it should arrive in 9 to 12 days. But let me tell ya, it's been almost 2 months and I'm still waiting! Can you believe it?
So I finally decided to hit up the company and see what's up. Turns out they ain't got no stock of the item I ordered right now. That's a real bummer, 'cause I was hoping to use those shakes to pump up my protein intake and get swole. But what's even worse is that nobody bothered to let me know that my order wouldn't be shipped anytime soon. I had to find out the hard way.
That was a whole month ago and I ain't heard a peep from Happydeal ever since. I'm done waiting around, so I just asked for a refund. I've got better things to do than sit around twiddling my thumbs and waiting for a package that may never come.
Honestly, I'm pretty ticked off about the whole thing. Customer service is a big deal to me, and Happydeal just ain't living up to the hype. I don't think I'll be ordering from them again anytime soon.
Bad experience with Happydeal through Sears purchase - no refunds and rude customer service
I done ordered an item off of Sears and it come from Happydeal. I gotta say, it was not what I had in mind. And these folks ain't givin' back no refunds, no sir. They want me to pay for the shipin' to send it back, and let me tell you, it's costin' me more than what I woulda got back. And when they respondin' to my emails, they just plain rude. Like talkin' down to me or somethin'. I done been dealin' with Sears for a long time, and it's a downright shame they ain't got my back on this one. They just keep sendin' emails to Happydeal and gettin' more rude responses. I don't reckon I'm goin' back to Happydeal or Sears after this ordeal.
Unsatisfactory customer service experience with Happydeal - review
Happydeal is a website where you can buy all kinds of things online. I recently bought a bike from them, but unfortunately it arrived broken. I was really disappointed with this, as I had been looking forward to using it. I contacted Sears, who told me that the merchant was responsible for issuing a refund and arranging for the return of the item.
Since then, I have been emailing Happydeal to try and have the issue resolved. However, I have found that the customer service has not been up to scratch. I have been asked to provide photos and videos of the damage, but it seems that nothing is being done to address the issue of getting my money back and arranging for the return of the bike. It's frustrating to be given the runaround like this.
Sears has promised to help me out, but so far nothing seems to have happened. I am still waiting for them to live up to their promise. In the meantime, my best option is to contact Chase Visa to see if they can help me get my money back. Unfortunately, this will take 15 days.
All in all, I would not recommend buying from Happydeal. My experience has been very negative, and I have spent a lot of time and effort trying to get the issue resolved. It's really disappointing when you aren't able to enjoy a purchase that you were looking forward to. If you do decide to buy from Happydeal, be aware that you may not be dealing with Sears directly.
Happydeal.com Silk Dress Review: Beautiful Ad, Disappointing Product
I recently purchased a silk dress from Happydeal.com that I saw advertised on Facebook at a discounted price. The moment I saw it, I was captivated by the beautiful pattern and the way it flowed from the neck. I was excited when it arrived in my mailbox just a few days later.
Unfortunately, it wasn't quite what I had expected. While the correspondence with Happydeal.com regarding a sizing issue was good, the product itself looked nothing like what the model wore in the advertisement. The material wasn't silk, and it didn't flow from the neck quite as beautifully as I had hoped. The waistline was poorly constructed, with seams any 4-year-old could have managed to sew.
I had been planning to wear this dress to a special occasion, but now I'm not sure if I'll even answer the door in it. Despite the disappointing product, I appreciate Happydeal.com's prompt shipping and commendable customer service. I'll be more cautious about online shopping in the future.
Avoid Happydeal: Poor Quality Products and Disappointing Customer Service
I bought some fake birkenstocks from Happydeal and boy oh boy was I disappointed. I knew they wouldn't be the highest quality knockoffs but these are straight up garbage. The "leather" material is all wrinkled up and looks like someone crumpled it up like a piece of paper. And they're too small for me and mine to fit comfortably. Ugh, what a nightmare.
Thankfully, I always use PayPal for transactions like this and was able to dispute the purchase. However, to my shock and horror, PayPal actually sided with Happydeal! Can you believe it? I'm beyond frustrated at this point.
Do yourself a favor and steer clear of Happydeal. It's definitely not a happy shopping experience and you'll end up with terrible products and even worse customer service. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.
Happydeal Boots Review: Not Worth the Discounted Price
Just grabbed these boots from Happydeal, and boy do I have some thoughts. Originally priced at $268, I got them for a steal at $31.99. But even at that price, I'm not sure if they're worth it. If I had seen them in person first, I don't think I'd have even coughed up the $31.99.
For starters, there's no name or size listed anywhere on the boots. I mean, what kind of low-quality manufacturing is that? You'd think they'd at least let you know what you're getting. And speaking of low-quality, these boots are definitely that. The material feels cheap, and the sole is uncomfortable. I'm hoping they'll feel better once I break them in, but I have my doubts. Plus, I ordered a size 7 and they fit more like a size 6. Not great for someone who wants to wear thick socks during the winter months.
But hey, at least I can't complain about the photo upload process, because no matter how I submitted it, it always came out sideways. Typical tech issues with these kinds of websites, I guess. Overall, I wouldn't recommend these boots, even at the discounted price. Save your money and buy a pair that you know will fit properly and feel comfortable.

Unhappy with Happydeal: My Experience Ordering from Their Canadian Location
Happydeal is a company that's got locations all around the world. I actually ordered something from their Canadian location on Buttercup Lane in Brampton, Ontario, back in May. A gal named Lucy from Happydeal took the order and promised I'd get it within 10 days. But hold the phone, that was an eon ago... a whopping 98 days to be exact!
Now, let me tell you, I've tried reaching out to these folks to see what's the hold up, but they've been acting shady. Initially, they responded to my emails, but now they're ghosting me. It's gotten to the point where I don't know if I'll ever get my Happydeal package or if I'm just throwing my money into a black hole.
It's a real bummer because I've heard great things about this company. But based on my personal experience, I'm not too happy with Happydeal. Maybe this is just a fluke, but if this is their norm, I wouldn't recommend going down this road. I'm not one to judge, but if they can't handle one order... are they really a company to trust?
Unhappy with Happydeal.com: A cautionary review of a potential scam website
Ok, lemme tell you bout this site called Happydeal.com. So, I ordered a robot vacuum cleaner and they said it would come but it never showed up, like WTF right? I tried hittin em up but they didn't answer. I'm pretty upset. Anyways, I found out that they might not be legit so I'm getting in touch with the BBB and my local TV station to let everyone know that maybe Happydeal ain't so happy after all.
Buyer Beware: Avoid Happydeal for Low-Quality Products and Terrible Customer Service
Happydeal is one site that you definitely want to avoid. Their products are terrible and you'll regret buying from them. That's what happened to me when I ordered a tablet from them. It went down the $#*! and the charger didn't even fit properly. When I tried to return it, they gave me an address in China! Can you believe it? The cost of returning the item would've been more than what I paid for it! What a ripoff!
Don't make the same mistake I did. Stay away from Happydeal at all costs. Make sure to research products and websites before making any purchases online. You don't want to end up with a low-quality product like I did. Buyer Beware!

WARNING: Happydeal.com is a Scam - Do Not Buy from Them!
Happydeal.com is a total scam! I forked out more than $50 in May 2021 for some bubble balls but I never got them. I reached out to a woman named Lucy from Happydeal, and she actually responded at first. However, now she won't even bother to acknowledge me - these people are nothing more than filthy thieves! Don't buy any products from them or you'll just waste your money like I did. Honestly, these scammers need to be reported to the police - no one should be able to get away with this kind of theft!
Terrible Experience with Happydeal.com: Sears' Choice of Vendor Is Disappointing
happydeal.com is a terrible website to order from. The people who run it don't answer the phone even when they know they've made mistakes. I ordered something from Sears and they used Happy Deal 365 to send it to me. However, these guys sent it to the wrong state! When I tried to call or email them about it, they just ignored me. It's so frustrating when big companies like Sears pick bad vendors like this. I think Sears needs to find better vendors or they'll keep losing customers. Just a word of caution, I wouldn't recommend ordering anything from sears and definitely not from happydeal.com.
Unhappy with Happydeal: A review of my experience buying a rose bear
So, I had an experience with Happydeal that was less than happy. I ordered one of those cute rose bears from them on May 13th and I was okay with being patient given the current situation in the world. However, they really let me down. They told me it shipped on June 2nd, gave me a tracking number, but it turns out the tracking number was fake because I never received my order. It's frustrating because now I have to deal with the post master general to figure out what happened.
Overall, I would not recommend buying from Happydeal. It's just not worth the hassle and disappointment.
Beware of Happydeal.com: My Experience with a Suspicious Online Store
So, let me tell you about my experience with this website called Happydeal (happydeal.com). I was planning to buy two bubble balls for my daughter's birthday, back in May, so I came across this website on Google. At first glance, everything looked fine, so I placed my order. The interesting thing was, I only got one email response back from them regarding my order and then they never responded again.
I became suspicious and tried to browse their shop again, but to my surprise, I couldn't even view their store on Shopify. It's been almost four months now, and I still haven't heard anything back. I came to the conclusion that they're a big scam and now frustrated with my purchase.
In order to get this sorted, I'm currently figuring out how to get them investigated by my bank and PayPal. I would advise you to be cautious while browsing through such websites and carefully read customer reviews before placing an order. Trust me, it's better to be safe than sorry!
Disappointed with Happydeal's Website: Bubble Ball Order Never Arrived
So, I just gotta say, I had a not-so-great experience with Happydeal's website. I found a pretty neat-looking bubble ball on Facebook, and I really wanted it to play with over the summer. I mean, who wouldn't want a ball that you inflate with water? I ordered it way back in May, and we're only a few days away from August now. And guess what? The dang thing has yet to show up at my doorstep.
So, like anybody else would, I headed back to their website to see if there was any kind of update on my purchase. But the strangest thing happened: I couldn't find any trace of Happydeal on Shopify anymore. And that's when I started to get a little bit worried.
It's pretty messed up if you ask me. All those people that order their stuff and then just have it disappear into thin air. I'm not really sure what to think about it all. Was it just a big scam to take our money and leave us high and dry? Who knows for certain.
All I can say for sure about my experience with Happydeal is that I'm disappointed. I was really excited to get my bubble ball and have fun in the sun with my friends. But as it stands now, I'm just left shaking my head and wondering how things could go so wrong.
Negative review of Happydeal.com: Terrible Customer Service and Sketchy Business Practices
Yo, so I gotta say, my experience with Happydeal.com ain't been too great. I made an order and didn't get no confirmation email, so I called their number. The lady who answered was nice at first, but as soon as I said why I was calling, she was like "YOU HAVE THE WRONG NUMBER" and straight up hung up on me. Not cool, man.
I was hopin' to snag a deal, but maybe I shoulda stuck with buying from a local shop instead. And get this - I tried checkin' out their Facebook page, but all the links lead to nowhere. What kinda sketchy business is this?
Honestly, I wish I could give Happydeal.com a negative rating. Don't waste your time, folks.
Happydeal Cancels Orders and Raises Prices Without Notice - A Review
So I was super stoked for some cookies, right? I ordered 'em up on Happydeal and paid what was asked. But guess what? They only went and cancelled my order! And it's not like they were out of stock or anything, they just marked the price up higher. What gives, Happydeal? I bought these cookies for the kiddos on my bus, they were supposed to be the special snack treat for Friday. Now I gotta go and change things up at the last minute. This company's way of doing things really grinds my gears, and I ain't gonna do business with them again.
