Though I appreciate the kindness and sincerity of Joe, customer service representative, the lack of clear communication and consistent shipping dates have left me frustrated.

After placing my order for an alien on March 23rd, I was informed by Joe that it would take two weeks to ship. Unfortunately, as of May 27th, my order has yet to be shipped. Despite Joe's offer of a discount and reassurances that the new porcelain mold would solve issues with mold cracking, I have been given three different ship dates and yet still no sign of my order.

Despite my attempts to reach out via email, I have not received any response to my inquiries. As an excited customer looking forward to receiving this unique and exciting product, I am left with mounting frustration and the lingering question: when, Joe, when will my order be shipped?

However, I was disappointed to find out that hauntedprops.com threatened me with legal action if I didn't remove it, even though my review was a true reflection of my unpleasant experience.

I was even accused of harassing them, which was entirely false since I only posted the one review on here. Despite trying to negotiate regarding the shipping costs, I was directed to Amazon, indicating that the matter was not up for debate. Ultimately, hauntedprops.com refunded me, but I received less than the full amount due to the exchange rate.

Sadly, a friend of mine had a similar experience and left a review on hauntedprops.com, but instead of being threatened with legal proceedings, they received a phone call and a full refund of the shipping costs, duty and taxes, on condition of removing the review. This sort of behavior is disappointing and reflects a bullying mentality towards those who post negative reviews.
